Abstract

Cibubur LRT Station is an LRT Station in Depok City which is located on Taman Bunga street, Harjamukti, Cimanggis district, Depok City, West Java 16454, to be precise next to the Jagorawi toll road.  The concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is a spatial engineering approach that focuses its development around transit points.  The space developed in a transit-oriented area has the characteristics of high density, various mixes (updates) and a design area that is friendly to pedestrians and bicycle users.  The purpose of this study was to analyze the designation of mixed land according to the roles and functions of the TOD and to predict the amount of generated traffic pull from and to the TOD area development location.  In knowing the land use of the TOD transit area at the Cibubur LRT station, it was carried out by means of an analysis of the designation of the main and supporting functions of the TOD, after data output was already there compared to the standard transit node, with standard pedestrian facilities, TOD standard from ITDP and to analyze the generation  and pulls in the TOD Cibubur area using the ITE-9th table.  The results of the KDB value obtained throughout the building are 70% of the maximum land cover (Land Converage) TOD of the city service sub-center of 70% which is contained in the technical criteria for TOD development based on the type of TOD and the total KDB figure is 5.00 from a maximum number of 3.0 to 5.0.  and for the generated value obtained in the land use of the TOD Cibubur area of 20,987 trips / hour in the morning (AM), and at night of 38,498 trips / hour.

Abstract

Cikarang is one of the areas in the administrative city of Bekasi Regency, which has several flood-prone areas. Every year, several areas of Cikarang often experience flooding, including the North Cikarang area. Precisely in Karanganyar Village, Karang Bahagia Subdistrict, where most of the land has been converted from rice fields to densely populated housing. Over time, Karang Bahagia Subdistrict became familiar with floods and puddles. Mutiara Puri Harmoni 2 Housing is one of the densely populated residential areas in the Karang Bahagia District. From the observation of the drainage system made by Mutiara Puri Harmoni 2 Housing, there is a lot of sedimentation and some of the sections have a lot of narrowing due to increased development in the housing area. For the drainage before it is drained into the nearest river, namely the Gemboro river, the Mutiara Puri Harmoni 2 housing drainage system creates a reservoir as a storage. By analyzing the reservoir section using the rainfall distribution method and the Log Pearson III method, the resulting 2-year rainfall intensity is 74.374 mm/hour with the resulting discharge of 3.339 m3/second. From the calculation results, the reservoir storage is 6057.216 m3/second with a cross section of 62.4 mx 55.62m. Taking into account the reservoir water balance using 17 years of rainfall data, the maximum discharge in February is 18323m3 and the lowest discharge is in August of 3038m3. Therefore, the results of the capacity analysis needed to avoid flooding are to deepen and expand the reservoir and/or add a pump so that the concentration time is not too long.

Abstract

The development of transportation is increasing rapidly from year to year in accordance with existing technological developments, currently transportation plays an important role in human life, roads are the means of transportation that play the most role in this, along with the increasing volume of passing vehicles as well as road widening of course. Produces a new problem that may still be underestimated, that problem is noise. One of them is a place of education or a school that is right next to the main road, namely Wiyata Mandala Junior High School, Bogor Regency. The speed of private vehicles has a significant effect on noise. From all analysis calculations, the biggest equation is found in the first day of the third point of research (Sound Level Meter 3), with a contribution of 28.95%. The calculation below shows, y = 61.62 + 0.004x1 at a distance of 15.25m SLM. This equation means that if there is no decrease in motorbike speed, the noise level on the SLM3 is 61.62 dBA. The second largest equation was obtained in the first day of research at the second point (Sound Level Meter 2) with a contribution of 27.14% based on the calculation of the equation below, y = 64.23 + 0.007x1 with a distance of 3.44m SLM. The purpose of the above equation is that if there is an increase in motorbike speed, private vehicle speed and public vehicle speed, then the noise on the SLM2 is 64.23 dBA. During the Covid-19 pandemic, motorcycles at moderate speed often passed this school area. So based on the results of observations and calculations, it was found that the decrease in motorcycles was 45% which crossed the Wiyata Mandala Junior High School Bogor.

