At-Tadbir diterbitkan pertama pada tahun 2017 secara online dengan volume 1 nomor 1, Januari 2016 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, di bawah Program Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Kalimantan, Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari, Banjarmasin. At-Tadbir diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan Januari dan bulan Juli.

This review plans to test: (1) know the expected set of responsibilities of Work Preparing (Training) and representative execution at PT. Surya Satria Timur Banjarmasin, (2) realizing that Occupation Preparing (Training) affects representative execution at PT. Surya Satria Timur Banjarmasin. The plan of this study is a quantitative report and is an overview study, where information is gotten from a poll. The review test is 43 representatives of PT. Surya Satria Timur Banjarmasin with basic straight regresie information examination. The consequences of the review show that: 1) There is a halfway impact of Occupation Preparing (Training) on representative execution at PT. Surya Satria Timur Banjarmasin (0.000 < 0.05). 2) There is a semi-persuasive impact on worker execution at PT. Surya Satria Timur Banjarmasin Area, Tanah Bumbu Rule (0.000 < 0.05). 3) There is a concurrent impact of Occupation Preparing (Training) and work inspiration on representative execution at PT. Surya Satria Timur Banjarmasin (0.000 < 0.05). An idea that can be recommended is the need to normalize and facilitate the time of Occupation Preparing (Training) to the capacity of the labor force to get Work Preparing (Training) materials, ideally great representatives are given Work Preparing (Training) and inspiration through advancements and motivators so they can work on their inspiration and execution.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh promosi media sosial Instagram dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 9.200 pelanggan Scarlett’s Cafe PIK yang diperoleh dari Agustus sampai Oktober 2022. Kemudian sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, didapatkan 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan media sosial Instagram dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Scarlett’s Café PIK. Dengan adanya media sosial seperti Instagram dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memasarkan produk dengan luas dikarenakan jaringan media sosial yang luas dan dapat menghemat biaya promosi. Dengan adanya penyebaran informasi melalui word of mouth dilakukan secara konvensional dapat menimbulkan interaksi antara konsumen satu dengan konsumen lainnya membuat konsumen lain penasaran dengan produk makanan dan minuman di Scarlett’s Café PIK. Scarlett’s Café PIK diharapkan selalu mempertahankan dan menciptakan reputasi dan citra yang baik pada persepsi konsumen baik itu dengan produk yang dijual, layanan yang diberikan, lokasi, dan aspek lain-lainnya agar timbul kesan yang positif di media sosial Instagram dan word of mouth.

Consumer trust in sellers in the marketplace not only affects their trust in others, but also affects the way consumers make online purchases. This study intends to explain the relationship between consumer trust and other predictors that can increase a person's willingness to make online purchases in the marketplace. This study used quantitative methods and questionnaires as research instruments with a total sample of 138 respondents with the criteria of having made an online purchase at least 2 times in the last 3 months, the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings show: (1) consumers' attitudes to online purchase intention have a greater impact when compared to consumer confidence, (2) the role of attitude variable mediation can increase online purchase intention. The results showed the importance of increasing one's trust in the transaction process that takes place in online sales and it makes consumers feel comfortable and causes liking with online shopping which ultimately increases one's desire to make purchases online in the marketplace.

This study aims to fulfill tourist satisfaction through quality travel management. This research is a qualitative research. The location of this research is in the Old City of Semarang. While the informants in this study were tourists from the Old City of Semarang. Based on the results of the discussion that has been presented, it is known that travel services in the Old City of Semarang are quite helpful for tourists. The travel management used is structured and directed, such as notification of information on every tourist spot visited and good communication with tourists. Good service providers can increase tourist satisfaction, build a good reputation, and drive the growth of the tourism industry as a whole. This study explores the impact of product innovation and digital marketing on the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Banjarmasin. Employing a quantitative approach with 45 MSMEs as the population, the research uses a saturated sampling technique for data collection through a structured questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis is employed for data analysis. The findings indicate that product innovation positively and significantly influences the competitive advantage of Sasirangan Kain MSMEs in Banjarmasin, allowing them to differentiate and gain an edge over competitors. Additionally, digital marketing significantly contributes to their competitive advantage by effectively reaching target customers and fostering a strong brand presence. Emphasizing continuous innovation and adopting digital marketing strategies are crucial for achieving sustainable competitive advantages in this market. Policymakers and MSMEs should prioritize these aspects to thrive in the dynamic business landscape. These research findings offer valuable insights, highlighting the significance of product innovation and digital marketing as essential drivers of competitive advantage for MSMEs in Banjarmasin.

The Indonesian state after the Covid 19 pandemic, has not yet recovered until now the role of MSMEs is very necessary. This is because the potential of MSMEs is currently very large in absorbing labor, in connection with the contribution of MSMEs, the empowerment and development of MSMEs is something that needs to be done continuously. This study aims to determine the role of product innovation, product quality and financial management on the development of MSMEs after the Covid 19 pandemic. The research was conducted on MSMEs in Bandung City. Data collection was carried out on MSMEs using a questionnaire of as many as 100 MSME players in Bandung City. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. From the results of data processing, it is found that Product Innovation, Product Quality and Financial Management partially affect the development of MSME businesses. And together Product Innovation, Product Quality and Financial Management have an effect on Business Development. This means that to carry out business development MSMEs must always make product innovations in the products they produce while maintaining the quality of the products produced. In addition, MSMEs must also carry out structured and correct financial management.

Today's younger generation, especially students, are more aware of technological advances than the older generation. Even so, it is still a question whether they have an awareness of the importance of investment. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the investment awareness of the younger generation, in this case students. This study used a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument by taking a sample of 113 students majoring in economics in South Kalimantan. The results of the study reveal that financial literacy, personal interest and saving behavior have a positive and significant effect on the investment awareness of students. These results indicate that student investment awareness arises from their own awareness where they have the initiative to seek more detailed information about investment and the habit of making financial planning. Furthermore, studying the level of investment awareness can provide important insights for policy makers, and educational institutions on how to increase support for young investors in making sound investment decisions.

A company is established with the aim of achieving profits and prosperity for company owners and shareholders in an industry. However, not all standing companies get maximum profits, so this study aims to determine whether the independent variables of financial ratios such as dividend policy, investment decision, leverage, profitability and firm size can affect the dependent variable firm value. This study took samples from companies listed on the IDX engaged in the food and beverage sector in 2017-2021 with the final sample used to conduct the research as many as 62 companies. The method of data analysis in this study uses the panel regression method which is useful for predicting and knowing the value of one variable against other variables. This research reveals that the independent variables dividend policy, investment decision and leverage have no significant effect on firm value, while the independent variables profitability and firm size have a significant but negative relationship to the dependent variable firm value.
