Vocational high school comprehensively relates technology studies, the development of acquisition of practical skills, attitudes, and life skills. In this context, teachers play important role in forming and producing competent graduatesâ€™ need toward Society 5.0. This study aims to analyze teachersâ€™ perceptions about vocational high school readiness toward Society 5.0. This study used a descriptive quantitative with survey method. The respondents were vocational high school teachers that have been selected using a random sampling method. The result indicated teachersâ€™ understanding of Society 5.0 is low. The schoolâ€™s readiness to facilitate learning also quite low. The assessments still generalized requirements for student achievement. On the other hand, teachers still have the motivation to learn to use technology. The majority of teachers often attend training to improve instructional media skills. Based on these results, school preparation needs to be improved in terms of teacher competence and learning support facilities for Society 5.0.

Various competencies that students need to master in an effort to strengthen competitiveness, especially in the field of human resources in the 21st century. Learning media integrated with technology is one of the important learning resources to support the learning process. The lack of innovation in the use of learning media that is integrated with technology makes it less optimal for the achievement of learning objectives and mastery of competencies by students. This study aims to identify the need for opportunities for developing instructional media that are integrated with flipbook-based technology in the hope that it can increase students' opportunities in improving scientific literacy skills. This research is a qualitative research with a survey method. Data collection techniques using observations and needs analysis questionnaires. The quantitative data from the questionnaire were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques using percentages that were displayed in a table. The research subjects took senior high school students in grades one and two, with a total of 70 students. The results of this study indicate that 35.7% of students stated that teachers still use Microsoft Powerpoint media and 27.1% of printed teaching materials. The results also showed that students had positive perceptions of the opportunities for developing and utilizing flipbooks as a medium for digital learning. Through the results of this research, it can become the basis for educators in developing and implementing flipbook-based digital learning media to facilitate the learning process.

The low performance of teachers is a problem currently faced by educational institutions. In the midst of increasingly complex demands for mastery of competencies, the role of teachers as learning facilitators is important in facilitating students to achieve the competencies needed in the global era like today. Through research that aims to determine the influence of factors that contribute to teacher performance, namely the managerial skills of principals and work motivation, it is hoped that they will be able to become the basis for making policy innovations that can increase teacher productivity and performance. This research is a quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 128 teachers. The questionnaire is the data collection instrument used in research activities. The collected data is then analyzed using a regression formula in accordance with the variables to be tested. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of principal managerial skills on teacher performance by 77.1%, other factors are motivation, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance is 74.6%, and for the two variables principal managerial skills and work motivation are variable. jointly affect teacher performance by 87.7%. From the findings in this study, it can be concluded that fluctuations in teacher performance fluctuations are strongly influenced by the managerial dynamics of school principals and teacher work motivation. The implementation of the learning curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge in the world of education. This study aims to reveal the implementation of the actual curriculum in the form of a combination of the core curriculum and the hidden curriculum through the analysis of learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were students of grade 6 SD Negeri Kalimacan, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency which took place in the 1st semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. This study uses a qualitative approach method that is suitable in describing the problems that occur in the field. This type of qualitative research is a case study. The case study was chosen because of its suitability with a special ongoing problem, namely the implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, document analysis. The various data collected are then processed through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity trials were carried out through source and technique triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out by adjusting learning activities. The adjustment of these learning activities is by implementing the core curriculum and hidden curriculum through online and offline learning.

Religious orientation is a hidden curriculum that affects the process of implementing education in an institution. This is evident from the existence of various religious activities held at schools to instill students’ religious values in order to make them religious individuals. This study aimed to reveal various religious activities occured as a hidden curriculum in one of the public elementary schools in Kecamatan Kalijambe, Kabupaten Sragen. 2 problems were investigated in this study. The first was to reveal various religious activities and their suitability with the religion professed by students. The second was to describe the process of these activities before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study utilized a qualitative approach because of the suitability of its characteristics to assess and describe the reality that occured. Case study was a form of qualitative research chosen in this study since there were specific problems being studied. The results showed that there were religious activities such as praying before and after lessons, reciting Al-Quran, reading Asmaul Husna, scheduling dhuha prayers, dhuhur prayers in congregation, kultum after dhuhur prayer, routine infaq, saying greetings, and in neat uniform. These activities had undergone the implementation adjustments during the covid-19 pandemic

Lecturers have broad autonomy in developing instructional. With the characteristics possessed by these lecturers, collaboration between lecturers (team teaching) is a challenge that is sometimes not easy. However, in vocational learning, lecturer cooperation in learning is something that cannot be avoided. In the Classroom Action Research to SMK, researchers collaborated at partner schools of SMKN 5 Surakarta and SMKN I Mondokan Sragen. The type of research used is ethnographic research, which is a qualitative observation method used in social science that focuses on field studies and their interactions, and sees everything as unique. The method used in conducting the evaluation is the equivalent test, which is a test that aims to measure its reliability identically with the reference test. The conclusion that can be drawn in this PDS program is to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses in organizing the learning process for SMK. Pamong teachers who work together are senior teachers who have eaten a lot of salt in their teaching. Pamong teachers have adequate competence in teaching and educating students, on the other hand, senior teachers have limitations in developing learning innovations. This is where the role of PDS lecturers in completing the shortage of teachers. The innovation that the lecturers did was to provide guidance using e-learning in learning at SMK. This e-learning has many advantages in learning the millennial generation. By maintaining student motivation, the learning objectives will be better achieved.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengimplementasian aplikasi SIFOR (Sistem Informasi) TERPADU untuk pengelolaan keuangan menjadi lebih mudah karena e-modul ini simple bisa dibaca sewaktu-waktu dan dibawa kemana-mana. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4D. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yakni ahli media dan ahli materi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan angket dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dengan hasil review ahli media (90%), hasil review ahli materi (88%), Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa bahan ajar e-modul yang dikembangkan berada dalam kualifikasi sangat baik, sehingga sangat layak untuk dikembangkan dan dibelajarkan kepada peserta pengelola keuangan serta nasabah yang ada di BKM Sejahtera Mandiri

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Capaian Nilai Siswa sebelum diterapkan PjBL Blended Tutor Sebaya di kelas XI (2) Penerapan PjBL Blended Tutor Sebaya di kelas XI. (3) Capaian Nilai Siswa Setelah Penerapan BjBL Blended Tutor Sebaya pada kelas XI (4) Perbedaan Nilai siswa sebelum dan setelah penerapan PjBL Blended Tutor Sebaya kelas XI DPIB SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan tes hasil belajar, mencakup tiga aspek: pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap, yang dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai awal siswa: aspek pengetahuan 57, keterampilan 59, dan sikap 58. Setelah perlakuan, rata-rata meningkat menjadi 82 untuk pengetahuan, 77 untuk keterampilan, dan 75 untuk sikap. Model ini memiliki delapan sintak, termasuk pre-test, penentuan kelompok, pelaksanaan proyek, hingga evaluasi. Peningkatan rata-rata pada aspek pengetahuan sebesar 20%, keterampilan 17%, dan sikap 18%, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 (<0,05), menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara nilai sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model PjBL Blended Tutor Sebaya.
