Abstract

Cibinong Regional General Hospital is one of the centers of activity that is widely visited by people from the Cibinong area and from outside Cibinong for treatment or for one reason or another. Cibinong Regional General Hospital is also inseparable from parking problems that can interfere with the level of comfort in the service process provided by the hospital. The increasing number of patients certainly has an impact on increasing vehicle ownership which causes an increase in parking needs. In solving these problems, this study aims to determine the characteristics of parking, capacity and parking space needs that occur at this time. Based on the results of survey data conducted on the Cibinong Regional Hospital parking lot for 7 (seven) days on Monday, December 11, 2023 to Sunday, December 17, 2023, the parking capacity available for motorbikes is 851.145m2 with a capacity of 304 SRP while the parking area provided for passenger cars is 3628.55m2 with a capacity of 86 SRP. The data obtained from the maximum parking volume per day for motorcycles occurred on Sunday amounting to 481 vehicles while for passenger cars it occurred on Sunday amounting to 175 vehicles, with the maximum accumulation for motorcycles on Tuesday amounting to 318 vehicles, while the maximum parking accumulation for cars on Saturday amounting to 92 vehicles, with a time span of parking duration for motorcycles obtained, namely a maximum duration of 9 hours 22 minutes, an average duration of 3 hours 40 minutes, a minimum duration of 6 minutes while the parking duration for passenger cars obtained, namely a maximum duration of 8 hours 5 minutes, an average duration of 3 hours 11 minutes, a minimum duration of 14 minutes. With the turnover parking for motorcycles obtained, namely a maximum of 158.22% while for passenger cars obtained a maximum of 203.49%, and the parking index for motorcycles obtained a maximum of 104.61% while for passenger cars obtained a maximum of 106.98%. This shows that the parking performance of motorcycles and cars is quite high by looking at the parking index exceeding 100%. Thus, the parking capacity for motorcycles and passenger cars available is not sufficient to accommodate motorcycles and passenger cars in the Cibinong Regional Public Hospital parking lot.

Abstract

Soft soils in the Rorotan area of North Jakarta frequently encounter significant stability and settlement issues, which can affect the structures situated on them. This study focuses on applying the Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) method to expedite the soil consolidation process, aiming to enhance soil strength and reduce the potential for settlement. The analysis uses boring log data and laboratory test results from the RDF construction project as secondary data and includes calculations of settlement magnitude and consolidation duration. The study results indicate that PVD installation considerably speeds up soil consolidation and improves soil bearing capacity compared to conventional soil improvement techniques. Using Prefabricated Vertical Drains (PVD) of 100 mm x 30 mm and a depth of 12 meters, the consolidation process can be shortened to just a few months. For PVD spacing of 1.5 meters, the consolidation time can be reduced to 6 months. With 1.8 meters spacing, it becomes 12 months; 2 meters spacing requires 15 months; 2.5 meters spacing takes 27 months; and 3 meters spacing needs 39 months. The study highlights a reduction in consolidation time from 277.58 months with a settlement of 0.835 meters to a few months, depending on the spacing used, reflecting a 97.8% reduction in time.

Abstract

Fields or parks in the city center as public open spaces have social functions, ecological functions, environmental functions and economic functions. In terms of economic function, its existence has an impact as a movement of regional economic development. Fields that are strategically located in the core of the city center of government will affect the development of land use around them. As a result, this will have implications for increasing the need for land, which will ultimately escalate the economic value of the land. This study aims to analyze the impact of the existence of Renon Field as a public open space on the economic value of the land around it. The method used is a descriptive and comparative quantitative approach. The study used a comparison test of the difference between two areas, namely the subject area (Jl. Raya Puputan) as the affected area and the control area (Jl. Cok. Agung Tresna and Jl. Moh. Yamin) as a controlled area/considered not affected. Thus, the results obtained show that the existence of the Renon Field has a real impact with the acquisition of land value results in the subject area (Jl. Raya Puputan) being greater and/or having a significant difference in land value compared to the land value in the control area (Jl. Cok. Agung Tresna and Jl. Moh Yamin) as a corridor that is considered unaffected.
