Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this paper is a comparative analysis of supply chain management in Russian and post-soviet countries export. The index of revealed comparative advantage (RCA) calculated for ten countries in seven aggregated product categories for the period 2012–2018. Additionally, the dynamics of trade complementarity index (TCI) between Russia and other chosen countries were analyzed. The RCA index analysis outcome of the main export categories of goods in supply chain allows us to conclude about Russian significant comparative advantage in fuel and metals export comparatively with post-Soviet countries. Dynamics of the RCA index show insignificant structural changes for the export profile of supply chain management. In turn, analyzed dynamics of TCI allow conclude increasing of trade complementarity between Russian and trading partners. Higher TCI index values for not a member of the Eurasian Economic Union countries suggest that, under certain conditions, trade flows between Russia and these post-Soviet countries may significantly increase by using supply chain system. The obtained results contribute to the informational and analytical base for further researches on effectiveness of the supply chain management in export mechanism development of post-Soviet countries and increasing their competitiveness in the global market.

Abstract

The Indonesian supply chain legal system in which there are three recognized laws, namely the customary supply chain legal system, the Islamic supply chain legal system and Western law, the three laws are mutually sustainable with each other to achieve the same goal, but in the course of the three laws follow the rules contained in the law. Scholars call this supply chain legal Plurarism. The issue of supply chain legal pluralism is the resolution of customary disputes through adat courts, which formally there is no supply chain legal juridical formal in Indonesia. Researchers will try to examine the position of Adat Court in the context of supply chain legal pluralism in Indonesia and know the practice of Adat  courts in Indonesia.Supply chain legal pluralism launches criticism of what John Griffiths called the ideology of supply chain legal centralism. Supply chain legal centralism interprets the law as "state law" which applies uniformly to all people who are in the country's jurisdiction. Thus, there is only one law and its judicial institution that is enforced in a country, namely state law and state justice. As is well known, the main problems of state justice are the achievement of the principle of fast, simple and light, convoluted dispute resolution, accumulation of cases and the significant cost of the parties makes the role of adat justice very necessary. The types of problem solving offered by the formal supply chain legal system also sometimes get different views and are considered inadequate and lack the sense of justice of the people who still hold their own supply chain legal traditions. In practice, customary courts in some regions still function well, especially for areas that are very thick with customary law and their communities are still subject to customary law. As in Minangkabau, the traditional court is known as the Density of Nagari Adat, in Aceh known as the traditional court of Sarak Opat, the local government also supports the existence of a customary court by establishing regional regulations which limit the disputes which must be tried in an adat court or court country.

Abstract

Business strategies are important for any firm, regardless of its size, to help them to stay competitive in the ever-changing business environment. Several popular strategic frameworks for the development of new business models have been proposed in the past decades. However, a new business model, known as the “blue ocean strategy”, has been rapidly gaining worldwide publicity and acceptance. The blue ocean strategy (BOS) is different from the traditional red ocean strategy, whereby BOS emphasises the need for firms to think and create innovation in their business to generate sustainable profits. In Malaysia, the government encourages organisations to implement BOS for the achievement of superior performance. This study examines the application of BOS in Malaysian manufacturing firms and its relationship with innovation performance. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey from respondents working in medium-sized manufacturing firms. The results revealed that the companies are applying this strategy to assist them in creating a competitive advantage. Furthermore, the findings indicate that there is a weak association between BOS and innovation performance. These findings contribute to the growing body of literature on BOS as well as assist entrepreneurs and policymakers in understanding the applicability of BOS in real businesses and the influence of business strategies on innovation performance.

The systems in this study use the MySQL database.  The results of this study based on analysis system of hypothesis test showed before using the system it took 8,6840 minutes and after using the system it only took 4,3197 minutes. It means, there are changes in sales transactions before and after using the information system in Optik Sejahtera. In other words, the information system on Optik Sejahtera could resulted in an increase of sales transactions. In addition, the results of the study in benefit testing obtained a percentage for utilization of 89.98%, effectiveness of 90%, and efficiency of 92.23%. This means that information systems in Optik Sejahtera using CRM approach with spiral models can increase efficiency in sales transactions.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of establishing descriptive evaluation and its use in secondary school from the perspective of secondary school’s teachers in Hamadan. Basically, in order to evaluate the achievement of students in schools, used two methods of quantitative evaluation and descriptive evaluation. The quantitative evaluation follows the principles of classical psychology and behaviorism, while the descriptive evaluation follows the principles of constructivist psychology. The method of this research is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population includes all 577 secondary school teachers in Hamadan, of which 234 were selected by stratified random sampling method. In order to assess the feasibility, five components were considered includes human, structural, technological, temporal, and financial. A researcher-made questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was used to collect information. The validity of tool was confirmed by experts and its reliability was obtained through Cronbach's alpha of 83%.  In order to analyze information were used descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that in structural component, the studied fields are not provided (submitted circulars, content of books, application of plan in all courses and foundations).  In the technological component, there are no hardware and software facilities in secondary schools to implement this plan. In the time component of school year, daily school time and time in classroom are not commensurate with descriptive evaluation plan. The financial component does not provide sufficient budget for implementation of plan. In the human component, education teachers lack of interest and ability to implement this plan.

Abstract

Abstract The article gives a short review on fundamentally new ideas, which were advanced by Mikhail Bakhtin in different spheres of socially humanitarian cognition based on the supply chain strategy. It is about the supply chain strategy in philosophical anthropology and ethics. The idea of the integrated approach to the study of human; in social philosophy and axiology – the priority of universal humanistic values. In cultural studies – the unity and diversity of world culture and the importance of a constructive dialogue between nations; the theoretical foundations of the “laughter and carnival culture”; in literary criticism – a dialogic understanding of an author and a hero of a narration; in stylistics – the problems of modern speech genres and the meta-language of texts. In the given article we consider the principle of “dialogic thinking” as the main methodological discovery made by M. Bahtin. Based on the method of logical extrapolation, the authors put forward the provisions on the further development of Bakhtin’s principle of “dialogical thinking” in its relation to the current humanitarian problems.

Abstract

Abstract— Rapid challenges and changes that are an integral part of the business environment require companies to plan their business carefully, as well as to assess the probability of future events occurring and resulting from them. Supply chain strategy research in budgeting in the public sector is interesting to study. The main target of the current paper  is to analyze the impact of the participatory budgeting on the dysfunctional supply chain strategy mediated by self-efficacy in the public sector. The population was executive officers in the regional government of the province of East Java, Indonesia. Quota sampling is used to determine unit samples. Data obtained from 130 respondents. Three hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Square Analysis. Participative budgeting has been proven to increase self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has also been proven to be an intervening variable, by being able to reduce dysfunctional supply chain strategy with involvement in budgeting. On the other hand, participative budgeting influences dysfunctional supply chain strategy in a positive direction. The practical implications of this study are used as a basis for decision making for local governments in designing management control systems, especially in the budgeting process and paying attention to the character of personal self-efficacy.
