Abstract

The principal as a leader in the school environment is not only obliged to carry out administrative duties but also concerns the task of how to manage all school programs. He must be able to lead and direct both administrative aspects and the educational process in his school. This study aims to determine and describe the role of principal leadership in implementing school-based management at SD Negeri 20 Air Kumbang. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the leadership of the principal at SD Negeri 20 Air Kumbang has fulfilled the characteristics as a principal by being able to lead his subordinates well, the principal is able to empower the school's resources in the school and the principal of SD Negeri 20 Air Kumbang has a very important role important in the successful implementation of SBM, especially in the areas of financial management and public relations management. The principal tries to implement SBM effectively and efficiently so that school goals can be fulfilled.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of teacher certification in improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Rambutan. With a qualitative descriptive research method, the use of qualitative descriptive research design in this study is intended to describe and analyze the implementation of teacher certification, especially to obtain an overview of the relationship between teacher certification and teacher performance. Data collection techniques in this study through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results obtained from the research Almost all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Rambutan have an S1 diploma, it is estimated that 90% of PNS teachers in this school have been certified. Of course this affects both the school and the school environment. With education that meets the standards that teachers have in accordance with their scientific fields, it will certainly have a major influence on the learning process in this school.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe (1) the management of human resources in the SMA Negeri 2 OKU library, (2) the management of library collections at SMA Negeri 2 OKU and (3) maintenance of library collections at SMA Negeri 2 OKU. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the management of human resources of the OKU Public Senior High School 2 library starts from the recruitment of library staff, library staff at SMA Negeri 2 OKU, the management of the library collections of the OKU Public High School 2 starts with conducting internal library coordination meetings, during the meeting. will discuss the planning of library material processing including inventory activities, classifying, cataloging, making library completeness, compiling catalog cards, compiling books and magazine processing. And the maintenance of the library collection of the OKU 2 Public Senior High School library is adjusted to the level of damage, namely for the level of small, medium to severe damage or those that cannot be used anymore.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to describe the important role of the school committee in implementing school-based management at SMP Negeri 33 Palembang. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were the principal, teachers, students, committee members, and student guardians.Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used triangulation and member check. Data were analyzed through data condensation steps, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the role of the school committee at SMP Negeri 33 Palembang was quite good. Student management seen the committee participated in the student admission process until student graduation. Curriculum management the school committee as the advisory body, support, controlling body and mediator / liaison.Financial management is the role of the school committee as a supervisor and a balance board in budgeting. The personnel area committee acts as the advisory board and oversees the recruitment of education personnel. Management of facilities and infrastructure of the school committee as a policy maker. Then management of school relations with the community committee act as a facilitator and liaison between the school and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal more clearly about the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of human resources at SMK Negeri 1 OKU. This research is a qualitative research . This type of research is a case study research which means the real situation. The method used is descriptive analysis. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the management of infrastructure facilities at SMK Negeri 1 OKU has been fulfilled by means of planning needs, procurement, inventory, maintenance and deletion

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the process and results of improving explanatory text writing abilities in XI grade SMA Negeri 7 OKU using serial image media. At SMA Negeri 7 OKU class XI IPA 2, this Classroom Piercing Study was performed for a total of 36 individuals, with 36 students consisting of 14 boys and 22 girls. This analysis is an action study consisting of two periods of preparing, executing, observing, and reflecting with each cycle. Activities and skills of writing explanatory text by observation sheets, writing explanatory text, and documentation are the data taken throughout this review. The result of this study increased from the first cycle 44.5% increased in the second cycle 84,125. The results of this study, it was seen that through serialized image media can improve the writing skills of students' explanation texts

Abstract

The research objective was to identify and describe the principal's leadership in developing Islamic culture at SDN 14 Kisam Tinggi, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency in 2020. Researchers used a qualitative approach because the problems raised were social phenomena that required an understanding. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the leadership of the Madrasah Principal at SDN 14 Kisam Tinggi is capable. Furthermore, preserving the culture of studying books as a basis for moral development in students, then memorizing the Koran, carrying out tasmi 'al-quran every day on the classroom terrace before entering learning in class and a culture of shame from littering. The most frequent inhibiting factor comes from students who are naughty, and can't follow the existing rules. In developing an Islamic school culture it is necessary to have competent people in their fields

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the Managerial Skills of Principals in the development of Religious Culture at junior high school of Palembang. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the management of the Principal of junior high school of Palembang in developing a religious culture was through planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. The management carried out by the Principal of junior high school of Palembang includes: first the implementation of daily activities in the form of: giving examples, admonitions / advice, environmental conditioning that supports character education, routine activities / character habituation, and mentoring and supervision of character education. The two management of junior high school of Palembang through programmed activities in the form of: Imtaq activities before starting lessons and Khatam Al-Quran every month, dhuha prayer activities, dzuhur prayers in congregation, Ramadhan Islamic boarding school activities, PHBI activities, joint literacy activities. The three Principal Management of junior high school of Palembang through learning activities. In learning activities, a religious culture must be implemented, which includes planning and learning tools containing religious values
