<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the implementation of the vision and mission, the principal in an effort to build the religious character and discipline of students, at SMPN 1 Talang Ubi Penukal Abab Lematang. Ilir. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data collection instruments used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research. First, the implementation of the vision and mission of the Principal of SMPN 1 Talang Ubi in building religious character and discipline of students is to make the character of noble character become character and culture in their daily lives, the two principals in building the character of students through exemplary, reprimand, motivation, environmental conditioning, habituation, and character integration through learning activities. Third, the supervision carried out by the principal in building the character of students includes monitoring teachers in carrying out character learning in class, overseeing the course of character education program activities, checking the condition and integrity of school facilities and evaluating through briefings and meetings about character education programs.]]>

<![CDATA[Ekonomi terhadap jual beli tomat di Nagari Supayang Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Permasalahannya adalah dalam realitasnya jual beli tomat dilakukan sebelum dipanen oleh petani dengan cara penaksiran, tidak diketahui jumlah atau kualitas. Pertanyaannya adalah bagaimana pandangan Fikih Ekonomi terhadap praktek jual beli tomat di Supayang Tanah Datar. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian lapangan (field reserch) yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif-sosiologis. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara. Sumber datanya adalah para petani tomat dan pembeli. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa praktek jual beli tomat di Nagari Supayang Kabupaten Tanah Datar dilakukan saat tomat masih berada di pohon, satu atau dua minggu menjelang dipanen. Petani dan pembeli sama-sama menyelesaikan traksaksinya setelah akad, sedangkan tomat baru dipanen seminggu atau dua minggu kemudian. Panjar diberikan di saat panen dan pelunasan setelah panen. Menurut pandangan fikih ekonomi praktik jual beli tomat di Nagari Supayang tidak sejalan dengan ketentuan jual beli yang sudah ditetapkan dalam Islam, karena objeknya mengandung gharar (spekulasi) dan dharar (risiko). Oleh karena itu hukumnya diharamkan.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini mengkaji tentang tinjauan fiqih ekonomi terhadap penghasilan profesi atlit olahraga beladiri tarung bebas. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana hukum penghasilan atlit tersebut. Sebab, salah satu syarat terpenuhinya akad ijarah adalah objek ijarah sesuatu yang dihalalkan oleh syara’. Sementara itu, dalam olahraga tarung bebas, atlet yang bertanding diperbolehkan memakai berbagai teknik pertarungan, seperti pergumulan, tendangan, dan pukulan baik ke arah badan maupun wajah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Bahan-bahan diperoleh melalui buku teks, dan jurnal ilmiah dengan membaca dan memahami dengan baik. Bahan tersebut diolah dengan cara melakukan pembahasan secara mendalam dan teliti, dalam rangka menghasilkan kesimpulan penelitian. Hasil kajian ini menemukan bahwa penghasilan atlet olahraga beladiri tarung bebas adalah diharamkan, sebab apabila dikaitkan dengan syarat sahnya suatu transaksi ijarah, objek ijarah harus yang dihalalkan oleh syara’. Hal ini tidak terpenuhi, sebab di dalam olahraga tarung bebas terkandung unsur-unsur yang dilarang oleh syara’, yaitu saling melukai dan menciderai satu sama lain.]]>

<![CDATA[The research objective was to determine and describe the evaluation of character education in SMP Negeri 3 Air Kumbang. The research used in this research is the evaluation of the CIPP model. The primary data sources were from the first informants, namely the principal, homeroom teacher, teacher, students and parents of students of SMP Negeri 3 Air Kumbang. Data collection tools are observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study can be concluded that the attitudes and behavior of students who show on the religious side, the inculcation of character about honest behavior in students is 86.25% and declared successful, the attitudes and behavior of students who show the character of discipline on average the percentage is 46.25% Thus it can be concluded that the character planting of discipline in students is 80% declared successful, the attitudes and behavior of students who show their concern for the environment have an average percentage of success, those there were 13.75% and "Not visible" there were 12.5%. This success can be seen from the attitudes and behavior of the children which are reflected in the results of the observation sheets in the form; religious attitude, honesty, discipline, environmental care.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and describe the objectives to be achieved with this research is to identify and describe the leadership of the principal in improving the quality of education in 18 Air Kumbang public elementary schools. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of leadership is the behavior or activity that a person displays through the attitudes and values expected in his leadership. The leadership role played by the principal of the 18 Air Kumbang public elementary school as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator has an effect on efforts to improve the quality of education at SD Negeri 18 Air Kumbang. This has implications so that in the future the leadership role played by the principal as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator can be carried out so that the quality of education in schools can be in accordance with the expected goals.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and management of school principals together on the performance of junior high school teachers in Air Kumbang District. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. Testing requirements analysis hypothesis testing. There are 3 conditions that must be met before conducting regression analysis, namely 1) normality test; 2) homogeneity test; and 3) linearity test. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the leadership of the principal on the performance of teachers in SMP in Air Kumbang District, which means that the better the leadership of the principal, the better the performance of SMP teachers in Air Kumbang District . Thus it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted. From the results of this study the authors suggest to other researchers, to examine the performance of teachers in Air Kumbang District, to include other variables such as motivation, compensation, level of education that can affect teacher performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of pedagogic competence and professional competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kisam Tinggi District. This research is a type of quantitative. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The prerequisite tests to be carried out are normality test, linearity test, and data analysis using simple regression. The results of data analysis can be explained that overall the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Kisam Tinggi District is in the good category seen from the distribution of the highest data in the good category. From this explanation it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between pedagogical competence on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kisam Tinggi District. <![CDATA[This study aims to identify and describe the Principal's Strategy for Improving the Quality of Learning in SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang District. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the principal at SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang has an obligation to strive so that all the potential in his institution can be utilized as well as possible in order to achieve the expected improvement in learning. The various strategies undertaken by the principal in order to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang include (a). Improvement of Teacher Teaching Ability, (b). Optimizing the Use of Media and Educational Facilities, (c). Implementation of Routine Supervision, (d). Collaborating with the Community and (e). Strict Application of Discipline. With quantitative research methods. The method used is descriptive quantitative method used to process data characteristics related to the average number, look for percentages, and present interesting, easy-to-read data.
