Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at Babeh Sadeli Typical Betawi Restaurant. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with a simple regression analysis method which is processed with the help of the SPSS program. The population in this study were all visitors who had come to the Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant. At the same time, the sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The results showed that the quality of service and facilities significantly affected the variable of customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction. This indicates that the Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant provides quality consisting of security, security, and supervision.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the relationship between board diversity and company performance in tourism sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the period of 2012-2021. The research also considers the moderating role of institutional ownership in this relationship. The independent variables in this study include board diversity and institutional ownership, while the dependent variable is company performance. The sample of 15 companies was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis was conducted using panel data regression analysis with the fixed effect model in the STATA MP17 software. The findings of the study indicate a positive impact of board diversity on company performance, and it is observed that the effect of board diversity on company performance is more pronounced when the level of institutional ownership is low.Keywords: Board Diversity, Board of Directors, company performance, governance, Institutional Ownership

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of audit tenure and Public Accounting Firm (KAP) reputation on the timeliness of submitting financial reports (report lag) of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples for this research were collected from 112 companies over a period of 3 years, so the total number of samples obtained were 336. The testing of hypotheses in this research is done using logistic regression. The research results show that tenure audits influence the report lag, but KAP reputation does not influence the report lag

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between online shopping experience, service quality and online shopping satisfaction on repurchase intentions at Tokopedia. The type of research used is quantitative research using a consumer survey approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a survey method via a Google form which was filled in by respondents. The research sample used was 210 respondents who had shopped at Tokopedia. In this research, the test used in statistical analysis is hypothesis testing with Smart PLS software. Based on the processing results, (1) online shopping experience has a significant effect on online shopping satisfaction; (2) service quality has a significant effect on online shopping satisfaction: and (3) online shopping satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Economic conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced a significant decline in all countries of the world, including Indonesia. Therefore, in preparing this thesis, it was discovered that the author wanted to observe all companies registered in LQ45 regarding efforts to increase firm value, especially when facing the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This research samples using companies that listed on IDX where operate in the LQ45 index during 2017-2021. This research is using panel regression method as the data analysis method. The research conducted shows that the independent variables liquidity, leverage and profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value, while the independent variables firm size and CSR have no significant effect on the dependent variable firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of price in mediating product quality on purchasing decisions at Cipadu Market, Tangerang City. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach using the path analysis method. The location of this research was at Cipadu Market. The sampling technique used accidental sampling because the researcher happened to meet the respondents directly. The research results show that; (1) Product quality has a significant effect on price; (2) Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; (3). Price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality and affordable prices at Cipadu Market are interrelated, creating an attraction that influences consumer purchasing decisions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and trust, as well as business strategies to maintain low prices without sacrificing quality. Traders are advised to ensure high quality standards, offer a variety of products, collaborate with trusted manufacturers, and maintain competitive prices. Consumers are asked to provide reviews that give merchants insight into product quality and user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between product packaging, key opinion leader effectiveness, commitment, and brand image on the purchase intention of Looke consumers in Surabaya.  The type of research used is quantitative research through a consumer survey approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection is done by survey method through google form filled in by respondents. The research sample used was 156 respondents who had bought and used Looke products in the Surabaya area. In this study, the test used in statistical analysis is hypothesis testing with PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling) software and WarpPLS 7.0. Based on the management results, (1) Product Packaging has a significant effect on Purchase Intention; (2) Key Opinion Leader has a significant effect on Brand Image: (3) Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchase Intention; (4) Commitment has a significant effect on Brand Image; and (5) Commitment has a significant effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of transformational leadership, work environment, and digital technology on employee performance in the Plant Department of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada, a mining company. In the challenging mining industry, transformational leadership is considered an approach that can enhance employee motivation and development. A supportive work environment, particularly concerning safety and employee development, has a positive impact on well-being and productivity. Additionally, the integration of digital technology, including automation, data analysis, and artificial intelligence, is identified as a key factor in improving operational efficiency and employee performance. Primary data obtained through questionnaires were used for analysis, employing multiple linear regression along with the F-test and t-test.The research findings indicate that transformational leadership, a supportive work environment, and digital technology significantly contribute to employee performance. Transformational leadership, emphasizing motivation and development, can create a safety-oriented and innovative work culture. A supportive work environment, especially in terms of safety and employee development, also proves to have a positive impact on well-being and productivity. The integration of digital technology, such as automation and data analysis, can enhance operational efficiency and employee performance.

Abstract

This research analyses chatbot features on consumer satisfaction regarding intention to use and purchase intention in an e-commerce Shopee. This research also involves consumer satisfaction variables that significantly impact consumer usage and purchase intentions. The data in this research was obtained through a questionnaire from 108 respondents who were sampled and explained using a purposive sampling technique. Using WarpPLS and SPSS to analyze data. The findings in this research show that consumer satisfaction greatly influences purchase intentions and the use of chatbot features in Shopee e-commerce. Further interactivity, communication style, and responsiveness. and perceived ease of use also plays a vital role in influencing consumer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to show that several factors influence consumer satisfaction in using the Shopee chatbot feature, which will significantly impact consumers in deciding their purchase intentions and intentions to use a product when making online purchases via Shopee e-commerce.
