The question of how to improve the learning of students who score low in mathematics poses a significant challenge for researchers and teachers. Researchers investigated whether the use of video could help low-achieving students. To achieve this goal, this research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, pre-test, and post-test. This study involved 15 students from 3 different classes and two mathematics teachers. The researcher interviewed students and teachers about their first impressions using videos and gave a pre-test and post-test to check the answers' sentences. This study indicates that video makes it easier for students to remember the material, and students can influence what affects their understanding of mathematical concepts. The use of video proved to be an effective strategy in increasing the knowledge of mathematical concepts of low achieving students.

The sophistication of technology with its various alternative conveniences, has a significant impact on the moral crisis among children, especially at the elementary age level (SD/MI). This study aims to analyze the moral crisis of elementary age students, with a research background (case study) in Tambak Cekur Village, Serbajadi District. The focus of this research is how the moral crisis occurs among elementary age children, as well as the role of parents, teachers, and society in responding to it. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive study methods. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using reduction techniques (data sorting), data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that the use of gadgets without parental supervision causes a massive moral crisis among elementary age children. In addition to playing online games, children are also affected by various shows that are negligent, so that the "golden age" for children to learn becomes negligent by imitating more "style" dances with tiktok applications and video snacks than studying. Through this research, it is hoped that it can become a basic concept for parents to present their role as educators in the family environment for children and supervise children from various negative impacts caused by the use of smartphones.

This study aims to develop anti-corruption learning using comics and posters in order to instill the values of honesty and simplicity in the students of Public Junior High School Six Malang. The Research and Development (R&D)Â approach was used throughout this entire study. The s The participants in this study were students at Public Junior High School Six Malang . As data collection techniques, questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation studies are used in this study, along with focus group discussions (FGD) and field notes/logbooks. The obtained data were descriptively and qualitatively analyzed. The study's findings indicate that teachers require alternative learning that can instill the values of integrity in students, as well as anti-corruption learning media that was developed in two stages (media development and material development) and has been validated to be used as an alternative learning to instill the values of integrity, particularly honesty and simplicity. According to Article 13 of Law Number 30 of 2002, one of the prevention efforts that the KPK can carry out is to organize anti-corruption education programs at all levels of education. The material assessment on the development of anti-corruption learning with comics and posters yielded an average percentage of 88%, while the media assessment yielded an average percentage of 84%, both of which were in the good category. A conclusion can be drawn that comics and posters can be used effectively

Education is a crucial factor in determining whether or not character education is implemented. Character education is extremely important because, with character, humans will become noble and special beings when compared to other creatures, and even when compared to their fellow humans. Media Animasi merupakan salah satu alternatif media yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan media animasi diharapkan dapat membantu siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas media animasi pada keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa di SDN 035 Tarakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 2 SDN 035 Tarakan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan data siswa kelas II A SD 035 Tarakan, terhadap pemahaman mengenai membaca permulaan di kelas awal, menunjukkan nilai rata-rata yaitu 99,1 dan hasil analisis siswa kelas II B SD 035 Tarakan, terhadap pemahaman mengenai membaca permulaan di kelas awal, menunjukkan nilai rata-rata yaitu 97. Berdasarkan data yang ditemukan, media animasi ini sangat efektif dalam pembelajaran khususnya pada keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa sekolah dasar. Hal ini di buktikan bahwa media animasi sangat membantu siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran yang diberikan melalui animasi pembelajaran, sehingga siswa tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) merupakan pengetahuan mengenai alam semesta dan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi di alam. Pada proses pembelajaran IPA dibutuhkan bahan ajar. Salah satu bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan adalah LKPD. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan E-LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL). Populasi penelitian yakni siswa kelas VIII-C di MTSN 1 Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan yakni analisis (analyze), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes hasil belajar kemampuan Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS), angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni uji skor validitas, kepraktisan, N-gain dan uji skor angket respon siswa. Pada uji validitas diperoleh nilai 83% dengan krteria sangat baik. Pada uji keterlaksanaan didapatkan hasil 89% berkategori sangat praktis. Hasil uji N-gain didapatkan skor yakni 0,53 berkategori sedang. sedangkan pada uji angket respon siswa didapataan hasil yakni 82% dengan kategori sangat baik. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD berbasis PBL dapat meningkatkan kemampuan HOTS pada pembelajaran IPA SMP.

