Abstract

Inventory data and road conditions are the main road network data for measuring and monitoring road network conditions, making predictions of future conditions, and assisting in the strategic decision making process in road network management. This data is also the main data in general road network planning, programming and budgeting, research to evaluate the condition of road pavement to evaluate the condition of road pavement according to the level of damage so that later the budget can be determined. Data collection on road conditions uses a survey vehicle called Mata Garuda (MAGARU). The data obtained from MAGARU is road network data/RNI, pavement condition data/PCI and road unevenness data/IRI. Testing using the Benkelman Beam (BB) tool at 100 m intervals. Collecting traffic enumeration data uses CCTV equipment installed on the road section with an observation period of 7 x 24 hours. The results of the analysis showed that the proposed type of treatment was Preventive with an average value of 3.7, Minor Rehabilitation with an average value of 5.4 and Major Rehabilitation with a value of 8.8. For the PCI survey analysis, Preventive Treatment was obtained with an average value of 87.5, Minor Rehab with an average value of 65.3 and Major Rehab with an average value of 27.5. For the analysis of the deflection survey, a value of > 0.4 was obtained so the treatment was Major Rehab. The CESA4 value is 4,059 x 106 and the CESA5 value is 5,546 x 106. The results of pavement calculations show that Preventive Treatment uses Thin Layer Asphalt Concrete (LTBA), Minor Rehab uses Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC), Major Rehab uses Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course ( AC-WC), Asphalt Concrete Binder Course (AC-BC) and Asphalt Concrete Binder Course Leveling (AC-BC Lev).

Abstract

The rapid growth and development of major cities in Indonesia has resulted in regional growth and the formation of a class of Low-Income Communities (LIC) and the problem of providing housing for them. This study was conducted to identify the preferences of low-income housing ownership as well as to examine the development of low-income housing in terms of economic aspects. A quantitative approach was taken for LIC home ownership preferences and qualitative for LIC housing development prospects from an economic aspect. The results showed that home ownership preferences and the willingness of LIC to pay for housing units were influenced by variables of residential typology in the form of a single detached house, affordable prices with the ability to pay for LIC, convenient location, provision of basic housing facilities and infrastructure, good quality with attractive designs without affecting the price and supported by the availability of financing institutions that provide installment scheme facilities. LIC housing development in Batangkuis District in terms of economic aspects shows promising prospects in terms of supply by developers where land prices and financing along with construction costs as well as licensing and other legalities are still below the selling price set by the government. The availability of banking financing institutions that help facilitate financing also supports developers in marketing and sales. Meanwhile, from the side of LIC consumers in Batangkuis Sub-district, the availability of financing institutions has no effect because of the gap between the concept of financing and their economic capacity. The amount of monthly installments and initial financing is quite large, making them unable to access subsidized LIC housing developed in Batangkuis District.

Abstract

This study focuses on developing a classification model for cyberattacks on global networks during the time span of 2020 to 2023 using the Naive Bayes method. The main objective of the study is to analyze and classify the frequent severity of cyber, which helps in improving network security and reducing vulnerabilities. The Naive Bayes method was chosen for its efficiency in handling large datasets and its ability to make predictions based on probabilities. Collecting cyberattack data from a variety of reliable and up-to-date sources, the study covers attacks such as ransomware, phishing, DDoS, and other malware. The classification process includes data pre-processing, feature extraction, and finally the application of Naive Bayes algorithms to identify patterns in such attacks. The classification results are then evaluated using the Apply Model and Performance validation methods to assess the effectiveness of the model. The results of this study show that Naive Bayes is able to accurately classify cyberattacks, providing a useful tool for cybersecurity professionals to understand attack trends and respond proactively. The study also suggests areas for further research, including the integration of the Naive Bayes model with other artificial intelligence systems for improved cyberattack detection. The study provides new insights into the application of the Naive Bayes method in cybersecurity and paves the way for improved data-driven cyber defense strategies.

Abstract

During the period from 2014 to 2020, approximately 24 out of 44 districts in Jakarta experienced flooding disasters. Notably, at the beginning of January 2020, the Manggarai floodgate recorded a water height of 962 cm, categorized under Alert Level 1, indicating a critical and hazardous situation that required the evacuation of residents to safe places. This circumstance prompted the local government to enhance the monitoring and prediction system for water levels across all floodgates in the DKI Jakarta region. By utilizing improved water height predictions, the government can prepare more effective mitigation measures, such as reinforcing embankments, improving water channels, and implementing preventive actions prior to the occurrence of flooding disasters. The forecasting technique employing Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) has been widely employed in previous research to predict water heights. Unfortunately, the accuracy of LSTM heavily depends on the manual selection of hyperparameters. The optimization of hyperparameters in LSTM is essential to find the optimal combination of values that influence the performance of the LSTM network. The objective is to maximize the model's performance, such as accuracy or lower error rates on previously unseen data. This optimization process plays a crucial role in achieving good results from the LSTM model, as the right choice of hyperparameters can yield a model that better understands complex patterns in the data. This research aims to determine the optimal hyperparameters using a hybrid optimization method. The hyperparameter optimization involves a combined approach of Sparrow Search Algorithm (SSA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) known as Hybrid SSA-PSO. This hybrid method is employed to reduce the error rate in predictions. The research outcomes, utilizing the Hybrid SSA-PSO optimization, revealed the smallest Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) evaluation at the Pulo Gadung water gate, measuring 9,553.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the condition of the existing foundation of Ngadi Bridge, (2) design an effective and efficient bored pile for Ngadi Bridge, (3) analyze the ration of the concrete’s volume required for the existing foundation to the redesigned foundation (bored pile) of Ngadi Bridge. This research is the level 1 of Sugiyono’s Research and Development with a mixed method approach. There are two findings established in this research. First, the implementation of existing foundation on Ngadi Bridge caused vibration and noise, and too many foundations in each abutment and pillar caused the need of concrete volume to be increased until 216,14 m3. Second, the bored pile design on Ngadi Bridge for Abutment 1 uses 12 bored piles with diameter of 0,6 m and depth of 15 m. The resulting group carrying capacity is 24501,99 kN. For Abutment 2 uses 6 bored piles with diameter of 0,6 m, depth of 10 m, and the resulting group carrying capacity is 9068,82 kN. While Pillar uses 35 bored piles with diameter of 0,6 m, depth of 4 m, and the resulting group carrying capacity is 22430,43 kN. Third, the total concrete volume of bored pile needs 107,4425 m3. So that the percentage of saving the required volume of concrete is 50,29%.

Abstract

Sukabumi Regency has a very important role in moving the economic and social wheels of society, so it needs to be supported by good flexible pavement conditions. Conditions based on Bina Marga 2020 data show that there are several roads that are heavily damaged in several sub-districts of Sukabumi Regency. Poor implementation, inappropriate planning, excessive traffic loads and standing water on the road surface are the causes of road damage, so to find out this requires a road damage analysis. For this research using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method. The results of this research show that the level of damage to all road surfaces studied according to the PCI method was taken from the average value of each STA, namely, the Caringin Cikukulu road section 62.25. So that the damage that has occurred to the road section does not become worse, it is necessary to immediately take repair action on the damaged units, so that it does not cause further damage. The choice of location for the author's research on the Caringin Cikukulu road was chosen because according to 2020 Bina Marga data the road was badly damaged.
