Abstract

Cement and lime are widely used as stabilizing agents for soft clays. Some pozzolanic materials have also been used as additives such as asphalt, geosta, fly ash (geopolymer), base ash, salt. Industrial waste such as rice husk ash, coal burning ash (geopolymer) is also used as an alternative for stabilization materials. This research aims to study the effect of sawdust ash, as wood waste, to replace cement and lime on the stabilization of high plasticity clay. The effectiveness of sawdust ash, in this study, was evaluated from the CBR value. The test samples were also reviewed under conditions with and without immersion and with and without curing. Based on the test results, lime is very effective as an additive because it increases the CBR value of more than 100 at a level of 10%. Wood husk ash also increases the CBR value by 100%. The use of cement, lime and wood husk ash requires curing time so that there is a strong bond between the clay and additives. The use of additives without curing did not increase the CBR value. In the stabilization of clay with 10% lime, replacement of lime with wood husk ash by 4%-6%, can be used as a road sub-grade with good quality.

Abstract

Bogor Regency has an economic growth rate including the highest among cities and other districts around the Jakarta Capital Region. Regarding the condition of the vehicle population in Bogor district, the number of motorized vehicles in 2017 and 2018 experienced a growth of between 2% and 12%. In contrast to the growth rate of vehicles, the road growth rate is only 0.1% per year. Nurul Hidayah Mosque is located on Jalan Salabenda, the object of the author's research to find out how much influence the sound of motorized vehicles has on worship activities around the Nurul Hidayah mosque. In public transport car speed, motorcycle speed, and private car speed do not have a significant effect on the noise pollution produced. The noise level around the Nurul Hidayah Mosque, Jalan Salabenda Raya, Bogor Regency which has been measured the smallest is 56.4 dBA. This value exceeds the noise threshold of the Noise Level Standard Value for the Ministerial Decree, which is 55 dBA. So that it requires attention and cooperation from the government and the community to overcome the noise in the worship area. The calculation and analysis obtained is on the equation with the largest R Square value on the fourth day of the study, the third point (Sound Level Meter 3), with a contribution of 22.67%. Like the equation on the side, y = 73.251 + 0.004x1-0.311x2-0.003x3. The meaning of this equation is that if there is no decrease in the speed of motorbikes, private cars and public transport cars, the noise pollution level in SLM3 is 73,251 dBA. If there is an increase in the speed of public transport cars by 0.004, the decrease of motorbikes by 0.311, and an increase in the speed of private cars by 0.003, the noise pollution level will decrease by 0.31 dBA at SLM3.

Abstract

Establishing North Kalimantan as the 34th province in Indonesia with the provincial capital located in Tanjung Selor, Bulungan Regency, has influenced the pattern of transportation used by society between regions. Previously, most people traveled to Tarakan city by sea transportation because Tarakan is an island city and has a strategic role regionally as a National Activity Center (PKN) in North Kalimantan. Since January 2020, the North Kalimantan Transportation Service has permitted public transportation routes to Perum DAMRI Tanjung Selor Branch to serve three round-trips (pp) routes, namely: Tanjung Selor-Malinau (TGS-MLN), Tanjung Selor-Tana Tidung (TJS-KTT), and Malinau-Salang (MLN-SLG). This study aims to find the ideal fare for public transportation for people on the route, taking into account the Vehicle Operating Cost (VOC), the ability and willingness to pay (ATP and WTP) of DAMRI Bus users, as well as the user's willingness to pay. Pay more or WTP from Contingency Valuation (WTP-CV) if you get better service during the trip. The current single-trip DAMRI Bus fare is IDR 150,000.00 for the TJS-MLN/MLN-TJS route, the TJS-KTT/KTT-TJS route is IDR 100,000.00, and for the MLN-SLG/SLG-MLN route of IDR 50,000.00. The results of the study based on the VOC obtained one-time trip rates for each route, respectively: IDR 135,633.21, IDR 119,046.86 and IDR 35,186.00. The respondents' ATP analysis results obtained a one-time trip fare for each route in a row: IDR 142,994.05, IDR 119.747.47 and IDR 63.750.00. Meanwhile, respondents' WTP was obtained for each route: IDR 110,519.48, IDR 94,545.45, and IDR 39,107.14. The respondents' WTP-CV values were also obtained on each route, amounting to IDR 14,675.32, IDR 11,409.09, and IDR 8,303.57. Considering the captive rider as an economy class passenger and the benefits of the DAMRI Bus operator, the proposed tariffs for each route are IDR 130,000, IDR 110,000, and IDR 48,000.

Abstract

Management on a construction project is something that cannot be ignored, because without construction management a project will be difficult to run according to expectations in the form of cost, time, quality and the success or failure of a construction project depends on the effectiveness of resource management. One way that can be done to achieve project objectives is to increase work productivity. This study aims to determine the productivity of labor in the installation of lightweight brick walls based on facts in housing projects. Labor productivity by analyzing the LUR value and productivity rating then becomes the regression analysis data to produce the model. The data search was carried out by direct observation to the field and conducting unstructured interviews with workers in the field. The resource persons are workers as artisans and workers who are experts in the work of installing light brick walls. This productivity measurement uses the productivity rating method, where worker activities are classified into 3 things, namely Essential contributory work, Effective work, and not useful. The results of the analysis show that the productivity of light brick wall installation workers based on the fact has higher productivity than the SNI labor coefficient. To calculate the labor productivity of installing lightweight brick walls, then the model from the results of this study can be used. The results of the evaluation of the model to predict labor productivity for installing lightweight brick walls have an average accuracy of 99.34%, so the model can be declared accurate.

Abstract

The problem of flooding in Aneka Elok, which is located in the city of East Jakarta, is still a matter of concern, because every rainy season it is always routinely flooded. The catchment area in this study is 0,75 km2 has a primary waterway that flow along the Aneka Elok area which flows northward to the reservoir and pump house. The reservoir in Aneka Elok area is located on an area of 32.000m2, is able to accommodate a flood debit of 225m3 with an average depth of 4m. And has a pump capacity of 1000 liters/second as much as 2 units. With the current capacity of the reservoir and pump capacity, it is still not able to overcome the debit flood existing. This study aims to determine the existing debit in Aneka Elok area according to the return period of 5 years and 25 years, the debit flood existing in the research area, so that it can analyze the required waterway cross section and ideal pump capacity. With a return period of 5 years, the rainfall insensity of I5 is 91,95 mm/hour to calculate the debit flood due the rain and compared to the debit existing flood, it is found that thecapacity of the existing waterway at C1-C2, C4-C9 and C11 is not sufficient to accommodate the current debit flood, so it is necessary to modify the waterway dimension. With a return period of 25 years, the rainfall insensity I25 is 169,66 mm/hour to calculate the pump capacity, it is found that current capacity is still not sufficient so that it is necessary to increase the pump capacity from 2 m3/s to 3,5 m3/s to accelerate water flow.
