Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out why effective madrasah leadership is needed in improving the quality of madrasah at MI Al-Faat 2 Banggo Dompu and how to implement effective madrasah leadership at MI Al-Faat 2 Banggo Dompu. This type of research used in this research is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were the head of the madrasah, the chairman of the committee, the head of the foundation, the teachers, and the students. The results showed that: (1) Madrasah leadership is effective in improving the quality of madrasahs carried out by the head of madrasah Miftahul Akhlaqiyah is to always establish a clear focus on the objectives of developing madrasah quality and student achievement both in madrasah and outside madrasah, (2) effective madrasah leadership who always play a collective leadership role and play an example at all levels of activity in madrasah and outside madrasah so that they appear as role models, (3) Evaluating the development of teacher and student performance, so that teacher and student achievement can achieve maximum goals. So that the impact of this effective madrasah leadership is to increase the morale of madrasah teachers, increase the effectiveness of madrasah staff and teacher teamwork, and can improve student learning achievement optimally.

Abstract

This research is descriptive qualitative field research. The data collection methods are observation, interview, documentation. While data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, namely describing and interpreting the data that has been obtained so that it describes the actual reality following existing phenomena. Research object at SMP Negeri 3 Dompu. The research objective was to determine the teacher's initiative as a facilitator in realizing the learning habits of students at SMP Negeri 3 Dompu? The results of the research show that the teacher's initiative as a facilitator in realizing the learning habits of SMP Negeri 3 Dompu students has been running, but not all of the eleven teachers' efforts as facilitators have been implemented properly. From observations and interviews, it was found that the two PAI teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Dompu had tried to carry out their efforts as facilitators such as trying to listen to the needs of students, being patient, facilitating learning activities, appreciating students, being positive, building an atmosphere of intimacy and personal communication and being equal in front of students. However, sometimes the teacher's attitude is still impatient, still occasionally trying to lecture students. The factors that hinder the efforts of teachers as facilitators in realizing the learning habits of students at SMP Negeri 3 Dompu? The inspirational factor is still not maximal. The teacher's effort as a facilitator is a factor in teacher habits in teaching where so far teachers have been accustomed to teaching with old patterns and this has strongly influenced the teacher's teaching style. Also, the teacher's mastery of the teacher's initiative theory as a facilitator is still not optimal.

Abstract

In social life, human life is influenced by behavior. Psychology is getting the biggest war in dealing with human behavior problems. as a scientific discipline, psychology is expected to be able to explain the existence of phenomena or problems of mankind, especially Muslims. For that, there needs to be an integration between psychology and Islam. Psychology and Islamic education have the same characteristics in seeing various cases in scientific buildings so that in Islamic studies such as Islamic education, an approach is needed to look at social phenomena more deeply, namely by using a psychological approach. This study aims to determine the psychological approach and Islamic education and how to approach psychology in the Islamic approach. Psychology as an approach can produce findings that are appropriate to the context. In Islamic studies, especially Islamic education can be accessible for other sciences to be used as a tool in seeing various social problems. This then happened with psychology and Islamic education because it gave birth to the psychology of Islamic education. The results in this study indicate that Islamic psychology refers to a concept that Islam is present by offering a more comprehensive discussion of human concepts. Humans are not only controlled by the past or the environment that surrounds them but can design the future and can control the environment.

Abstract

Pesantren is the oldest place for broadcasting religion and education in Indonesia. Pesantren is a traditional Islamic educational institution in Indonesia that plays an important role in preserving and developing Islamic science. Also, Islamic boarding schools play a role in shaping the character of Indonesian Muslims. During the New Order, pesantren competed with schools recognized by the government. Also, the pattern of modern human life affects the existence of pesantren as traditional Islamic educational institutions. To maintain its existence, pesantren made several changes deemed necessary, but still preserved tradition. Identification of existing problems is the first step in efforts to continuously improve the quality and quality of these educational institutions. The problems in this research are what problems are faced by pesantren in the era of globalization in Indonesia. In collecting the data, several methods were used, namely: observation and documentation. The results in this study indicate that there are several problems faced by pesantren in Indonesia, namely: Low equal distribution of learning opportunities, low academic quality, traditional teaching methods, and not many variations, changing curriculum policies, and inadequate educational facilities.

Abstract

Values education is at the core of Islamic religious education because the purpose of value education is to educate human behavior in the teachings of Islam better known by educating noble morals based on Al-Quran and Hadith. Through value education, the objectives, materials, methods, evaluation activities, and educators in Islamic religious education should support the achievement of the value of education goals. Abstract

