Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan plyometric medicine ball twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan plyometric bar twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan plyometric medicine ball twist dan bar twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes hasil lempar cakram. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan medicine ball twist berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram, dengan hasil thit = 7,14 > ttab = 2,09, (2) pelatihan bar twist berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram, dengan hasil thit = 9,65 > ttab = 2,09 dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan medicine ball twist dengan bar twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram, dengan hasil thit=3,59 > ttab =2,02. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball twsit terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram yang signifikan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan bar twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram yang signifikan dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan medicine ball twist dengan bar twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram dimana pelatihan bar twist lebih baik dalam meningkatkan hasil lempar cakram. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh hasil lempar cakram yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Hasil lempar cakram, pelatihan plyometric medicine ball dan bar twist. This study was aimed at knowing (1) the effect of plyometric medicine ball twist training on the improvement of discus throwing result, (2) the effect of plyometric bar twist training on the discus throwing result improvement, and (3) there is a difference of effect between plyometric medicine ball twist and bar twist training on the improvement of discus throwing result. This study was an experimental study amounted to 40 people.This study used the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Test being used was the result of discus throwing result. The obtained data were analyzed using t-test at a significance level of 5%. The results show that (1) medicine ball twist influences the improvement of discus throwing result, with tobs = 7,14 > tcv = 2,09, (2) bar twist training influences the improvement of discus throwing result, with tobs = 9,65 > tcv = 2,09, and (3) there is a different of effect between medicine ball twist with bar twist on the discus throwing result improvement with result of tobs=3,59 > tcv =2,02. This study concludes that (1) there is a significant effect of training ball medicine on the improvement of discus throwing result, (2) there is a significant effect of bar twist training on the improvement of discus throwing result, and (3) there is difference of effect between medicine ball twist training with bar twist to the increase of discus throwing results where the training of twist bars is better. Suggestion for further researchers is to develop research with different training to get better discus throwing results.keyword : Discus throwing results, plyometric medicine ball and bar twist training

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan dan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMAN 2 Mengwi-Badung tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Data passing bawah diukur dengan tes passing bawah individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, dengan hasil thitung = 20,28 > ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, dengan hasil thitung = 8,49 > ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 42,06 > 35,50. Kata Kunci : Passing Bawah Bola Voli, Latihan Passing Bawah Berpasangan, Latihan Passing Bawah Ke Dinding. This study aims to determine the (1) the effect of passing the training down in pairs to the bottom passing ability, (2) the effect of passing the training down to the bottom wall of the passing ability, (3) variability in the effect of passing the training down in pairs and passing down to the bottom wall of the passing ability. The subjects were by boys volleyball extracurricular participants SMAN 2 Mengwi-Badung in 2014 totaling 36 students. The data passing under test is measured by passing down the individual. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of the data using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of 5%. The results of this study (1) passing the training down in pairs under the influence of the passing ability, the result of t = 20.28> t table = 2.042 (2) passing the training down to the bottom wall of the passing ability, the result of t = 8.49> table = 2.042 (3) passing the training down in pairs give better effect than passing the training down to the bottom wall of the passing ability, visits with an average yield of 42.06> 35.50. keyword : Volleyball Passing Down, Down Couple Passing Exercise, Exercise Passing Down To Wall.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing formasi segitiga terhadap keterampilan passing, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing formasi dalam lingkaran terhadap keterampilan passing, (3) perbedaan pengaruh latihan passing formasi segitiga dengan formasi dalam lingkaran terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen The Modified Group Pre-test – Post-test Design. Tes pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melempar dan menangkap bola. Analisis data menggunakan statistic uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variable keterampilan passing (chest pass). Kelompok passing formasi segitiga dari 12,73 sampai 24,00. Pada kelompok passing formasi dalam lingkaran dari 12,80 sampai 19,40. