Abstract

Academic Information System is the name of an information system used for academic activities at Abdurrab University and also known as SIMAK. Abdurrab University has been implementing Academic Information Systems since 2016, but in the application of this system there are still some obstacles so that it will affect what is to be achieved, one of which is user satisfaction. In this study the method used is the Service Quality method with measurements based on dimensions of service quality which include Tangible, Reliability, Responsibility, Assurance and Empathy. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of Academic Information Systems on user satisfaction using the Servqual method with the IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 tool. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. The technique in sampling in this study is to use non-probability techniques or using the Quota Sampling Technique. In this case the formula used in sampling is the Slovin formula, so this study obtained a sample size of 96 respondents. Based on the evaluation results it can be concluded that the Empathy variable significantly influences user satisfaction by 44.8%, while simultaneously Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy variables together have a significant influence on user satisfaction at the significance level α = 10% .

Abstract

Universities must graduate students according to the curriculum that has been prepared, no later than 14 semesters, if they cannot be fulfilled, students must drop out. Based on graduation data for the last 3 years data on the number of graduations on time was found to be 60%. This means that this will reduce the achievements set out in the 2015-2020 Strategic Plan. If there is no structured and systematic effort, then there is the potential for graduation with an uncontrolled study period. Unfortunately, until now the system that has been built by PT has not been optimal can encourage students to graduate on time. Attempts to achieve timely graduation can be done by involving all lecturers, students, and academic implementing elements to monitor the academic track record of students since being registered as students. Monitoring of the student's academic track record includes attendance, independent assignments, structured assignments, practical assignments, library visits, consultations with PA, IP, and GPA lecturers. The results of supervision are measured at the minimum standard that must be achieved, by connecting all existing variables it can be concluded that the student can pass on time. The purpose of this study is to identify student track records, to connect with minimum standards that must be achieved, to conduct systems-based analysis so that an estimate of graduation performance is generated. Applications that will be generated are based on Framework for Application of System Thinking (FAST) that is good enough to provide early warning to students to graduate on time, and can monitor and monitor the value of discipline so as to prevent academic violations that affect the study period. FAST can analyze existing problems and can design the system. FAST has eight stages, where the first five stages are the stages of system analysis and the next three stages are the design stages. Applications are supported by means to disseminate information quickly and precisely, to fulfill it, use SMS and e-mail as a medium to transmit information from the system to students and academic advisers. If this application is implemented, it can give a warning to students before academic sanctions are issued.

Abstract

CV. Sinar Abadi Cemerlang adalah perusahaan yang berperan sebagai supplier dalam bidang printing promotion. Di tinjau dari banyaknya permintaan barang yang di butuhkan konsumen serta proses pencatatan stok persediaan barang dan pembuatan laporan yang masih bersifat manual, menjadi permasalahan pokok yang perlu di benahi di dalam perusahaan ini. Untuk memudahkan proses yang berjalan pada perusahaan oleh karena itu penulis mencoba membuat rancangan sistem mengenai inventory pada CV. Sinar Abadi Cemerlang. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menjadi solusi yang baik untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan metode waterfall maka di buatlah rancangan sistem inventory yang dapat menyimpan data persediaan barang, data konsumen, transaksi barang keluar, dan membuat laporan yang akan memudahkan perusahaan untuk mengelola data yang ada. Sehingga perusahaan dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya agar lebih berani untuk bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya. Dan konsumen pun bisa mendapatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

Keep a pet at home takes time and effort. For people who have very dense flurry of activity certainly keep a pet such as a cat would be very hard to do. A Raspberry Pi microcontroller is designed for the purpose of automatic feeding so it is easy to use. The workings of the tool are automatic scheduling using an Android-based smartphone so that the servo motor will open and close so that the cat food is taken out into the food container that has been provided. By using an Android-based smartphone, the feeding schedule can be set by the hour for each funnel. Equipped with a buzzer as a reminder of cat owners if the available food stock is low and must be immediately refilled. The programming language used is Python language. Based on testing and performance of "Automatic Cat Feeding Using Raspberry Pi Android Based" has shown results in accordance with the design that is able to open and close the funnel that fills the cat food container with a servo motor automatically by setting a predetermined time.