This study aims to describe critically college management, higher education quality, and good university governance in Islamic Institute Muhammadiyah Bima to find answers to the problems concerning: (1) How is the description of College Management of Islamic Institute Muhammadiyah? (2) How are the efforts implemented to improve the Higher Education Quality? (3) What are the principles of Good University Governance for improving the quality of education? (4) What are the barriers and challenges of College Management to improve the quality of education?. The results showed that the college management, in the control of institution governance, refers to the management functions of planning, organizing, and monitoring as well as the principles of good university governance that include transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and justice. In general, the implementation of college management has been accomplished by the rules set by the college. The successes that have been achieved by Islamic Institute Muhammadiyah in the efforts of developing higher education quality, as well as the implementation principles of college management, are the following. (1)The implementation of the three duties of College, (2) Creating effective good management, (3) Upgrading the competence of lecturers, (4) Improving the quality of learning, (5) Increasing the academic atmosphere, (6) Embodiment of academic purposes. There are also several factors inhibiting Islamic Institute Muhammadiyah Bima in the implementation. These are internal and external barriers.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to determine the readiness and ability of the students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program at STAI Al Amin Dompu, in the application of oral da'wah, the obstacles faced by students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program in the application of oral dakwah, as well as knowing the efforts made by students. The Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program in honing its readiness and ability in the application of oral dakwah. The application of the research used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The objects of the research are students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program and supporting sources, namely the lecturers of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program at the Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) in the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program. Dakwah Bil Lisan is a method of da'wah that uses one-way communication in general the congregation is passive. The preaching of oral bill includes lectures, speeches, sermons, religious discussions and so on. The abilities possessed by students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program are considered extraordinary because many of the sixth and eighth semester students are able to apply oral dakwah. Their abilities lead them to readiness to be brave enough to deliver oral dakwah, this is evidenced by the students who apply oral dakwah at religious events, competitions even during Friday sermons. Obstacles faced by students in implementing verbal speech are obstacles from within, namely nervousness which suddenly appears when they want to deliver oral speech messages besides that obstacles arise from mad'u, to overcome these obstacles students make efforts by sharpening His talents and interests include reading more Islamic books, participating in religious discussions and so on.

Abstract

Educational communication is a process of interaction in learning activities, where students can convey ideas both orally and in writing which includes reading, listening, discussion, explaining, writing, interpreting, and evaluating ideas, symbols, terms, and information. Apart from that, the symbol of self-confidence is the most important basic asset in a person to be able to actualize himself. Judging from the process, education is one part of communication and as a process involving two components consisting of humans, namely teachers as communicators and students as communicants. A common reason people join small groups is to learn from others. In general, education takes place in a planned way in the classroom face to face (face to face), because the groups are small and there is communication in the form of group communication but at any time it can turn into interpersonal communication. Based on several descriptions of self-confidence, it can be concluded that self-confidence is a belief and attitude that students have about their abilities and can develop and cultivate themselves in overcoming various kinds of problems, both positive and negative. Likewise, with communication here, it can be concluded that this communication is a process of interaction in learning activities, where later students can convey ideas to one another by reading, listening, and writing

Abstract

Konteks penelitian dalam penelitian ini ini adalah (1) Bagaimana peran Guru PAI sebagai pendidik dalam meningkatkan perilaku Islami siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Manggelewa? (2) Bagaimana peran Guru PAI sebagai model dan teladan dalam meningkatkan perilaku Islami siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Manggelewa? (3) Bagaimana peran Guru PAI sebagai evaluator dalam meningkatkan perilaku Islami siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Manggelewa? Adapun yang menjadi fokus penelitian dalam hal ini adalah (1) mengetahui peran Guru PAI sebagai pendidik dalam meningkatkan perilaku Islami siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Manggelewa, (2) mengetahui peran Guru PAI sebagai model dan teladan dalam meningkatkan perilaku Islami siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Manggelewa, (3) mengetahui peran Guru PAI sebagai evaluator dalam meningkatkan perilaku Islami siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Manggelewa.Skripsi ini disusun berdasarkan data lapangan yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan study dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisisnya, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa uraian dan gambaran data-data yang terkumpul secara menyeluruh tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru pendidikan agama Islam berperan dalam peningkatan perilaku Islami siswa. Peran guru sebagai pendidik dalam meningkatkan perilaku Islami siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Manggelewa yaitu dengan selalu membimbing dan membina siswa untuk berperilaku Islami sehari-hari melalui pembiasaan budaya 5 S (salam, senyum, sapa, sopan, dan santun), selain itu fasilitas keagamaan seperti musholla dan perpustakaan Islam serta ekstra kurlikuler keagamaan seperti GQ, hadrah, dan kajian Islam digunakan guru PAI untuk memaksimalkan tujuan dari guru untuk membentuk perilaku Islami siswa.

Abstract

Karena penyebaran covid-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia, seluruh Mahasiswa di Indonesia diwajibkan untuk belajar Online dirumah. STAI Al-Amin Dompu adalah salah satu kampus yang menerapkan pembelajaran online menggunakan aplikasi Zoom. Zoom Cloud meeting merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran online yang sering digunakan di STAI Al-Amin Dompu. Efektivitas pembelajaran online sangat perlu diperhatikan agar mahasiswa memahami saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana efektivitas pembelajaran online menggunakan aplikasi Zoom di STAI Al-Amin Dompu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang berlandaskan pada paradigma post positivisme. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pembelajaran online menggunakan aplikasi Zoom sudah efektif. Pembelajaran secara online mendapat tanggapan sangat baik dari mahasiswa karena pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel saat menggunakanya. Dengan adanya pembelajaran online menjadikan mahasiswa lebih mandiri dan mendorong Mahasiswa harus lebih aktif dalam perkulihan. Banyaknya fitur di dalam Zoom menjadikan pembelajaran lebih menarik. Selain itu, pemahaman dan penerimaan yang disampaikan oleh dosen dapat dirasakan oleh mahasiswa STAI Al-Amin Dompu