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan passing formasi segitiga berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), (2) pelatihan passing formasi dalam lingkaran berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara passing formasi segitiga dan formasi dalam lingkaran dimana passing formasi segitiga lebih baik dari pada passing formasi dalam lingkaran pada siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan passing formasi segitiga, formasi dalam lingkaran, keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket. This study aimed to (1) the effect of passing the training triangle formation on passing skills, (2) the effect of passing training in circle formation on passing skills, (3) the effect of passing drills in a triangular formation with the formation of the circle passing skills (chest pass). Subjects were participants in extracurricular basketball student SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014 the number of 30 people. This study used an experimental method The Modified Group Pre-test - Post-test Design. Test data collection is done by throwing and catching a ball. Data were analyzed using t-test statistics (t-test) at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of data analysis showed an increase in the average value of the variable skills of passing (chest pass). Group passing a triangular formation of 12.73 to 24.00. In the group in a circle formation passing from 12.80 until 19.40. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) the training effect on the triangular formation passing passing skills (chest pass), (2) passing the training effect on the formation of the circle passing skills (chest pass), (3) there is a difference between the effect of passing triangular formation and formation in a circle passing a triangular formation which is better than passing in a circle formation on the student participants in extracurricular basketball SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014. keyword : Training passing a triangular formation, formation in a circle, passing skills (chest pass) basketball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan drop pass terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan push and run terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drop pass dengan push and rub terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola. Ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Buleleng yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan drop pass berpengaruh terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 9,44 > ttabel = 2,09, (2) pelatihan push and run berpengaruh terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 5,00 > ttabel = 2,09, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drop pass dengan push and run terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola thitung= 0,71 ttable = 2.09, (2) push and run training effect effect to football the accuracy of passing, with tcount = 5 , 00> ttabel = 2.09, (3) there is no difference of influence between drop pass training with push and run on football the accuracy of passing, with tcount = 0,71

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan lari amplopterhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan shuttle run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) Perbedaan kelincahan antara kelompok lari amplopdan shuttle run. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test–post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kelincahan agility t-test. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 16,0 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent, (1) pelatihan lari amplopberpengaruh terhadap kelincahan dengan thitung 9,514 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. (2) pelatihan shuttle run berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan thitung17.798 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dan, (3) hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent pada variabel kelincahan dari masing-masing kelompok diperoleh nilai thitung yang berbeda dengan signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α (thitung =0,05) sebesar 0,019 sehingga hipotesis dinyatakan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lari amplopdan shuttle run. Pelatihan shuttle run memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan lari amplopterhadapkelincahan, diterima. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan lari amplopterhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan shuttle runterhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan lari amplopdan shuttle run, dimana pelatihan shuttle run lebih baik daripada pelatihan lari amplopterhadap peningkatan kelincahanKata Kunci : kelincahan, lari amplop, shuttle run This study aims to determine (1) Effect of running training envelope to increase agility, (2) Effect of training on the increase agility shuttle run, (3) The difference between the groups ran envelope agility and shuttle run. The subjects were students of SMP Negeri 2 extracurricular badminton Amlapura numbered 30 people. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Test data collection using skills tests agility agility t-test. Data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0 at significance level α = 0.05 Based on the results of independent t-test, (1) the training effect on the agility run envelope with tcount 9.514 0.000 t-test with a significance smaller than α = 0.05. (2) the training effect on the shuttle run agility t-test with significance thitung 0,000 17 798 smaller than α = 0.05 and, (3) the results of data analysis using independent t-test on agility variables of each group obtained with different tcount significance is smaller than the value of α (t = 0.05) was 0.019, so the hypothesis is stated there is a difference between the effect of running training envelope and shuttle run. Training shuttle run gives a better effect than the envelope of the agility training run, is accepted. It was concluded that (1) no effect of run training envelope to increase agility, (2) no effect of training to increase agility shuttle run, (3) there is a difference between the increase in agility training run envelopes and shuttle run, where the shuttle run better training than training run envelope to increase agilitykeyword : agility, running envelope, shuttle run