Abstract

The development of web-based information technology is currently increasing. One of them is the website. The website has the advantage that all the information you want can be easily and cheaply obtained. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Rengasdengklok or now known as MAN 4 Karawang currently processing academic data, especially in processing grades is still very simple, namely only with Microsoft Excel. The presence of this academic information system is expected to help teachers and students get academic information more quickly, easily and cheaply. In building this system the writer uses the waterfall methodology. The design and implementation were carried out with the Dreamweaver programming language and PHP and the database used by PhpMyAdmin. With this academic information system, hopefully it can help to support school performance, especially for processing academic data.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) West Java Development Main Unit (UIPJBB) has used an information system to make it easier for employees to access information and personnel activities such as attendance, leave, CV, information on the stages of requesting an Official Travel Letter (SPPD), and other related information. with staffing by using a web called Employee Self Service (ESS). The quality of ESS web services has never been measured based on user perceptions and levels of importance or expectations. This study intends to analyze the quality of the ESS web using WebQual 4.0 as a questionnaire consisting of three dimensions in the form of Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction dimensions, as well as using the IPA method to analyze the level of conformity, compliance (GAP), and quadrants. The results of the level of conformity obtained from 22 statements were still below 100%. The test result statistic shows Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) worth 0,000 means that there is a gap between Importance and Performance on the ESS website of PT PLN (Persero) UIPJBB. The average of the overall level of conformity is obtained 93.53%, which means that the performance on the web ESS is still below Importance and users are still not satisfied. While the results of GAP analysis are -0.262 <0, then the quality of performance is still lacking and cannot meet the interests of users.

Abstract

The latest evolution of technology lately had triggered a lot of creativity in our world,especially in robotic in industry. The use of a robot aims to save money and produces product with the same quality.The robot movers and goods is one of the implementation of technology in the field of robotics has the ability to help people to move goods from a place to place that has been made on the color of a grouping of the goods. In this research, robot was designed based on microcontroller 328. Also it is equipped with one DC motors as wheel driver, four servo motors as arm driver, one IR (Obstacle) sensor as an item detector and one TCS3200 sensors as colour.

Abstract

Merchandise inventory is very important for trading companies and manufacturing companies. Inventory is needed to create sales for a profit. Inventories are current assets that have a high enough risk in company activities if they are not considered properly. The inventory process at PT. Bina San Prima can be said to be still inefficient and ineffective because everything is still done manually, starting from the process of recording goods data, processing incoming goods data and outgoing goods data, processing goods data reports. This access does not yet have a good inventory information system, also for ordering data from suppliers there is no minimum stock data specified so that orders can be made to the supplier so that sometimes the stock is out of stock and then ordered to the supplier, and it hampers the goods if there is a purchase from the customer. The program application is an alternative solution to the problems faced by companies or agencies, especially PT. Bina San Prima, in this case, especially in making inventory reports. With this programming application, filling and storing data will be easier and safer.

Abstract

In today's technological developments, it is certain that every activity in human life has taken advantage of the role of technology, including in the world of education. However, there are still many schools that have not implemented technology as a means of supporting education, in general the existing learning models still convey material through traditional methods. So that it has a direct impact on students, namely by lack of student interest in learning, student activity is less and tends to be passive and learning outcomes are low. To improve this, the researchers applied creative multimedia learning media and used the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) method. This research was an action research using multimedia. Each meeting includes stages including planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Through the application of a creative multimedia learning model using the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) method, it is hoped that it can improve teacher skills, student activities and learning outcomes for elementary school students in general and in learning. The application of the learning model can be used as a solution to improve the quality of learning in certain subjects.

Abstract

The very rapid development of information technology has proven to play an important role in the accelerated development of information both in the world of industry, government and the world of health, so that it can support the performance of increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of all elements of society, especially in the world of health, both public and private institutions. or individually or individually, which can encourage the realization of a developed and prosperous society. The health sector is one of the important sectors of development that has the potential to be integrated with the presence of technology. Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency is one of the developing health service centers. The number of patients that continues to increase every day causes new problems in the process of seeking information about patients, the number of patients, the number of visits, total income, and data on existing drug supplies. Because based on the existing problems, the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency, needs to take advantage of information technology, which can overcome the problems faced, so that public health services can be improved for the realization of the vision and mission of the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon. Looking at some of the existing problems, researchers use the waterfall method in making an information system. Applications made in this study are based on android. To facilitate the mention of this application, namely Android-based LAGILEMAS (Public health center Digital Service).
