Data in the firm levels which were obtained from Department of Statistics (DOS) and will be analyzed by using Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA). The study has used cross-sectional data of 710 firms acquired from DOS. The results of the study reveal that the average level of technical efficiency is high. Abstract

Any change in a system requires a thorough preparation, especially when third parties are concerned. Introduction of green supply chain management (GSCM) is not an exemption. Various factors, like barriers and drivers, are able both to accelerate and inhibit the process of GSCM introduction. Thus, the importance of prior knowledge of such factors is difficult to underestimate. There has been a number of studies relates to barriers and drivers affecting GSCM introduction in various countries and industries. As soon as there were few GSCM-related researches in Ukraine, a country with powerful manufacturing and processing industries, this study is aimed to determine factors influencing GSCM introduction in manufacturing companies of the country.Based on results of filled-in and returned questionnaire distributed among 2000 Ukrainian manufacturing companies, 16 barriers and 22 drivers for GSCM introduction were identified. The statistical analysis showed that most important barriers are cost of implementation, lack of demand from customers, market competition, lack of government support and suppliers readiness to GSCM. Among most significant drivers are issues related to export, market and competitors, customers, costs reduction and financial benefits and liability and penalties imposed on environment legislation breaking entities. The results of this study can be applied both by scientists and environment / sustainability management professionals for further researches with the purpose of defining drivers and barriers and developing recommendations on GSCM introduction in certain country, industry or entity. Findings of the study together with further researches can be useful for governmental authorities for defining GSC-driving policies and regulations.

Social partnership is the necessary instrument of regulation of the market economy, and, at its competent organization serves as a very powerful regulator of social and labor disputes. At a stage of formation of the Russian economy, such economic event as "social partnership" still was insufficiently created according to "new market conditions" and therefore cannot fulfill fully the purpose and function effectively. Here both the feature of "tripartizm", and the existence of the internal social conflict, and not readiness of such subject takes place as businessmen (business in general) fully to fulfill the social obligations to society and workers, being built in process of social partnership as the active participant. At the same time, the state, in turn, does not create due conditions to motivate business more actively to participate in processes of creation of effective cooperation between authorities, businessmen and workers, creating the last incentives for more productive and productive work for the benefit of society and the country.

Customer satisfaction, retention rates, and the customer loyalty positively influence the performance of the business and assist to achieve competitive gain. Fashion house brands in Bangladesh are growing with developing some exclusive brands. Aarong is one of the prestigious and recognized brands in apparel industry of Bangladesh. The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that determine customer loyalty towards Aarong. In this research, ‘loyalty’ means customer perception about the brand and repurchase intention from Aarong.  Independent Variables (factors) were chosen after interviewing customers with buying experience from Aarong, and previous studies on fashion industry. A non-probability judgmental sampling methodology was followed for primary data collection and 301 completed sample responses were collected. Descriptive statistics were conducted to describe the demographic information of the respondents; twelve factors were tested to find out their influence on customer loyalty toward Aarong.  Principal Component Factor analysis was used to reduce the less significant factors and find the high significant factors. After data analysis it is found that three major factors labeled as customer perception about the brand, customers’ economic benefits and shopping environment. From these factors, the first factor which is customer perception about the brand found most significant factor to explain customer loyalty toward Aarong. These result might help Aarong to better segment the market and to create more effective marketing program. Abstract

Although prior research has suggested that team work quality and internal market orientation can affect new product development (NPD) speed in a positive direction, however relatively little research has examined the incremental validity of team work quality to NPD speed after controlling for internal market orientation. To address this theoretical gap in marketing literature, the present study attempts to examine whether the dimensions of team work quality account for incremental variance in NPD speed, after controlling for the dimensions of internal market orientation.  Using a random sampling, a total of 149 members of NPD teams in Saudi telecommunications firms responded to measures of each construct.  Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed to access the incremental validity. Overall results suggest that cohesion accounted for a significant amount of variance relative to coordination, balance of member contribution, efforts, communication, mutual support and other dimensions of internal market orientation in the prediction of NPD speed.
