Abstract

Factors affecting individual health and public health are heredity, environment, behavior and public service (Soekidjo Notoatmodjo, 2010). In addition to factors affecting health, there are factors that influence clean life behavior, among others social class and economy class, knowledge, attitude, health status and personal habits. In relation to this matter, SD Negeri 04 Minas is a Primary School which has applied about healthy clean living in school by giving the material about school environment health. But in reality SD Negeri 04 Minas are less clean and tidy in dressing and shodding, picket cleaning classrooms that should always be reminded, there is a garbage disposal is not in place, students do not wash hands after exercise and before eating, students have cavities, Students have long and unsanitary nails, and students have less clean hair (there are ticks). Based on the phenomenon exists can be concluded that on the students. Based on the background and identification of problems that have been mentioned above, then the problem in this research is "How High Level of Knowledge of Clean Healthy Behavior (PHBS) to Personal Hygiene Student by using scientific approach in Class IV and V at SD Negeri 04 Minas? " The research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research.According Sugiyono (2013: 30-31), quantitative descriptive is research conducted with the main purpose of making an objective description or description of a situation that is about PHBS knowledge of personal hygiene of students by using scientific approach in class IV and V SD Negeri 04 Minas.The method used in this research is with technique of taking data using test.The test is a questionnaire filled by students of grade IV and V of SD Negeri 04 Minas who acts as research respondents.From these results it can be known level of knowledge about PHBS on personal hygiene of students by using scientific approach in class IV and V SD Negeri 04 Minas.The type of data in this study is data taken directly in the field.The study took place from March 2016. Based on the results of research and discussion of researchers in students of Class IV and V SD Negeri 04 Minas presented, it can be concluded that the students of grade IV and V in SD Negeri 04 Minas as much as 66.7% or 28 students into either category, 31.0% or 13 Students enter enough category and 2.4% enter the category less or 1 student.Thus the need for in-depth knowledge and practice repeatedly so that students of grade IV and V SD Negeri 04 Minas on Clean Healthy Behavior (PHBS) on personal hygiene can run continuously.

Abstract

This research is based on the activity of formulation of PPKN problem through role playing strategy at the tenth grade students of SMA Eka Sakti Padang, and implementation and assessment of KDPN learning that can improve learning result with role playing strategy at the tenth grade students of SMA Eka Sakti Padang,. Based on the data processing and discussion conducted, the results obtained at cycle time 6.96 and increased in cycle II through 8.57. The research method used is classroom action research (classroom action research). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the successful implementation of research that has been done in SMA Eka sakti Padang. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes of grade tenth in SMA Eka sakti Padang significant on learning PPKN by using role playing strategy.

Abstract

In learning to learn something well, we need to use our existing senses such as listening, seeing, and asking questions about material discussions with teachers or others. Not only that, teachers need to "teach it", that is to describe something in their own way, for example, trying to practice skills and doing tasks that demand knowledge they have gained. The problems studied in this research are: a) How to improve biology learning outcomes by applying the model of learning with the media images in class XI SMA N 6 Padang? B) The steps taken in improving the biology learning achievement in grade XI SMA N 6 Padang. Place of improvement of learning SMA N 6 Padang Class: XI Number of students 29. Biology Subject, Time of Implementation January 3, 2015: Implementation of Cycle I January 14, 2015: Implementation of Cycle II. Procedure PTK Improvement of learning carried out in the process of the cycle consists of 4 stages: Melalukan planning (planning) Acting, Observation (Observation) Reflection. The results of the reflection in the ppenulis made in the guidelines to make further improvements, if the actions taken are considered successful, the improvement can be carried out several times until the learning is achieved well and the results are increased and satisfactory value. From the results of learning that has been carried out clearly that the use of appropriate media and the use of various methods can improve students' understanding of learning materials about human respiratory equipment in students of class XI SMA N. 6 Padang. Based on the learning that has been done in obtaining the following results: 1) Obtaining pre-cycle value of 25.9%. This is caused by using image media 2) Obtaining the value of cycle I, that is equal to 59.26%. This is caused by the use of image media and using varied methods 3) Acquisition cycle II, which is equal to 96.3%. This is caused in the given material by using the image media. Based on the acquisition value that always increases trsebut, can be concluded that, the media images improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