Penelitian ini merupakam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi yang dialami oleh peserta didik kelas 5 di SD Negeri 2 Wanglu pada materi sistem pernapasan pada hewan menggunakannpeta konsep. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif sesuai dengan kriteria tingkat pemahaman peserta didik yang telah ditentukan. Sebanyak 17 peserta didik di tes dan beberapa peserta didik diwawancarai untuk memperoleh data mengenai penyebab terjadinya miskonsepsi. Hasil penelitiannmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat 41,17% peserta didik yang medapat nilai peta konsep masuk kedalam kriteria sedang, 58,82% peserta didik mendapat nilai peta konsep yang masuk kriteria rendah dan tidak ditemukannpeserta didik yang mendapat kriteria nilai tinggi. Penyebab dari peserta didik yang medapat nilai rendah dikarenakan mengalami miskonsepsi, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya miskonsepsi pada peserta didik yaitu kurangnya ketertarikannpeserta didik dengan pelajaran IPA yang beranggapan banyaknya materi yang perlu dihafalkan, kegiatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan metode ceramah sehingga hanya berpusat kepada guru yang menyebangkan peserta didik mudah bosan.Â

Organisasi mendorong sumber daya manusia untuk bersaing satu sama lain untuk pencapaian terbaik mereka. Kebutuhan akan prestasi dalam organisasi akan sangat didukung oleh kepemilikan individu atas pengetahuan yang tertanam. Namun jika prestasi tidak dilandasi dengan nilai-nilai spiritual, maka akan menjadi persaingan tidak sehat yang akan memperburuk kinerja. sehingga nilai-nilai agama sangat menentukan dalam membentuk motivasi berprestasi seseorang. Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisis peran Tacit Knowledge, Religiusitas, dan Motivasi Berprestasi dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia dengan populasi yakni seluruh guru MI di Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebanyak 190 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling pada pegawai yang masa kerja lebih dari 5 tahun. Data diukur menggunakan skala Likert 1 sampai 10 dan dianalisis menggunakan alat statistik PLS SEM. Adapun hasil penelitian yakni Tacit Knowledge dan Religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi. Kemudian Tacit Knowledge, Religiusitas, dan Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja SDM. Motivasi berprestasi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap pengaruh antara religiusitas dan kinerja SDM. Namun, motivasi berprestasi tidak dapat bertindak sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengaruh antara pengetahuan tacit dan kinerja SDM.

One of the factors causing the lack of success in reading comprehension in English in high school is the text used in learning that is set in a foreign culture. This study aims to describe the improvement of students' skills in understanding the contents of reading texts by using a model of text-based teaching materials based on local culture. This research uses classroom action research with implementation steps; (1) initial observations to determine research problems and data collection; (2) formulate research action plans, formulate models of teaching materials (3) development of teaching materials; (4) carry out the action; (5) collaborate with English teachers; (6) draw up a teaching plan; (7) reflection and revision of actions; (8) classroom action; (9) improvement of teaching materials. The subjects of this study were two English teachers and 28 high school students in class XI who were studying English with the topic of Reading Comprehension. The results showed an increase in student involvement in discussions, higher student initiative to ask questions, higher student activity in digging information. Learning outcomes indicated by the level of students' ability to answer questions are also getting higher. Learning becomes more effective and efficient in achieving learning objectives.

Kurikulum paradigma baru merupakan kurikulum yang digunakan pada saat ini dengan luaran jangka panjang yaitu profil pelajar pancasila. Dalam kurikulum tersebut pendidikan karakter merupakan hal yang perlu dimunculkan dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan observasi awal didapatkan permasalahan mengenai karakter siswa terutama karakter peduli lingkungan. Salah satu solusi untuk memecahkan permasalahan karakter yakni dengan menerapkan media berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan siswa di kelas III menggunakan media digital berbasis kearifan lokal yakni wayang sukuraga. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas menggunakan model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilakukan melalui II siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 pembelajaran. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 peserta didik yakni 4 peserta didik laki-laki dan 4 peserta didik wanita. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terjadi kenaikan pada siklus I dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 63,28 menuju siklus II sebesar 86,33. Signifikansi peningkatan karakter peduli lingkungan siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II adalah 23,08 dapat diklasifikasikan kedalam kategori sangat baik. Maka dari itu dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan media digital wayang sukuraga dapat meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan siswa.
