This research is a phenomenologicalin qualitative approach. The data collection methods usingthe observation,interview and documentation. In anal yzing the data the researcher used qualitativeanal ysis with steps of data exposure, data reduction and conclusion drawing. Theresults of his research founded that the function of the school principal incommunicating the vision and mission and goals of the school at SDIT Bina InsanBatang Kuis has been well implemented and the performance of teachers at SDITBina Insan Batang Kuis has not been implemented well enough and the form ofschool principal communication in improving teacher performance at SDIT BinaInsan Batang has not optimally.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Supervisi manajerial di MadrasahAliyah Swasta Pondok Pesantren Mawaridussalam Batang Kuis; 2) Disiplin kerjaGuru Madrasah; 3) Faktor pendorong dan penghambat disiplin kerja GuruMadrasah; dan 4) Implementasi supervisi manajerial dapat meningkatkan disiplinkerja Guru Madrasah. Penelitian tesis ini ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatifdengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Supervisi manajerialdilaksanakan oleh kepala madrasah dengan mendelegasikan tugas sepervisi kepadapara wakil kepala madrasah sesuai dengan bidang masing-masing. 2) Kedisiplinanguru Madrasah cukup baik 3) Faktor pendukung peningkatan disiplin guruMadrasah bermula dari keikhlasan diri sendiri, dan juga motivasi dari atasanberupa aturan yang harus ditaati oleh guru. Sementara faktor penghambatnya lebihdisebabkan adanya sebagian guru yang mengajar di madrasah ini juga kuliahditempat yang lain sehingga kadang ditemukan keterlambatan yang masih dalambatas ditoleransi; dan 4) Implementasi supervisi manajerial ini diharapkan mampumeningkatkan kedisiplinan para guru.

Tunjangan sertifikasi sepertinya belum membawa dampak besar dalam upayapeningkatan kompetensi guru. Penggunaan tunjangan profesi yang lebih banyakuntuk kepentingan pribadi dibandingkan dengan peningkatan kompetensi gurumerupakan berita yang agak mengherankan, padahal pesan dari diberikannyatunjangan profesi tersebut adalah agar guru senantiasa meningkatkan kompetensidan kualitas diri sebagai seorang guru. Guru merupakan ujung tombak pendidikansuatu Negara.

Temuan penelitian ini telah membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran TGT lebih baik untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pembinaan atau pelatihan bagi guru agar penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dapat diterapkan dengan baik. Selain itu temuan ini juga memberikan implikasi bahwa kepada guru yang akan mengajar sangat menentukan dalam merancang pembelajaran sebelum pelaksanaan pembelajaran, termasuk mempersiapkan bahan dan peralatan yang akan digunakan sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, karena dengan cara ini siswa akan memperoleh situasi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan.

This study aims to determine the use of audio-visual media in improving the learning outcomes of side-to-side disc styles. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects in this study were 32 students of class VIII-3 SMP Negeri 7 Medan. The results of the study concluded: (1) from the first cycle learning outcomes test, it was obtained 18 students with the value after being confirmed (66.60%) had reached the level of learning completeness, while 9 students (33.40%) had not yet reached the level of learning completeness. With the average value of learning outcomes after being confirmed is 68.05. However, it does not meet the expected classical completeness criteria, namely 85%. (2) from the second cycle learning outcomes test, data were obtained as many as 29 students with a value after confirmation of (88.88%) who had achieved mastery in learning and 3 students (11.12%) were still incomplete.

This study aims to increase self-confidence through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model. Type of research PTK. The research subjects of Class IX-1 SMP Negeri 7 Medan were 30 people. Based on the results of the research on the learning outcomes test in cycle I, the number of student learning completeness reached 28 students (93.33%) with an average of 78. In the second cycle the number of student learning completeness reached 26 students (86.67%) with an average of 73.83 said not increase then it will proceed to the third cycle. In the learning outcomes test in cycle III, the number of student learning completeness reached 29 students (96.67%) with an average of 79.50. This can be seen from each cycle of an increase.

This research aims to determine the relationship of perception teacher towards school principals supervision and work ethics with the work satisfaction of MAN 3 Stabat. This study used correlational statistics with respondents as many as 78 teachers. The data collection is obtained through questionnaires. The data is analyzed by using simple correlation techniques, regression, double correlation and partial correlation. The findings of the studi are a positive relationship between: (1) The teacher's perception of the principal's supervision with a ry1 of 0.668 with a regression equation à = 45.68 + 0, 59X1, (2) working ethic with a ry2 of 0.7313 regression equations à = 45.13 + 0, 59X2 and teacher perception of supervision and work ethic jointly with the work satisfaction with ry12 of 0.7310 with regression Y = 43.1191 + 0.001 X1 + 0.591 X2.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an increase in the learning outcomes of science learning in life organization materials through the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model. Type of research (PTK). The method in this research uses quantitative data analysis. Based on the research results, as many as 30 students 94% got complete scores and as many as 2 students 4% got incomplete scores. It was found that students who got low scores were 0 students (0%), students who got moderate scores were 2 students (6%), students who got high scores were 11 students (33.3%) and students who got very high scores as many as 19 students (63.3%) with an average value of 87.33. Of the 32 students in cycle II, it was found that 94% were declared complete, while 2 students had not yet experienced completeness with an average score of 87.33.

The data is analyzed by using simple correlation techniques, double correlation regression and partial correlation. The findings of the research are a significant link between perceptions of supervisory academic supervision with professional competence of teachers with ry1 of 0.567. the working commitment with professional competence of teachers with ry2 of 0.617 and perceptions of academic supervision of supervising work commitment together with professional competence of teachers with ry12 of 0.694. The study concluded that there was a significant link between perceptions of the academic supervision of supervisors and work commitments jointly with professional competence of teachers.