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan box jump dan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 1 Banjar tahun 2014, berjumlah 30 orang laki-laki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan manual uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisa data: (1) pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan side hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan box jump dan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan side hop memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan side hop = 52,80 > pelatihan box jump 48,80. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan box jump yang segnifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan side hop yang segnifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan box jump dan side hop, dimana pelatihan side hop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box jump terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Power, otot tungkai, pelatihan, ekstrakurikuler This study aims to determine ( 1 ) the effect of the training box jump to the leg muscle power , ( 2 ) the effect of the training side hop on leg muscle power , ( 3 ) the difference effect between the training box jump and hop side of the leg muscle power . Analysis of data using manual calculation with independent t-test at a significance level ( α ) of 0.05 , with SPSS 16.0 . The results of the data analysis : ( 1 ) training box jump effect on limb muscle power , with the result thit = 8.94 > ttab = 2.048 , ( 2 ) training hop side effect on limb muscle power , with the result thit = 16.51 > ttab = 2,048 , ( 3 ) There are differences between the training box jump and hop side of the leg muscle power , with the result thit = 10.01 > ttab = 2.048 . Training side hops give better results than training box jump to the leg muscle power , seen from the average yield of the training side hop = 52.80 > 48.80 jump box training . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, (2) pengaruh metode pelatihan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan tahun 2015 sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Data diperoleh dari hasil tes passing controll sepakbola. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh adalah (1) metode pelatihan massed practice berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 4,06 > ttabel = 2,048, (2) metode pelatihan distributed practice berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 4,60 > ttabel = 2,048, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan metode pelatihan massed practice dengan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 0,923 < ttabel = 2,048. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan, (2) terdapat pengaruh metode pelatihan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antar metode pelatihan massed practice dengan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan. Kata Kunci : Metode pelatihan massed practice, distributed practice, passing controll sepakbola. Results of the analysis of the data obtained are (1) a method of training massed practice affect the increase in controll passing skills of football, with the result t = 4.06> t table = 2.048, (2) training method distributed practice effect on the increase in controll passing skills of football, with the result t = 4.60> t table = 2.048, (3) there is no significant difference in the effect of training methods massed practice with distributed practice to increase controll passing skills of football, with the result t = 0.923

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan smash bayangan terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan melambungkan bola smash terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dan (3) perbedaan keterampilan smash antara kelompok perlakuan smash bayangan dan melambungkan bola smash bulutangkis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan smash bulutangkis. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler Bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Tabanan berjumlah 35 orang. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan smash bayangan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 21,21 > ttab = 2,037, (2) pelatihan melambungkan bola smash berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 29,71 > ttab = 2,032, dan (3) ada perbedaan keterampilan smash antara pelatihan smash bayangan dengan melambungkan bola smash bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 2,63 > ttab = 2,035. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan smash bayangan terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan melambungkan bola smash terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan smash antara pelatihan smash bayangan dan melambungkan bola smash bulutangkis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam melakukan penelitian dengan variabel yang sama. Selain itu peneliti juga dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan metode latihan yang berbeda sehingga dapat diperoleh hasil keterampilan smash yang jauh lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan smash bayangan, melambungkan bola smash, keterampilan smash bulutangkis. This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of the shadow smash training toward the badminton smash skills, (2) the effect of the tossing smash ball training toward the badminton smash skills, (3) the significant difference of badminton smash skills between the shadow smash group and the tossing smash ball group. This study was a quasi-experimental study, with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data was obtained by using badminton smash skills test. The sample of this study were 35 male students of badminton extracurricular in SMP Negeri 2 Tabanan. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the shadow smash training affected the badminton smash skills, with result thit = 21.21 > ttab = 2.037, (2) the tossing smash ball training affected the badminton smash skills, with result thit = 29.71 > ttab = 2.032, (3) there was a significant difference in the badminton smash skills between the shadow smash group and the tossing smash ball group with the result thit = 2.63 > ttab = 2.035. The conclusions are (1) there was an effect of shadow smash training toward the badminton smash skills, (2) there was an effect of the tossing smash ball training toward the badminton smash skills, and (3) there was a significant difference effect of the badminton smash skills between the shadow smash group and the tossing smash ball group. The results of this research can be references for the next research with same variables. And researcher also can developing this research with different method which can make best smash skill results.keyword : The shadow smash training, the tossing smash ball training, badminton smash skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pelatihan drillingsmash terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan strokes smash terhadap ketepatan smashbulutangkis dan(3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drilling smash dengan strokes smash terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design yang melibatkan sampel sebanyak 30 siswa. Data ketepatan smash diukur dengan tes Agility T-Test. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji t-independen satu jalur taraf signifikansi α =0,05bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji t-independen untuk data ketepatan smash diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig ttabel = 2,145. Hal ini menyebabkanm ditolak. Pelatihan drilling smash dari ketepatan smash dengan hasil thitung=5,753 dan ttabel = 2,145 sehingga thitung = 5,753 > ttabel = 2,145. Strokes smash dari ketepatan smash dengan hasil thitung=4,453 dan ttabel = 2,145 sehingga thitung = 5,753 > ttabel = 2,145. Perbedaan dari dua pelatihan dengan hasil rata-rata 72,80 untuk pelatihan drilling smash 71,80 untuk strokes smash. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian pelatihan drilling smash dan strokes smash berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan smash. Disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pelatihan drilling smash berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis,(2) pelatihanstrokes smash berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drilling smash dengan strokes smash terhadapketepatan smashbulutangkis SMA Negeri 1 Dawan. Data accuracy is measured by a test smash Agility T-Test. The data were analyzed by t-test independent of one lane significance level α = 0,05bantuan SPSS 16.0. The results of data analysis using independent t-test for data accuracy count smash significance value smaller than the value α (Sig table = 2.145. It menyebabkanm rejected. Training of precision drilling smash smash with the result t = 5.753 and 2.145 that table = t = 5.753> table = 2.145. Strokes smash smash of accuracy with the results of t = 4.453 and 2.145 that table = t = 5.753> table = 2.145. The difference of the two training with an average yield of 72.80 to 71.80 for the training of drilling smash smash strokes. Thus the hypothesis of the research training and strokes drilling smash smash smash effect on accuracy. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop dengan single leg speed hop terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Subjek penelitian dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok, dengan hasil thit = 59,58> ttab = 2,14, (2) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok, dengan hasil thit = 96,77> ttab = 2,14 dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dengan single leg speed hop terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok, dengan hasil thit = 22,11> ttab = 2,04. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dengan single leg speed hop terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok dimana pelatihan single leg speed hop lebih baik dalam meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai. Disarankan bagi pelatih selanjutnya dapat mengembangka pelatihan double leg speed hop dengan single leg speed hop untuk meningkatkan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. This study aims to determine the effect of double leg speed hop training with single leg speed hop on long jump style squatting. Research subjects with a total of 30 people. This study uses the modified pre-test - post-test group design. Data analysis used t-test statistical calculation (t-test) at 5% significance level. The result of data analysis (1) double leg speed hop training influenced the long jump style of squatting, with result of thit = 59,58> ttab = 2,14, (2) single leg speed hop training influence to long jump style squatting, with Result of thit = 96,77> ttab = 2,14 and (3) there is difference of influence between training of double leg speed hop with single leg speed hop to result of long jump style squatting, with result of thit = 22,11> ttab = 2,04 . It was concluded that there is a difference of influence between double leg speed hop training with single leg speed hop on long jump style of squats where single leg speed hop training is better in improving explosive muscle limb power. It is advisable for the next trainer to develop double leg speed hop training with single leg speed hop to improve the long jump style of squats. keyword : Long jump style jump results, double leg speed hop training, single leg speed hop.
