This research originated from the large number of limestone mining in the Pecatu Hill area and it caused deep niches. On the other hand, the problem of water scarcity is the main thing, because the characteristics of karst rocks can escape, dissolve and absorb water. The condition of the ex-niche mining and water shortages are two different problems. But in this study, trying to combine these problems into a solution with the aim of making experiments that can make limestone from Pecatu Hill have the potential to hold water for a long time in the form of a miniature reservoir model. This miniature reservoir model is made with a mixture of clay suspensions of various concentrations (0%, 5%, 10% and 15%). This miniature reservoir model is tested for discharge and absorption of water which is assumed to be rainwater puddle to determine the ability to absorb rainwater. The result of this test is that the miniature reservoir with a mixture of 15% clay suspension has the ability to withstand a decrease in rainwater shrinkage of 0.04L / minute and has a small water absorption capacity of 10.91% compared to other concentrations. This shows that the miniature limestone reservoir of Pecatu Hill with a mixture of 15% clay suspension has potential as an instrument for harvesting and collecting rainwater. So this is expected to be utilized by the villagers of Pecatu Hill as an instrument for harvesting and collecting rainwater.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pendokumentasian SOAP pada praktek mandiri bidan (PMB) dalam melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan di Kabupaten Buleleng, Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh PMB di Buleleng yang berjumlah 400 orang. Sampel adalah 43 PMB yang ersertifikasi bidan delima. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Pelaksanaan Pencatatan hasil pelayanan kebidanan dilakukan pada saat pelayanan kurang dari sebagian dengan kategori baik (33%), Kesimpulan hasil identifikasi pelaksanaan pendokumentasian dengan SOAP pada PMB di Buleleng masih belum optimal.

Ketidakpuasan terhadap bentuk tubuh seringkali dijumpai pada remaja putri, hal ini membuat remaja putri menerapkan perilaku yang tidak tepat dalam mencapai tubuh ideal dengan melakukan diet yang ketat sehingga berdampak negative pada status gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara body image dengan status gizi remaja putri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi crossectional, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 48 orang remaja putri. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuiosioner berupa angket kepada sampel penelitian. Data status gizi diperoleh dari pengukuran TB dan BB, selanjutnya dihitung nilai z-score berdasarkan BMI/U dari WHO. Uji hubungan yang digunakan adalah korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 22 subyek (48,8%) merasa tidak puas terhadap bentuk tubuhnya dan 26 subyek (54,2%) merasa puas dengan bentuk tubuhnya, sedangkan status gizi kurang 2,1%, status gizi lebih 58,3% dan normal 39,6%. Hasil analisa statistic Rank Spearman didapatkan nilai rho = 0,338 dengan signifikansi = 0,009. Ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara body image dan status gizi. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara body image dan status gizi pada remaja putri.

Aplikasi yang kini digunakan dan dikembangkan oleh PT KAI (Persero) untuk mendukung kinerja perusahaan adalah KAI Mobile Presence yang bertujuan untuk mencatat keberadaan/kehadiran pekerja perusahaan yang ditugaskan di bagian lapangan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 81 responden dengan metode proporsional stratified random sampling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan suatu sistem informasi dengan menggunakan Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (X1), persepsi kebermanfaatan (X2), sikap terhadap penggunaan (X3) dan minat perilaku penggunaan (X4) terhadap penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya (Y). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel-variabel yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kebermanfaatan dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 11.69%, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap sikap terhadap penggunaan dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 14.13%, persepsi kebermanfaatan berpengaruh terhadap sikap terhadap penggunaan dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 31.80%, persepsi kebermanfaatan berpengaruh terhadap minat perilaku penggunaan dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 8.64%, sikap terhadap penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap minat perilaku penggunaan dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 15.76%, dan minat perilaku penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 16.48% dalam penerimaan Sistem Aplikasi KAI Mobile Presensi di PT KAI (Persero) Divre II Sumatera Barat. Dengan demikian persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kebermanfaatan, sikap terhadap penggunaan dan minat perilaku penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan.

Prototype monitoring of grouper pond water quality is intended to improve the water quality of grouper ponds if there is a change in air quality such as acidity, air temperature, and air turbidity level, which can be caused by fish or fish that can be used on fish breathing fish that can make fish become stressful and cannot multiply properly and can cause death in fish. To overcome these problems, a technology that can be studied and controlled according to the standards is needed. It can also facilitate pond farmers to facilitate pond air quality and the automation of standardization of water quality indicators. This development uses internet-related matters in data communication between prototypes with farm farmers. The development model used is prototyping. For the testing process, (3) trials are conducted: (1) evaluation testing, with test results, prototypes, get a percentage of 100% with a very effective category. (2) validity testing, with a margin of error of 4.38% and the overall sensor test results under 4.38%. (3) practically test, obtained by the results of 92.2% of respondents stated that monitoring of this prototype is very practical.