IPS research has been conducted to Improve IPS Learning Achievement Through As Learning Sources For Mastery of IPS Concept For Grade V Students of SD Negeri 16 Pulau Karam Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of IPS education by utilizing the surrounding environment as a source of learning. To know the influence of application of Learning Model with Environmental Approach to student learning outcomes in primary school. To know the students' perceptions of the implementation of learning by utilizing the surrounding environment as a source of learning. To identify the factors that become obstacles in implementing Learning Model with Environmental Approach. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK). Instrument used to measure IPS Learning Achievement Through As a Learning Source for Mastery of IPS Concept. This research consist of 2 cycles, in 1 cycle consist of 1 meeting, meeting process on cycle I and cycle II students are given contextual problem. Before the action is done first conducted interviews with teachers in the field of IPS studies to determine the initial ability and early difficulties of students. From the interview results obtained information that students have not studied the material, thus before the study is given initial knowledge of students about the material. After giving action I the level of student's learning achievement is 48.57% classical, in this case there are only 10 students who have completed in learning achievement with average achievement of class 60,8 including in medium category. Furthermore, after the implementation of action II, the level of students' achievement in classical mathematics is 42.86%, in this case there are only 10 students who have completed in IPS learning achievement with average achievement of 58.94 class included in low category. From this there is a decrease in classical mastery level of 5.71% for IPS learning achievement. Based on the results of this study obtained that realistic IPS learning can not Improve IPS Learning Achievement Through As a Learning Sources For Mastery Concept IPS For Students Class V SD Negeri 16 Pulau Karam Sub Koto XI Tarusan.

Abstract

Speed ​​and agility are the basic models in playing soccer and for the player is a successful capital to score, and keep goals conceded. With the ability of speed will facilitate the player in order to bring the ball. The problems to be studied in this research are: (a) How to increase the agility and speed of football basics for students in the implementation of demontration method? (B) How is the influence of demonstration methods on student learning motivation. The aims of this research are (a) to know the increasing of agility and speed of learning achievement of soccer basics to students after the implementation of demonstration method; (b) to know the motivation to learn the basics of football after the implementation of demonstration method. This research uses action research as much as two rounds. Each round consists of two stages: design, activity and observation. Reflection and refisi The target of this research is the Grade V student of SD Negeri 14 Perawang Barat from the data obtained in the form of the result of practice test, observation sheet of teaching and learning activity. From the analysis result, it can be found that the students' learning achievement has improved from cycle I to II that is, cycle I (61.54%), cycle II (89,74%) for psychomotro domain, cycle I (84,62%). Cycle II (100%) for the affective domain The conclusion of this research is that the demonstration method can have a positive effect on students' learning motivation V SD Negeri 14 Perawang Barat as well as the modification model can be used as one of alternative physical education.

Abstract

This research is based on the problems that arise in science learning, especially on basic matter or competence "Understanding the influence of human activities on environmental balance" in Grade VI of First Semester State Elementary School 31 Ambacang Bayang District. Teachers in various ways have made it possible for all students to be active in learning activities. Standardized learning has also been implemented, the various learning media that exist in schools have been utilized. Nevertheless, in a variety of question and answer opportunities, class discussions, as well as daily tests, their activities and learning achievements are very low. Based on teacher record, student achievement in question and answer and class discussion are only 30% and 35% from 22 students respectively. Most of the students show irrelevant achievements in learning, such as being dazed and daydreaming, lack of excitement, lack of attention, playing alone, talking to friends when described, talking awkwardly or dialogue with friends during discussions, and so on. From the various possible factors, the teacher is more inclined to the 4th factor, the difficulty factor of adaptation and cooperation among the students, and it is strongly suspected as the main factor causing the low achievement of the students of Grade VI of Semester I SD Negeri 31 Ambacang Bayang District on the eyes Science lessons, especially on Basic materials / competencies: "Understand the impact of human activities on environmental balance". The approach in terms of the learning method chosen and used in this action research is "Media KIT IPA". Based on the background of thought that has been unraveled then this class action research is formulated with the title as follows: "Efforts to Optimize Thinking Skills And Acting Through KIT Media In Science Learning In Grade VI Elementary School 31 Ambacang District Bayang." In the end, it is hoped that through Media KIT IPA it can trigger and spur the spirit of togetherness, mutual help and mutual motivation among students, which in turn can also improve their learning achievement and achievement in the field of science study.

Abstract

There is an increase in ICT Competence Teachers Classroom In Teaching and Learning Process Through Supervision In Primary School Teachers No.002 Tualang District Tualang Siak District. This research is motivated by (a) the low level of competence of non-ICT class teachers, (b) the number of classroom teachers is only competent in certain subject areas not ICT, (c) not all class teachers, especially those with honorary status, Upgrading or training of ICT, and (d) the rarity of ICT-based TCTK ICT activities specifically to discuss the ICT, so that the lesson plans are rarely even never used ICT. With the aim to know (a) the influence of ICT Teacher Competence Improvement in Teaching and Learning Process by Supervisi in Teacher of State Elementary Class No.002 No.002 Tualang Kecamatan Tualang Lesson Year 2015/2016, and (b) activity of class teacher in using media of technology (2) the implementation of corrective action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The results showed that (a) there was an increase in ICT competence of Class Teachers Through Supervision In Primary School Class Teachers No.002 Tualang Tualang District Siak District. Assessment through the Rubric of Assessment of the Implementation Plan The lessons in cycle 1, which reached 119 points, were in good category, and the results of the second cycle of achieving 151 grades were in very good categories, and (b) teacher activity in the second cycle of learning Good than at the time of the first cycle. Assessment through the Student Activity Rating Rubric in the teaching and learning process during the first cycle which reaches a grade of 30 or is classified as good, and in the second crosses reaches a value of 36, which means very good. Based on the results of this study the authors recommend to the classroom teachers to optimize their role as planners, organizers, and learning actors, to head UPTD Education District Tualang to facilitate classroom teachers to improve ICT competence so that the impact on improving the quality of education in schools, to the Education Office Siak District , To more frequently facilitate ICT Training activities by involving them in various training so as to improve the quality of education in SD Negeri No.002 Tualang in particular and Siak Regency in general.

