Abstract

Employee performance is very important in an organization, because the success of an organization is very dependent on the quality and performance of human resources in the organization. Several aspects of employee performance levels are needed and can be determined at the same time, including organizational culture and leadership capabilities. Several previous studies have shown that the role of organizational culture is very important, and it is very likely that it is motivated by leaders in the organization. Banking is one of the industries with a fairly high employee turnover rate. Therefore, this research was conducted in one of the branches of BRI Bank Karawang branch. The purpose of this study was to examine its effect on employee performance, organizational culture and leadership. The research was conducted at Bank BRI Karawang, with a sample of 70 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire as a research tool. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, while leadership has an effect on employee performance. However, the results of the influence of leadership show better results than organizational culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether compensation and e- recruitment can attract prospective millennial employees to work and whether the use of the internet which has become a millennial lifestyle can help them find the job they want. The hypothesis in this study is that compensation has a positive effect on interest applying for a job and e-recruitment has a positive effect on interest in applying for a job. In this study using a quantitative approach to survey method. Sampling technique that is using purposive sampling, the respondents in this study were alumni of the Borneo Tarakan University totaling 225 people from the management and economic development majors. Then analyzed using spss that is t test. The result of this study indicate that compensation has a positive effect on interest in applying for a job and e-recruitment also has a positive effect on interest in applying for a job.

Abstract

Bobbiesjeans.co is an SME in Bandung that is engaged in fashion and has been established since 2017. The main product sold by Bobbiesjeans.co is denim pants, this is supported by the percentage of sales of around 74% compared to other products. The number of competitors who have more variations makes Bobbiesjeans.co denim pants products also experience ups and downs. Therefore, there is a need for innovation in Bobbiesjeans.co demin pants. The purpose of this study is to design the product attributes of Bobbiesjeans.co denim pants based on consumer preferences using the conjoint analysis method, product attributes for denim pants include model, material, color, leg opening width. Based on the results of the research that has been done, light blue can be added to the color. For the material, it is necessary to add a variety of poly denim (12 oz). Furthermore, for the waistline it is also necessary to add variations of low rise (below the waist) and mid rise (waist). Next to the model, it is necessary to add variations to the boot-cut model. And for arcuate it is also necessary to add variations of arcuate stitching.

Abstract

Career competence, competency, and work happiness all help the Office of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of West Java Province function better. This study will explore the effect of both partially and concurrently on employee performance improvement mediated by work satisfaction. This research is quantitative and uses path analysis together with multiple regression and mediation models to verify and analyze data. This research used Proportionate Random Sampling to choose 143 employees from a total population of 222. The results revealed that career advancement has a 36.78 percent influence on work satisfaction. Competence has a 2.75 percent effect on work satisfaction. Career development has a 31.63 percent impact on employee performance. Competence influences employee performance by 0.0398 or 3.98 percent. Job happiness has an 8.18 percent impact on employee performance. a combined impact of 0.4378 or 43.78 % This suggests that career growth and competency characteristics contribute 43.78 percent to work satisfaction, while the remainder contributes 56.22 percent.

Abstract

The tourism industry has become one of the sectors whose operations have been hampered due to the pandemic. Since the enactment of the new normal in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, several tourist attractions have been active again, including the Mount Kelud tourist area located in Kediri Regency. The problem is how the tourism sectors in the Kelud mountain area can regain tourist interest and loyalty after actively operating again. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine the destination image factor, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) factor which in this case refers to tourists, and tourist satisfaction with tourist loyalty to the Gunung Kelud tourist area, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses multiple linear regression method to 320 respondents. The results of the data distribution statement obtained, amounting to 3.15 which falls into the required scale category. From the modeling results, the regression value of the destination image decreased by 0.57%, customer relationship management increased by 12.1% and satisfaction increased by 30.9%. Partially, the destination image is worth 2,702 units, customer relationship management is 1,982 units and tourist satisfaction is 6,903 units for the loyalty of Mount Kelud tourists. Meanwhile, simultaneously that Destination Image, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction are worth 21,402 units.

