Abstract

Population growth is increasing every yearrequires more and more energy requirements, especially on the electrical energy side, namely the increasing demand for electric power.Although the technology for the construction of power plants and their transmission systems has been pursued with more sophisticated, effective, efficient and safe technologies, the obstacles still exist, one of which is the increasing difficulty of placing high-voltage transmission lines that are free from settlements and the influence of electric field radiation. and magnetic fields on human health has become an environmental problem for PT. PLN (Persero). This study aims to determine how much safe voltage is for people who pass through the High Voltage Air Lines and develop construction designs. The data analysis technique used by the author is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of monitoring the magnetic field on the 150kV SUTT transmission is 0.5 mT while the electric field strength is 70 V/m. in Bolaang Mangandow Selatan is safe for human health based on standards.

Abstract

Handling and controlling floods in the river/Tukad macro drainage system as the main discharge is a very complex matter. The engineering dimension (engineering) involves many disciplines. In this study, the analytical review is only on hydrological boundaries, hydraulics, watershed erosion, river engineering, morphology, river sedimentation, handling engineering, and flood control systems. The stages of compiling this research were preceded by the collection of secondary and primary data which were then carried out by analysis. The analysis in this planning is carried out qualitatively, quantitatively, and descriptively. The qualitative description focuses on inventorying the drainage system, determining the zoning of the drainage system based on watershed boundaries, class, and identification of area/area per unit drainage system. The quantitative analysis focuses on hydrological and hydraulic calculations as well as a detailed design of each segment of the drainage channel by the service area of ​​each drainage system. Furthermore, the descriptive analysis focuses on determining the priority scale for the handling of the drainage system which is considered vulnerable to flood hazards in the downstream area. Besides that, it also provides technical and non-technical recommendations for flood management. The results of the analysis of the sedimentation rate of the Pulukan River/Tukad 384.726 tons/ha/year are included in the class of severe erosion hazard because most of the community gardening activities are at an elevation of 25% to 40% which has an impact on the high LS slope factor. The existing cross-sectional capacity of the Pulukan River/Tukad is not able to accommodate the flood discharge planned for a return period of 50 years. From the results of this analysis, it is necessary to carry out flood handling/control using structural and non-structural methods. The Tukad Pulukan Watershed flood management and control program includes; reforestation, river normalization work, river management building, Tukad Pulukan watershed management, community-based watershed management, land use regulation, construction of access road inspections, installation of recording of water level and density of recording stations rainfall.

Abstract

Mode of transportation is absolutely a basic human need, especially in urban areas which tend to have high mobility. One type of mode that an important role in the urban transportation system is public transportation. oday, public transportation continues to make updates, one of which is public transportation in Palembang City marked by the start of operation of the Musi Emas feeder city transport in July 2022 with 7 routes. This study aims to identify the factors that influence and become the parameters of the traveling community in choosing mode of Musi Emas feeder city transportation Palembang City on the route corridor 1 Talang Kelapa – Punti Kayu, and corridor 2 Asrama Haji – Sematang Borang. The research approach used was quantitative with primary data sources from a revealed preference survey of 208 respondents who had used the Musi Emas feeder transport, and 192 respondents who had never used it. Analysis of the results of the survey data was modeled by logistic regression in order to look for factors that have an influence on choosing the mode of transportation of the Musi Emas feeder. The results of the analysis show that the independent variable data has a significant effect on variable dependent and the results of logistic regression analysis showed variable gender, age, and travel costs are influential variables in determining the choice of travelers to use the Musi Emas feeder city transportation mode.

Abstract

One of the passive design strategies that effectively reduce the heat load on the building envelope, especially in areas with a large surface area of glass shading Device. The research aims to measure the design influence of shading devices against the value of Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV) buildings. Research using quantitative methods, research done by trying Shading devices with Vertical Models, Horizontal multiple fins, and Egg crates, which have the length and slope provided by the Indonesian National Standard SNI. It tests each design shading measured on an impairment basis OTTV the best and best under 45 Watt/m². The results of the study show that shading devices affect the impairment of OTTV. The longer the shading device and the higher the slope, the more effective it is in blocking incoming radiation through the glass surface. Impairment OTTV existing buildings without a shading device have an initial value of 69.572 W/m2, decreased by 55% to 31.57 W/m2. Shading an egg crate with length120 cm with a slope of 40° is the best shading based on a comparative analysis between vertical louver shading and horizontal multiple fin shading. This is due to shading egg crates being able to respond to the sun in incoming low and high altitude angles to minimize or block radiation that enters through the glass surface.