Abstract

Banyuwangi Regency has a coastline of 175.8 kilometers, stretching from Meru Betiri National Park to Baluran National Park. Coastline changes occur due to human activities, abrasion and sedimentation due to climate change and global warming. Research to identify and predict changes in the coastline of Banyuwangi Regency due to climate change using GRASS QGIS in 2025. The results of predictions of shoreline changes in Banyuwangi Regency are located in Pang Pang Bay, Muncar District and Tegaldelimo District. In Banyuwangi Sub-district on Cacalan Beach, Cemara Beach and Marina Boom Beach, and on the southern coast of Banyuwangi in Purwoharjo District, namely Grajagan Beach, and in Pesanggaran District on Red Island Beach. Recommendations for mitigating shoreline changes with sandy and swampy beach types in addition to the application of ecotourism principles are also the implementation of wind barriers, mangrove rehabilitation, seawall construction, or TetraPOT. Vegetative and mechanical conservation efforts are a strong combination in natural and artificial defense from marine abrasion attacks.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of immersion of H2SO4 (sulfuric acid) solution with a concentration of 10% on porosity, density and compressive strength of mortar with PPC cement and geopolymer with white soil substitution mortar. The purpose of this study was to determine the resistance of mortar with PPC cement and geopolymer with white soil substitution mortar when immersed in 10% H2SO4 solution. The test object was 5x5x5 cm mortar with materials used including fly ash from PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara, white soil from Kupang, fine aggregate, water and alkaline activator in the form of a mixture of 8M NaOH and Na2SiO3 and also PPC cement. The composition of the geopolymer mortar mixture is 1binder: 3Fine Aggregate: 0,5Water-Binder Ratio, while the mortar with PPC cement is made with a composition of 1PPC: 3Fine Aggregate: 0,5Water-Cement Ratio. The geopolymer mortar was made in 6 variations with a white soil substitution percentage of 0-25% with an increase of 5% for each variation. Compressive strength testing using a compression test apparatus. The test results show that the variation in the percentage of white soil substitution has less effect on the size of the porosity value. As for the value of compressive strength and density, white soil substitution has an effect, the higher the white soil substitution, the higher the compressive strength and mortar density values. Geopolymer mortar was better to withstand 10% sulfuric acid solution, while mortar with PPC cement had no resistance to 10% sulfuric acid solution because it continued to deteriorate over the course of the day. The greatest compressive strength is in variation IV (15% white soil substitution) of 15,31 MPa at 28 days of age, while the smallest porosity and greatest density are in variation VI (25% white soil substitution) of 0,17% and 2,205 grams/cm3.

Abstract

As time goes by, the human population and mortality rates continue to increase. The population that is increasing is inversely proportional to the amount of land as a place of settlement, causing a serious problem. The same thing happens due to the increasing number of deaths every year, the lack of land that can be used as a burial place. This can be seen from the amount of land that has shifted from its function, so people often prefer practical methods such as cremation or corpses to reduce the impact of excessive land use.

Abstract

The wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in the Nusa Dua area has implemented a stabilization pond to reduce organic matter and nutrients. Because it has been operating since 1980, it is necessary to evaluate the existing conditions. The aim of this study was to determine the percentage of organic and nutrient reduction from the WWTP system. Organic removal in the form of BOD and COD parameters were 71.84% and 75.11%, respectively. Meanwhile, nutrient parameters in the form of NH3-N, TN, and TP have a percentage of 83.64%; 59.41%, and -375.81%, respectively. TP is the only parameter that has increased, causing a problem which is caused by the explosion of algae population in the reservoir. TP allowance should be a concern in choosing advanced treatment.

Abstract

The increasing number of residents every year causes the need for transportation to also increase, this also occurs on the Sukabumi-Bogor Primary Arterial Road which is a road with a fairly high volume of traffic flow, in addition because the industrial center and tourism sector are located right on the national road, Insufficient geometric roads caused by the increasing number of vehicles is also a factor that affects the high number of traffic accidents along the Cibadak – Bogor Road. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the accident-prone areas (blackspots) on the Jl. Surya Kencana, Pamuruyan Village, Cibadak District - Jl. Raya Ciutara, Pondok Kaso Landeuh Village, Parungkuda District. The method used in this study is the EAN (Equivalent Accident Number) method and the Cussum (Cumulative Summery) method. From the results of the weighting using the EAN method, it was identified that STA 1, STA 4, STA 5, and STA 6 were blackspots. Meanwhile, the Cussum method identified STA 1, STA 4, STA 5, STA 6, and STA 9 as blackspots. The right type of handling for accident-prone locations from the observations, among others, is making a thunder strip facility close to the zebra cross area to reduce vehicle speed and installing a safety fence on the shoulder of the road so as to minimize road crossings that directly cross the road without using zebra cross facilities.

Abstract

Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport as one of the supporting sub-sectors of air transportation should be able to prepare and take strategic steps to proactively provide services and support customer needs for both airlines and passengers. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The method of collecting data and information is Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA). Data analysis with statistical methods. The results showed that the physical facilities, the level of reliability of the officers, the responsiveness of the officers, the security guarantees, the attitude of the officers' empathy, the work environment at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, showed a fairly small number of significance and had no effect on the level of passenger satisfaction. This can be interpreted that passenger satisfaction is quite good, but in this case to achieve a better value of passenger satisfaction, it is necessary to follow up so that the six variables get better attention so that the coefficient number is close to zero. It is recommended to improve both aspects of physical facilities and performance. The role of officers in serving passengers at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport Makassar.
