Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of effective content mastery services to improve self-management in student learning. This type of research is the PTK BK. The research subjects were 32 students of class IX-3 SMP Negeri 7 Medan. Data collection methods are interviews and observation. The results of the study were obtained before getting content mastery service, namely 49% with low criteria with details of 14 students, and 51% with moderate criteria with details of 18 students. After giving the action cycle 1, namely 17.14% with the low category with details of 6 students, 65.72% with the medium category with details of 23 students and 17.14% with high criteria with details of 6 students. The percentage after cycle 2 was 82.8% with the medium category with details of 23 students and 17.14% in the high category with details of 6 students.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the implementation of Islamic guidance &counseling in upholding student discipline in MTs. Al Washliyah Gading Tanjungbalai. This study aims to establish the condition of studenttraining, the application of Islamic advice conducted by guidance & counseling teachers, the implementation of Islamic guidance &counseling in raising student discipline in MTs. Al Washliyah Gading Tanjungbalai. This research is phenomenological in a qualitative approach.The collecting dataused observation, interview, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis with steps of data exposure, data reduction, and conclusion description. The results of this study are: (1) the condition of the student discipline is quite good (2) the implementation of Islamic guidance & counseling conducted by teachers in optimally (3) the application of Islamic guidance & advice in upholding student discipline ineffectively.

Abstract

The results of this research are: 1) The fulfillment of national standards of education in SMK Negeri 2 of Asahan Regency as a whole is well-fulfilled, it is evidenced by the achievement of a very good accreditation level (A) of 7 (seven) programs Expertise managed by SMK Negeri 2 range; 2) The strategy of the school principal in the effort to meet the national education standards in SMK Negeri 2 The range is a delegation of authority to the subordinate based on its principal considerations, implementing supervision, monitoring, evaluation and optimizing School-owned resources; and 3) Factors that also affect the fulfillment of SNP in SMK Negeri 2 range is a commitment and solidarity, loyalty with leadership, engagement in decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes by using the CTL learning model on speaking competency standards. This type of research is PTK. The subjects of the research were students of class VIII-3 SMP Negeri 7 Medan. Based on the results of this study, it shows that in the learning outcome test in cycle I, the number of student learning completeness reached 28 students (93.33%) with an average of 78. In cycle II the total student learning completeness reached 26 students (86.67%) with an average of 78 students. an average of 73.83 is said to have not increased then it will be continued to the third cycle. In the learning outcomes test in cycle III, the number of student learning completeness reached 29 students (96.67%) with an average of 79.50

Abstract

This study was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Medan. To check the validity of the data was used the triangulation technique with credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The data analysis using Milles and Hubberman approaches is data reduction, presenting data and then concluding. The results of this study were three findings: 1) the planning of quality culture of the program is conducted by means of deliberations managed by the head of Madrasah with all teachers and education personnel. 2) organizing a quality culture improvement program has been well organized and 3) implementation of the quality culture improvement program runs in the desire of achievement of objectives and to give a good influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an increasein learning outcomes in the biology of hereditary materials through theThink Pair Share (TPS) Cooperative Learning Model. This research is(PTK). In the second cycle, it was found that 94% were declared complete,while 2 students had not yet experienced completeness with an averagescore of 87.33. Thus, in the second cycle the writer concludes that thestudents' scores have reached the KKM score. This research is stopped andthere is no need to continue to the next cycle. Based on the results of thisstudy, it can be concluded that the Think Pair Share (TPS) CooperativeLearning Model has an effect on learning outcomes and there is an increase in the learning outcomes of students in class IX-1 SMP Negeri 7 Medan inthe 2017/2018 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase student interest in learning advertising text and to find out student learning outcomes in advertising text using photographic image media. The method used by the author in this research is quantitative method. The data collection techniques used in the implementation of this study were observation, and student learning outcomes tests on advertising texts in Indonesian subjects. Based on the research results, the ability to understand ad text has reached 75% (the number of students who have excellent abilities with good abilities, namely 42.42 + 33.33 = 75%). Meanwhile, 27.27% were students with sufficient abilities. the result is 75% already have the ability to understand ad text, it can be concluded that the ability to understand students' ad text is good.

Abstract

The problem in this study is Islamic counseling services in tackling stress learning students class XI SMA Negeri 1 Selesai in years lesson 2018/2019. This research aims to know the stress of learning students inside or outside the classroom. Methodologically, this research is a qualitative phenomenological study. The methods used in data collection are observations, interviews and documentation. To analyze data, researchers use qualitative analysis with data exposure measures, data reduction and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of the study is stressful condition of students have improved enough, the implementation of Islamic counseling conducted by BK teachers has been running with maximum, Islamic counseling services in tackling the stress of learning students class XI SMA Negeri 1 Selesaifully run effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the students' ability to analyze the intrinsic elements in Iwan Setyawan's novel "9 Summers 10 Autumns" before using the inquiry method. This type of research is one group pretest posttest design. The population in the study of students of class IX-3 SMP Negeri 7 Medan. The sample in this study were 32 students of class IX-3 SMP Negeri 7 Medan. The inquiry method is in the sufficient category, this can be seen at an average value of 62.96. Hypothesis testing is tcount> ttable (9.14> 1.67). It can be concluded that there is a significant influence in the application of the inquiry method on the ability to analyze the intrinsic elements of the novel by students of class IX-3 SMP Negeri 7 Medan in the 2017–2018 academic year