Abstract

In mathematics learning, active participation of students and interaction between students and teachers is a very important thing to get good learning outcomes. Based on the results of initial interviews concluded that still encountered some obstacles in teaching and learning activities. Among them the level of students' understanding of the taught material is still lacking, the interest and motivation to learn the mathematics of students is still low, the students tend to be passive in learning, do not want to ask the teacher. Even to ask friends was reluctant because students who are smart do not want to share with friends. So on this occasion, put forward a learning that is active learning strategy of sharing type of knowledge actively. The purpose of this research is to know how student activity in learning mathematics by using active learning strategy active type of knowledge sharing and to know whether student learning result of mathematics with Using active learning strategies active type of knowledge sharing is better than the result of learning mathematics students without using active learning strategies active type of knowledge sharing. The type of research is experimental research. The design used is Randomized Control Group Only Design. The result of this study is the result of student learning in the cognitive domain obtained through the test of learning achieves the percentage of completeness 86.36%, student activity as a whole is implemented and tends to increase in every meeting. Analysis of final test result data is done using t-test. After t test for hypothesis testing, thount = 2.69, ttable = 1.68, it turns out thount > ttable so that H0 is rejected, thus the result of mathematics learning in students using Active Knowledge Sharing Active Knowledge strategy is better than result Learning of students without using Active Learning Strategy Active Knowledge Sharing type.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat pelaksanaan otonomi daerah di Sumatera Barat dalam kaitannya dengan Good Gavernance. Konsep otonomi ataudesentralisasi tidak hanya sekedar penyerahan dan pelaksanaan urusan, tetapi lebih mendekati makna sesungguhnya yaitu pemberian kewenangan pemerintah.Otonomi daerah merupakan proses desentralisasi kewenangan yang semula berada di pusat, kemudian diberikan ke daerah, dengan tujuan supaya pelayanan lebih dekat kepada masyarakat, dapat mempercepat pertumbuhan pembangunan daerah, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, serta memprcepat proses demokrasi. Prinsip-prinsip dalam pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, yaitu demokrasi, peran serta masyarakat,pemerataan dan keadilan, serta memperhatikan potensi dan keragaman daerah. Pemberian kewenangan tersebut diikuti dengan perimbangan keuangan antara pusat daerah. Pelaksanaan pemerintah daerah yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat memungkinkan terciptanya pemerintahan daerah yang demokratis, menuju terciptanya pemerintahan yang baik. Berkaitan dengan prinsip-prinsip pemerintahan yang baik, ada empat faktor yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu;(a) Akuntabilitas, (b) Transparansi, (c) keterbukaan, (d) aturan hukum. Di samping faktor tersebut, untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang baik, ada beberapa elemen penting dari otonomi daerah yang perlu diperhatikan dalam upaya pencapaian pemerintahan yang baik Good governance,yaitu:1). Otonomi berhubungan dengan dematisasi. 2)Dalam otonomi terkandung makna self-initiative, 3). Konsep otonomi mengandung kebebasan dan kemandirian masyarakat untuk mengambil keputusan, 4). Daerah otonomiharus memiliki power. 5). Otonomi tidak hanya dipengaruhioleh faktor internal, tetapi juga faktor eskternal.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Fungsi pengawasan Badan Pemusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam Penyelengaraan Pemerintahan Desa Sinaka Kecamatan Pagai Selatan bertujuan untuk peningkatan kinerja pemerintahan desa. Lokasi dari penelitian ini adalah Desa Sinaka Kecamatan Pagai Selatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai sedangkan fokus penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan. Pelaksanaan Fungsi Pengawasan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa (Studi Desa Sinaka Kecamatan Pagai Selatan) belum berjalan dengan optimal. Ini terlihat dari aspek kendala belum memadai sarana dan prasarana dan kekurangan sumber daya manusia serta lemahnya pengawasan yang dilaksanakan pelaksana. Begitu banyak peraturan yang mengatur tentang Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) tanpa Pelaksanaan atau Implementasi yang jelas menarik untuk mengetahui bagaimana sebenarnya Pelaksanaan Fungsi Pengawasan BPD itu, apakah benar-benar membantu pemerintah desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan atau hanya menjadi simbol demokrasi tanpa Pelaksanaan atau implementasi.
