Encouraging positive feelings at work is important in a public organization. While leadership and motivation are recognized as things that can improve the positive form of individual attitudes and behavior among individuals. By integrating the concepts of leadership and motivation as determinants of employee attitudes, the purpose of this research is to analyze about how public service motivation could mediate the effect of spiritual leadership towards affective commitment and felt obligation. Quantitative method is used as a research deductive paradigm with a purposive sampling technique used to obtain 97 civil servants that take part as respondent in this study who work in two Government Agencies in the Province of North Sumatra, Indonesia. Findings indicate that five hypotheses proposed in the study were confirmed, but there was one relationship that was found to have an insignificant effect, which is the direct effect of spiritual leadership on felt obligation. Main implication of the findings reveals about the significant role of public service employee motivation in strengthening spiritual leadership in improving both affective commitment and felt obligation.

Community Tourism Village remains a favorite choice to visit despite the various risks threaten during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the role of tourist motivation in mediating the influence of risk perceptions on visit decisions to Penglipuran Tourism Village, which still has a high number of tourist visits during the pandemic. The population in this study were domestic tourists, with a total sample of 400 obtained using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS 4 by testing the validity, reliability, and mediating effect test on the research data. The results of the research data analysis show influence from each variable, with 47.0% of the variance of tourist motivation determined by risk perception, and 58.2% of the variance in visiting decisions was determined by risk perception and tourist motivation. Thus, tourist motivation positively and significantly mediates the risk perception in visiting decisions. This research can help tourism village managers and the government prepare and improve the services and facilities provided to become healthy, safe, and low-risk COVID-19 tourist destinations.

This research is motivated by the important role of companies in the context of globalization, where dependence between countries is increasing. The company is a vital element in meeting the needs of the global community. The main objective of this study is to analyze how organizational culture mediates the relationship between motivation, leadership, and supply chain management to employees' green behavior. The population of this study was employees of PT. X which has a total of 592 employees, the sampling technique used is simple random sampling so that a sample of 86 employees from PT. X. The research method used is quantitative research by applying Partial Least Squares (PLS) as a data analysis tool. The results showed that motivation and leadership had a significant and positive influence on employees' green behavior. Motivation also has a significant positive influence on employees' green behavior through mediating organizational culture. In addition, organizational culture also has a significant effect on the green behavior of employees at PT. X. in Indonesia. The results of this study have important implications in the context of human resource management that cares for the environment. These results can assist companies in developing strategies to improve employees' green behavior and achieve sustainability goals.

Internal Control System (SPI) weaknesses hamper government performance; Therefore, the concept of Risk-Based Internal Audit (RBIA) through risk determination techniques based on priority scales is thought to be able to improve the effectiveness of internal control in North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of Professional Development, Top Management Commitment, and the Role of Internal Audit on Risk-Based Internal Audit (RBIA), as well as its impact on the Effectiveness of Internal Audit both directly and indirectly in North Company. Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate. This study took quantitative methods. The population of this study is the Functional Position of Internal Auditor and Local Government Affairs Supervisor (PPUPD) which amounts to 101 people, while the informant is a party who understands the implementation of RBIA, namely Auxiliary Inspectors. The sampling technique used is census, meaning that the entire population is sampled in the study. The test used a variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. Professional Development, Top Management Commitment, and the Role of Internal Audit are variables that allegedly affect the success of RBIA implementation in improving Internal Audit Effectiveness. The results showed that Professional Development, Top Management Commitment, and the Role of Internal Audit had a significant positive effect on the successful implementation of risk management with the RBIA method. The implication of these findings is the importance of the role of Professional Development, Top Management Commitment, and the Role of Internal Audit in improving the effectiveness of internal control within local government.

Most of the culinary tourism destinations in Palembang City have not opened to serve visitors since the Covid-19 pandemic occurred in early 2020. This has an impact on the intensity of tourist visits to culinary tourism destinations in Palembang City which has decreased. Then, decrease in the culinary experience, cleanliness, comfort of culinary tourism destinations, and destination management services. The purpose of the study was to analyze the connection between the experience of tourists, value perception, destination quality, satisfaction, and tourist loyalty. The type of research is quantitative research with a causality approach. The population of the study is local travelers who have come to culinary tourism destinations in Palembang at least 2 times. Purposive sampling was used to determine the respondents with a sample of 216. Structural equations are used as a method of analysis. The outcomes of the study explain that there is no linear association betwixt tourist experience and satisfaction of tourists. Value of perception, destination quality, and satisfaction of tourists are linearly related. Tourist experience, destination quality, and tourist loyalty are not linearly related. Value perception and tourist loyalty are linearly related. Then, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty are linearly related. This research can be a reference for tourist destination managers to maintain the loyalty of tourists visiting culinary tourism destinations, and become a reference for the next research in destination marketing.

