Abstract

This article aims to answer how Islamic thought deals with issues of internationalization. Where in general religions agree that human rights are rights owned by each individual solely because of his dignity as a human being, not the construction of society regarding individual rights. While on the other hand, some experts state that human rights are normative elements that are inherent in human individuals because there are laws whose application differs according to space and time. Between Islam and human rights has a relationship that lies in the universality of Islamic teachings. the concept of human rights has been outlined in the basic principles of Islamic law originating from the texts of the Koran, the Sunnah of the Prophet and friends, as well as the construction of scholars' thoughts. Human rights should be understood and accepted as a universal human treasure whose normative and philosophical foundations can be traced and found in various systems of values ?and traditions. Such global ethics cannot be formulated without religious contributions.

Abstract

This article aims to explain how As Shifa in the interpretation of Al-Ibriz by KH Bisri Mustofa and how to obtain physical and mental health in the interpretation of Al-Ibriz by KH Bisri Mustofa. He interpreted the verses of shif? 'as medicine for spiritual health only, but there also argued that the Qur'an could not only be used as a medicine for spiritual / mental health (soul and heart) but could also be used as a medicine for health physical. The results of this study show that the Qur'an as a guide book, the Qur'an contains various information about medicine for humans, the Qur'an fulfills the principles of medicine and the rules of treatment. Shif? 'in the Qur'an has a close relationship to physical health. According to Bisri Mustofa, the Qur'an is not only a medicine for liver disease, but the protracted liver disease will cause physical illness known as psychosomatic disease.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the phenomenon of the decline of voters in Islamic ideology in Indonesia. Indonesian history notes that Islamic Political Parties have triumphed in political circles with their ability to impose fierce debates against nationalist groups and religions other than Islam when discussing constitutional changes. The endless debate then forced President Soekarno to issue a presidential decree. The sweet history of Islamic Political Parties began to decline when the regime of the New Order government fused authoritatively and caused no more unity of opinion in the Islamic party. At present, Islamic ideology political parties also have a tendency to turn to the Cacth All Party, which is considered more profitable and provides wider opportunities to gain power. This paper aims to prove the changing behavior of voters of Islamic political parties in the history of Indonesia's political configuration.

Abstract

This article aims to review the historicity of the development of interpretations in the ninth and tenth centuries of the Islamic era. In this century, the activities of interpreting the Qur’an based on historical quotations from friends, tabi’in and also tabi’-tabi’in were almost not enforced, because the interpreters in applying the fruit of their interpretation of the Qur’an used a scientific approach language and scientific reasoning. By using descriptive-analytical methods and pure literature studies with a content analysis approach, this paper concludes that; (1) the source of the interpretation combines the interpretations of bi al-ma’tsur and bi al-ra’yi; (2) how to explain using bayani; (3) the breadth of the explanation of the majority using the ijmali method; (4) the objectives and order of the verses use the tahlili method; and (5) the tendency of the flow in its interpretation to use linguistic aspects, namely lughawi.

Abstract

Artikel ini telah ditarik kembali oleh penerbit berdasarkan temuan kesamaan publikasi pada jurnal Madinah : Jurnal Studi Islam (https://ejournal.iai-tabah.ac.id/index.php/madinah/article/view/313) dan pengakuan penulis bahwa penulis melakukan pelanggaran etika terhadap publikasi. Artikel ini telah mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku untuk manajemen jurnal. Penulis telah menerima hasil ulasan dan telah memperbaiki artikel sesuai dengan hasil ulasan. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to explain the concepts, thoughts and application of education according to Gulen. Such as the integration of Islam and science, the internalization of love and tolerance, modern tasawuf, the golden generation, Islam rahmatan lil alamin and human services with hizmet. This paper uses the library research method by collecting books, journal articles, original web and writings that are relevant to the themes discussed. Finding: Fethullah Gulen is an influential figure in the world of education as evidenced by schools managed by Gulen Movement established in 130 countries. Gulen applies hizmet as a missionary service to serve people who are engaged in the world of education. Modern sufist education models that integrate esoteric aspects and exoteric aspects. Teaches love in education, tolerance by dialogue and integrating Islam and science as a whole. All of them are to form a golden generation that is able to answer the changing times and become a man of love and a harmonious life.

Abstract

Abstrak Pedagang asongan yang berjualan, mereka memilih menjadi pedagang asongan dengan alasan ekonomi, pendidikan, perekonomian keluarga, tidak adanya pekerjaan lain dan usia kerja. Pedagang asongan yaitu pedagang yang menjual barang dagangan berupa barang-barang yang ringan dan mudah dibawa seperti air mineral, koran, rokok, permen, tisu, dan lain-lain dan banyak kita jumpai di perempatan jalan di kota-kota, halte, terminal, di bus, kereta api, stasiun. Pedagang asongan sebagai salah satu pelaku aktivitas ekonomi di sektor informal turut menyumbangkan kontribusi besar bagi perekonomian nasional dengan menyerap tenaga kerja, mengurangi pengangguran dan kemiskinan, hal ini sesuai dengan sistem ekonomi syariah. Pedagang asongan sistem jual-beli barang dagangan yang terjadi yakni penjualan secara serah terima langsung atau penjualan yang bersifat face to face. Mekanisme penetapan harga yang dibuat oleh pedagang asongan adalah dimana mereka menetapkan berapa modal yang harus dikeluarkan untuk mendapatkan barang yang akan didagangkan lagi, kemudian mehitung berapa biaya yang dikelurkan untuk menuju lokasi berjualan serta setoran. Namun sesuai prinsip ekonomi, jika barang banyak harga rendah, jika barang sedikit dan susah harga naik, teori ini disebut dengan teori inflasi. Maka penetapan harga oleh pedagang asongan sesuai kondisi perekonomian masyarakat pada saat itu. Bila dicermati diberbagai tempat adanya pedagang asongan transaki perdagangan pedagang asongan masih sesuai dengan prinsif ekonomi Syariah, kecuali segelintir orang yang tidak paham dengan Islam. Maka keberadaan pedagang asongan sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan ekonomi Syariah di masyarakat. Jika dalam transaksinya selalu dibarengi dengan keadilan, kesetaraan dan amanah. Kata Kunci : Analisis, Transaksi, Pedagang, Asongan, Ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

This study examines the historical terminology of mamaca (macapat) in the Modung Bangkalan West Serabi Village. "The focus of the study is" How is the existence of the Macapat songs in the cultural, the mystical and religious dimensions of the Modung Bangkalan West Serabi Village community? " The West Serabi Village community, the mystical and religious dimensions of Modung Bangkalan. The results of the study concluded and explained that the elements of the West's Song (macapat) in the Modung Bangkalan consist of: (1) personal beliefs about the old teachings as a truth, (2) the public's heritage in always upholding ancestral heritage, (3) the teachings of goodness in the world that are relevant to the culture of society, (4) customs that tend to be mystically influenced by old cultures that are still used from generation to generation, ( 5) The value and guidance of many and individual citizens.