Tingginya kandungan protein pada kedelai berbanding lurus dengan kadar senyawa flavonoid. Formulasi pembuatan tablet dari bubuk kedelai hitam Detam II sulit ditentukan karena kandungannya yang membuat sulit untuk mendapatkan kekerasan tablet yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan formulasi tablet kedelai hitam varietas detam II. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai Oktober 2020 di Laboratorium Teknologi Farmasi STIKes Mitra Keluarga. Pembuatan tablet kedelai hitam (Glycine max L.) varietas detam II dengan metode slugging. Tablet kedelai hitam Detam II (Glycine max L.) dibuat menjadi 5 formula dengan kandungan 250 mg bubuk kedelai hitam (Glycine max L.) varietas detam II pada setiap formula. Variabel yang membedakan adalah senyawa eksipien tablet pada masing-masing formula yaitu PVP K30, gelatin, dan amilum maydis sebagai bahan pengisi-pengikat. Kami menggunakan tipe eksperimen trial and error untuk membuat setiap formula. Evaluasi granul tablet kedelai hitam (Glycine max L.) varietas detam II dengan pengujian kadar air, kompresibilitas, waktu alir, sudut istirahat dan evaluasi tablet dengan pengujian organoleptik, berat, kekerasan, kerapuhan dan waktu hancur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formula 3, 4 dan 5 merupakan formulasi yang direkomendasikan untuk pembuatan tablet kedelai hitam (Glycine max L.) varietas detam II meskipun semua formula ( F1-F5) berada di bawah persyaratan nilai kerapuhan karena beberapa faktor. . Eksipien gelatin dan PVP K30 untuk pembuatan tablet kedelai hitam (Glycine max L.) varietas detam II merupakan pilihan terbaik sebagai pengisi-pengikat tablet.

At present, the benefits of website-based information systems have been widely felt, but there are still many agencies that have not properly utilized the existence of technology. One of the systems that need to be developed in the health sector is giving queue numbers to patients. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the web-based patient queuing system and automatic notifications through the WhatsApp framework Codeigniter. The subjects involved in this study were patients who would take a queue number at the clinic. Data collection in the study was carried out by observation and interview methods. The research data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely by describing various findings in the field, which were then linked to the results of previous studies. The system development results show that the system’s success rate for giving queue numbers to patients reaches 100%, and the natrian number reminder system also gets a success percentage of 100%. These results indicate that the queue number system has been successfully developed to help patients search for queue numbers.

Online learning impacts decreasing student interest and learning outcomes, so students need media that can help the learning process. This research aims to produce an android-based learning application for vocational students. This research is classified as developed using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The subjects involved in this study were two media experts, one teacher, and vocational students. Data collection in the study was carried out using the interview method and distributing questionnaires with an instrument in a product validity test questionnaire. The research data was analyzed using scores from each validator by adding up each score on each indicator and finally providing a valid assessment using the percentage assessment procedure. The study results indicate that the developed learning application media has a high validity score, so developing and teaching vocational high school students. In addition to having a high validity score, the learning application media has increased students' motivation and learning outcomes.

The Covid-19 outbreak has changed the learning system in Indonesia into distance learning, better known as online learning. In determining student learning outcomes on student learning satisfaction with distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, a study was carried out using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is applied research, in which this research is directed to obtain information that can be used to solve problems. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) by comparing the results of the decision of the SAW method between the weighting based on the Fuzzy Logic method and the weighting based on the ROC method. The subjects involved in this study were 36 students of Vocational High School (SMK). Data collection in the study was carried out using direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The criteria contained in the questionnaire are factors that affect the process of student learning outcomes on learning satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic. The criteria used are device ownership, accessibility, ease of obtaining materials, method accuracy, monitoring ability, interactivity, and independent learning. From the seven criteria, the priority scale is determined. The results showed that the analysis of the search for weight scores using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method using Fuzzy Logic and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method resulted in different sub-criteria weighting scores, so it can be said that the combination of SAW- ROC provides a more accurate and more selective selection of the number of students.

Breastfeeding is a special and joyful event that most mothers and their babies experience. Exclusive breastfeeding (breastfeeding only for babies until they are six months old) is an activity that is very beneficial for both mother and baby. The low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding often begins with giving prelacteal intake in the first days of the baby's life because of the low understanding of the baby's mother about the importance of breastfeeding. This study links the relationship between breastfeeding self-efficacy and prelacteal feeding in the first week of birth. This type of research is correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were breastfeeding mothers in the first week of the baby's birth; the number of samples was 50 people with purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using the BSE-SF questionnaire and observation—data analysis with univariate and bivariate chi-square tests to determine the relationship between the two variables. The study results with a p-value of 0.000 0.05, so it was concluded that there was a relationship between breastfeeding self-efficacy and the provision of prelacteal nutrition in the first week of birth. This research can then be used to reference further breastfeeding guidance strategies.