In order to maintain the integrity of the welfare of the Indonesian people after the COVID-19 pandemic, the creative economy in Indonesia will continue to survive and develop as the foundation of people's lives. For this reason, this research was conducted. The focus of the study in this study was to analyze the typology of the social network of creative economic actors in the Tourism Destination Area of Padang City. This research combines two approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative approaches, which is called a mixed methods approach. Data collection techniques were carried out in several ways, namely by observation, in-depth interviews, document studies and survey techniques or structured interviews. This research focuses on the creative economy sub-sectors in the fields of crafts, music and culinary. The unit of analysis is at the individual and group levels of creative economy actors in the tourist destination area of Padang City, West Sumatra. The results showed that the highest creative economy sub-sector in the tourist destination of Padang City was crafts by 33 percent, music and culinary 23 percent. Creative economy actors strengthen social networks through kinship, friendship and digital or social media. In general, these strengths strengthen ties in marketing and ties only at the micro level. The conclusion of this study is that the social networks carried out by EKRAF actors are still in primordial bonds.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the determination of location and warehouse space in Pulogadung Industrial Estate, Jakarta, using a combined SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The research method applied is qualitative. Participants in this study were leaders of companies operating in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate. Data was collected through the use of SWOT questionnaires and AHP questionnaires given to respondents. SWOT data is analyzed using Excel software, while AHP data is analyzed using Super Decision software. The results revealed that factors that affect the determination of warehouse location and space in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate include proximity to the main road, centralized warehouse location, proximity to the goods distribution terminal, proximity to the port, and efficiency of warehouse maintenance costs. SWOT and AHP analysis show the importance of the determinants of the location of the Pulogadung Industrial Estate, Jakarta. The most important "strength" factor is the location of the warehouse close to the main road, while the "weakness" factor that needs to be avoided is the high cost of renting the warehouse. The "opportunity" factor that must be exploited is the application of modern technology, and the "threat" factor that needs to be avoided is the emergence of more efficient warehouse maintenance costs in competitors' warehouses. This research provides important insights for companies operating in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate in determining the location of their warehouses.

Management accounting systems can be used as an organizational control mechanism and an effective tool for managers to control their activities and reduce environmental uncertainty in order to achieve organizational goals successfully. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of TQM on managerial performance and on managerial performance when moderated by innovation performance and budget participation. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using survey methods. The population in this study were employees from several companies operating in the customer goods sector. The sample in this research was selected using a purposive sampling method which is non-probability sampling where the sample is selected according to criteria so that it can support the research. The criteria for this sampling are managers or heads at manager level who have been involved in the budget preparation process. The research method used in this article is moderation regression analysis. The findings in this research show that TQM has a positive effect on managerial performance, the same results when innovation performance becomes a moderating variable on the relationship between TQM and managerial performance, while budget participation cannot moderate the relationship between TQM and managerial performance. This research has the implication that up to now TQM can still effectively improve managerial performance in a company, especially when strengthened by the strength of human resources in following technological developments, the desire to innovate.

This study aims to describe exit strategies in the property development services industry and highlight the importance of implementing contingency leadership in XYZ companies. The focus is on a situation where the decline in apartment sales occurs due to the saturation of the property market and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The main objective of the study is to provide an in-depth understanding of exit strategies in the property development industry and to evaluate the role of contingency leadership in dealing with such situations. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, which aims to describe and analyze the situation in the property development service industry. The subject of the study is Company XYZ, which represents companies in the property development industry. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with related parties at Company XYZ. Data is analyzed with steps that include description, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the decline in apartment sales has occurred since 2018 due to the saturation of the property market and the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the importance of implementing contingency leadership in dealing with the situation. This research provides a new understanding of exit strategies in the property development industry and the mechanisms for selecting them. It can be a basic policy guide for companies in the face of similar challenges. This research has a particular focus on Company XYZ.

The number of village budget deviations in several regions in Indonesia has increased every year, one of which is in the Polewali Mandar Regency. Therefore, the application of the principles of Good Governance is expected to be able to overcome these problems, which in turn can improve the welfare of people's lives. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of applying the principles of good governance (accountability, transparency, and participation) as independent variables and community trust in managing village funds as the dependent variable. This study uses mixed methods research with data analysis techniques using Vosviewer with journal database google Scholar obtained through publish or perish by using keywords good governance and village funds to visualize the topic of good governance network in the management of village funds in Indonesia by year of issue (2017-2022). Furthermore, using the SEMpls analysis technique as a tool to test validity using village apparatus and the community of Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency as samples. Sampling using the method of purposive sampling, so 100 respondents were obtained. The results of this study indicate that transparency, accountability, and participation have a positive and significant effect on community trust in the village government in managing village funds. That is, the more accountable and transparent the village government is in managing village funds, the greater public trust will be. If the community has more trust in the village government, the community will more actively participate in village fund management.