Abstract

The development of terrestrial television broadcasting technology in the world today is switching from analog broadcasting systems to digital broadcasting systems. Analog Switch Off (ASO) is the period when analog broadcasts are stopped and replaced with digital broadcasts. Through the jargon "Clean Picture, Clear Sound, Advanced Technology" people will feel better quality than analog TV. In the era of digital broadcasting, TV viewers not only watch broadcast programs but can also get additional facilities such as EPG (Electronic Program Guide) to find out the programs that have been and will be aired later. With digital broadcasting, there is the ability to provide interactive services where viewers can directly rate the sound of broadcast programs in addition to the presence of features that can be utilized, such as features related to disaster information. In this study, an evaluation of the performance of DVB-T2 Digital TV propaganda will be carried out in the Bali service area. The quality of digital TV broadcasts in the Bali broadcast area is influenced by signal propagation which is parameterized by parameters C / N (or S / N), Modulation Error Rate (MER), Bit Error Rate (BER) by measuring at the test point or location of the test point/test measurement which is the outermost limit of the service area under the Minister of Communication and Information no 23 / PER / M.KOMINFO / 11/2011. So this research can be produced a map of the quality of broadcasting services in Bali which can be used as an indicator to avoid Bali from blank spot areas that can be recommended for Digital TV operators in Bali for repeater installation planning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the driving factors and inhibiting factors for the transformation of Balinese Traditional Architecture (ATB) designs in tourism facilities in Denpasar and Badung. Through a questionnaire as many as 48 samples from Architects working in Denpasar and Badung were analyzed through IFAS and EFAS and the Internal External Matrix, the general positions and strategies were obtained. The results of the study show that the main strength of internal factors is the existence of Provincial and Denpasar Regional Regulations regarding building layout which is a very meaningful back-up for implementing Balinese-style designs in tourist facilities. Meanwhile, the main driving factor from external factors is the development of tourism in Bali which is quite large. In this way, in the future, a mutually beneficial relationship will be created between Balinese Architecture and Tourism.

Abstract

The concept of architectural aesthetics is closely related to the architect who designed it. Architectural works of art today do not only consider the function and robustness of the structure, but also the aesthetic aspects. Current architectural developments show the trend of developing cafe buildings with unique designs that are owned as an attraction, one of which is the WYAH Art and Creative Space cafe building. This affects architects and is expected to be able to create buildings with new innovations that are unique and aesthetically attractive. This study aims to identify the aesthetic concepts applied by architects in WYAH cafe buildings. Based on the research objectives, this study uses a qualitative strategy with a phenomenology approach. The analysis technique used is content analysis and interpretive architectural criticism. The result obtained is that the aesthetic concept applied by the architect in the process of designing the WYAH cafe building adopts the surrounding nature potentials (utilizing land conditions). The implication is that this building becomes an attraction and attracts the interest of many visitors, so it can be concluded that the architect's aesthetic concept is an important value in the process of designing architectural works.

Abstract

Andi Hakim Nasution Building is a facility located at Bogor Agricultural University. Andi Hakim Nasution Building is located in the main campus area of Bogor Agricultural University, Jl, Meranti, Babakan Village, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. This building is used for the offices of lecturers, staff and leaders, so that one of the motorized vehicle parking facilities is one of the needs of this building, but the existing parking facilities are still not neatly arranged. then it is necessary to study the analysis of parking on the Bogor Agricultural University campus. So that it can provide alternative parking control at the Andi Hakim Nasution Building so that no more motorized vehicles are found that are not neatly parked. This study aims to obtain the existing capacity of parking locations in the Andi Hakim Nasution Building and obtain parking characteristics (accumulation, duration of each vehicle, parking space turnover rate and parking index) of motorized vehicles in the Andi Hakim Nasution Building area. This study uses quantitative methods, this data collection is carried out by observation as primary data, among others, data on the number of vehicles entering, data on the number of vehicles out, data representing peak hours, peak days, normal hours, normal days, the number of Parking Space Units (SRP). The secondary data obtained by researchers through sources that have become data, which have conformity with the data that researchers are looking for in the study area, namely the area of parking area space. The result of this study is that the existing parking lot obtained secondary data with a survey method so as to produce existing data covering an area of 630m2 motorcycle parking area with a capacity of 180 ( Parking Space Unit) SRP and a tilt angle of 90 ° at the Andi Hakim Nasution Building. In this analysis study, the largest accumulated stasis capacity was 251 vehicles with an average parking duration of 9:57 hours on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. During the ten days of the survey conducted, it was found that the maximum parking volume was 403 vehicles with a maximum vehicle parking accumulation of 351 vehicles which occurred on Monday 5 June 2023, the highest motorcycle parking turn over at the Andi Hakim Nasution Building reached 223.89%, indicating that the performance of motorcycle parking was quite high. The capacity of motorcycle parking spaces at the Andi Hakim Nasution Building cannot meet existing parking needs.

Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or PT KAI is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that provides rail transportation services, the old Depok station is one of PT KAI's operating facilities which stops regularly to get on and off passengers, Depok Lama Station is in the area operational area one located in Pancoran Mas District, Depok city. The increase in passengers at the Old Depok Station and the inability to accommodate parking facilities at the Old Depok Station. Some passengers choose to park their vehicles in private parking lots. Therefore, according to the author, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the current parking area as a future plan. So that it can provide an alternative solution for parking lots at the Old Depok Station, and also overcome so that train passengers don't get a parking space anymore. It also aims to provide comfort for train passengers. This research was conducted to evaluate the parking area at Depok Lama Station. This evaluation is an important step that must be carried out, in order to identify problems that occur in the parking system at Depok Lama Station. This data collection uses a quantitative method with direct observation in the field at the old Depok station, while the literature is used as a reference for secondary data. Based on the survey results and data analysis that the author obtained for 10 days, namely the existing condition of the parking lot obtained secondary data using the survey method so as to produce existing data on a 230m2 motorbike parking area with a capacity of 100 SRP (Parking Space Unit) and a slope angle of 90° at the station old depot. In this analytical study, the results of the largest accumulated stasis capacity were 143 vehicles with an average parking duration of 08:14 hours on Thursday, 01 June 2023. During the ten days of the survey it was found that the maximum parking volume was 150 vehicles with an accumulation of vehicle parking a maximum of 150 vehicles that occurred on June 1, 2023, the highest turnover of motorcycle parking at Depok Lama Station reached 150.00%, this indicates that the performance of motorcycle parking is quite high. The capacity of motorbike parking space at the old Depok station can meet the existing parking needs. This is shown by looking at the parking index exceeding 100%.

Abstract

The Ibn Khaldun University Women's Dormitory Building, Bogor (ASPIKA) is a building that functions as a temporary residence for female students. The ASPIKA Building was established 13 years ago, this has resulted in several building components and structures experiencing some damage which resulted in the function of the ASPIKA Building decreasing, so an assessment of the reliability level of the building is needed. Aspects used in the assessment of the reliability of the ASPIKA Building based on the proper function of the building include aspects of architecture, structure, utility and fire protection, accessibility, and building layout taking into account the applicable SNI standards. The method used is descriptive quantitative as well as survey data of the existing building by the Minister of Public Works No. 2/PRT/M/2006 concerning Guidelines for Building Technical Requirements. The results showed that the percentage value of the building on the architectural component aspect was 95.50%, indicating the building is in reliable condition. The percentage value on the structural component aspect of the building is 96.56%, indicating that the building is still reliable. The percentage of utility and fire protection components has a value of 65% indicating that the component aspects of the building are not reliable. Unreliable factors in utility and fire protection components are influenced by an inadequate fire prevention system so more attention must be paid to these aspects. Components in the accessibility aspect get a percentage of 65%, meaning that they are less reliable, where this value is influenced by the limited access of people with disabilities to reach areas on each floor of the building. The building layout and the environment get a 100% percentage which identifies the building layout as reliable based on the documents on the ASPIKA Building. The total value of the reliability level of ASPIKA Buildings obtained is 79.41% categorized as "Less Reliable" (reliable category is > 95%), this is influenced by the fire protection component by 65% ​​and the accessibility component by 65%. The solution that can be done by the university is to repair and procure facilities on the fire protection system and provide accessibility facilities that can make it easier for people with disabilities.