Abstract

The hotel industry is an industry that can support the tourism sector, including one-star to five-star hotels. This study aims to determine the development of receivables collection at Hotel Z Jakarta, where there are many variations of bad debts after 30 days. The research analysis method used is Accounts Receivable Turnover, Average Billing Period, Arrears Ratio, and Billing Ratio. The data obtained from this study uses the observation method of financial data, especially receivables data to analyze receivables in the 2019-2021 annual period to determine the level of receivables turnover on cash receipts. Based on the results of research conducted; The average billing period rate at the Hotel Z Jakarta hotel is still in good condition with an average of 18 days in paying off receivables. There is an increase of 13.48% in receivables collection from 2019-2021.

Abstract

An organization can grow quickly if it has a good knowledge culture. Employees are organizational assets that need their career development. Career development can only be ensured if the organization has a learning culture. This study examines and analyzes Employee Career Development through Organizational Learning Culture, Career Planning, and Career Management. This research was conducted on MSME employees with 259 respondents who gave answers collected from 60 MSMEs in the city of Banjarmasin. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The study results found that there was a direct positive relationship between variables with different degrees of intensity. Empirically the four hypotheses have been proven, as well as there is a positive indirect relationship between the variables, proving the fifth hypothesis.

Abstract

This research is motivated by whether or not there is a relationship between the variables of Instagram content marketing, Instagram social media marketing, price, and restaurant atmosphere on repurchase intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of the variables of Instagram content marketing, social media marketing Instagram, price, and restaurant atmosphere on repurchase intention in restaurants and bars. The research method used is a causal research method. This research method is used to test whether a variable causes changes in other variables or not. This research was conducted on 384 consumers at restaurants and bars in South Jakarta. Respondents were selected from the sample of interest and data were collected using a Likert Scale questionnaire which was distributed online and offline. PLSSEM was used to analyze the data. The results show that Instagram content marketing, Instagram social media marketing, price, and restaurant atmosphere affect repurchase intention at Restaurants and Bars in South Jakarta positively and significantly, so there are no variables that have no effect. Further research can be carried out with qualitative analysis using the interview method to find out more about the reasons for consumers to repurchase.

Abstract

Employees in an organization were integral to the organization's success. High-performing employees were able to advance the organization to the highest level. The performance standards for competent individuals were quality, quantity, efficiency, and effectiveness, in addition to the ability to collaborate with coworkers. The purpose of this investigation was to determine the impact of employee behavior and work environment on employee performance. This research employs a quantitative verification technique. This survey included all KJP Sugianto Prasadjo personnel from all branches including the main office. This research sample consists of 100 KJP Sugianto Prasadjo employees. Purposive sampling was used for the sample process. Sugianto Prasadjo administered a statement questionnaire to 100 KJP employees as the tool. The research data were analyzed using version 3.0 of Smart PLS. Work conduct had a significant effect on employee performance (p<0.05), the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance (p<0.05), and the work environment mediated the effect of work behavior on employee performance (p<0.05). Consequently, employee performance was influenced by behavior and the working environment. It was anticipated that future study will be able to establish a performance improvement model to foster innovative employee work behaviors for the benefit of the organization

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of health risks, innovation capabilities, and coffee shop atmosphere on changes in consumer behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The number of samples is 100 respondents, and the sampling technique is purposive sampling—data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The research locations were in five coffee shops: Tak Kie Coffee, Sun Ho Coffee, Djie Coffee, Bakoel Koffie Coffee, and Gondangdia Luwak Coffee. The results showed that the perception of health risks and the atmosphere of the coffee shop had a significant positive effect on changes in consumer behavior. In contrast, innovation capability harms changes in consumer behavior. The dominant result is the atmosphere of the coffee shop, which has a t-count that is greater, 7.259, than the t-table of 1.960 and a significant value is 0.000. This is because coffee shops carry out health protocols such as distance restrictions, maintaining cleanliness, good air circulation, and the availability of outdoor facilities. Coffee shops should maintain health protocols, and visitors should be limited so that consumers can feel safe and comfortable. They should also be able to make coffee while traditionally not selling coffee online so that the aroma and taste are maintained properly and do not change from the original.
