Abstract

Abstract— To study methodological approaches to employee remuneration planning taking into account the relationship between the types of supply chain management (SCM) and the staff effectiveness based on the multiple regression model and evaluation of the optimal payment times based on a dynamic model with a distributed lag. The application of the concept of sustainable supply chain management in the operation strategy of industrial enterprise seems to be a very important function. This supply chain also covers all three aspects of sustainable development: business, environmental, and social. The linear multiple regression model, classical least squares method, dynamic model with a distributed lag. The article considers a methodological approach to planning staff remuneration taking into account the supply chain management requirements. The relationship between the types of wages and the employees’ labor productivity is revealed and the optimal payment times are established to devise the best remuneration plan in supply chain process to each employee. The article develops a methodological approach to remuneration planning based on the relationship between supply chain and employee effectiveness based on the dominant types of remuneration and optimal payment times. The developed methodological approach to planning staff remuneration was disclosed based on the data of a shoe enterprise from 2016 to 2020. Meanwhile, managers should promote employee commitment not only for better supply chain success, but also to mitigate the barriers of supply chain management implementation. The main conclusions of the article can be used in the scientific and practical activities of manufacturing enterprises when planning supply chain strategies by evolving the employees.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the Supply Chain (SC) of the Coffee Industry, for organic production and develops the relationship between Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Supply Chain Integration (SCI) with the performance of Cooperatives and Coffee Associations in Junin Region, Peru. It also analyzes the current scenario of the Coffee Sector and the participation of the SC in the processing and distribution of Organic Coffee in Junn, Peru. A diagnosis process was made in the certified organizations belonging to the market, through results obtained from surveys and interviews that were applied in the sample space; this diagnosis indicated that they do not have a correct flow of information and materials, and evidenced the low level of interactions between the members; all this related to the SC. The final objective of this research is to improve the competitiveness of the organizations through the increase in the performance of the SC, for which a model of Integration appropriate to reality is proposed

Abstract

As the existance of green products and services are increasing, the property industry is trying to develop their product such as green supply chain management concept. Most of the green supply chain management concept that offered by the property industry are including green environmental, waste management, water management and many others. The objectives of this research is to identify the value of customer engagement model. Conceptual model is developed to idenfity the relationship between the variables and its indicators (exogenous) which affecting the customer engagement value (endogenous). This relationship identification has been done by using Structural Equation Modeling. Although, the measurement of customer engagement value is conducted by using system dynamics simulation. The result of this research prove that the relationship of five exogenous variables  toward the endogenous are significant. Also, it is obtained the prediction value of customer engagement per unit of time.

Abstract

Abstract- This study aimed to determine the impact of the supply chain strategy in the final income tax rate of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises on the income tax revenue. Method of collecting its data were conducted by documentation and interview. Data analysis method via descriptive analysis was conducted with interactive models. The result of this study showed that when changing the final income tax rate of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from 1% to 0,5%, it has made a reduction on its final income tax revenue 6 months after the change in the final income tax rate is being applied. Abstract

The main focus of the current study is to investigate the moderating role of operational control in the relationship between entrepreneurial activity and innovation performance. The present research aims to observe the association between antecedents and operations control mechanism, innovation performance, and corporate entrepreneurship. Innovation performance is defined as the extent of a firms’ level of attained success in achieving technologically innovative and product market goals. A theoretical base of current study states that there is no contradiction among the operations control mechanism and corporate entrepreneurship interests. The SEM-PLS is employed as a statistical tool to analyze the data. The current data revealed that strong positive influence of risk control as moderator was found on the innovation performance and organizational boundaries relationship, and a strong negative effect on the organizations’ innovation performance and time availability relationship. Thus, the possible influence caused by operation control variables must also be acknowledged. The recent research suggested that innovation should be taken and treated by managers as a responsive process for a disciplined and structured supervision. In addition, undertaking innovative initiatives require managers to deliberately construct and understand the means of generating desirable innovation outcomes.

Abstract

The study is carried out to examine the interrelationship among the capital formation mechanism, formal socialization, informal socialization and the supply chain rational outcome. The study has used the social capital theory to conceptualize interrelationship among the capital formation mechanism, formal socialization, informal socialization and the supply chain rational outcome. The study has employed the SEM-PLS to answer the questions raised in the study. The outcomes obtained for this study have suggested that some context-specific mixture of informal and formal socialization mechanism is needed. The formal structure is needed to form the basis for establishing the mechanism of informal socialization, which could occur after a certain time period. For instance, a senior executive in a food company observed this situation while evaluating potential suppliers for a strategic alliance of a multiyear steel agreement. According to this study, relational capital also facilitates some particular operational metrics in relationship interactions. In addition, the relation capital concept can be used by suppliers and buyers to make relation-specific investments and establish knowledge-sharing relationships for obtaining relational rents. Furthermore, the relational capital must be recognized as a key constituent to foster and maintain relationship performance.  The study is among the pioneering studies on the issues and will be helpful for policymakers and researchers in understanding the issues related to capital formation mechanism, formal socialization, informal socialization and the supply chain rational outcomes in Thai food industry.

Abstract

The role of the government in the welfare of the community with existing policies is expected to be able to alleviate existing poverty and form a better society in thinking and managing existing resources. The development of a region must also be supported by various budgets that will later support any planning activities that will be made by the government with the implementation of regional autonomy and fiscal decentralization policies. The consideration is that the regions know more about the needs and service standards for the people in their regions so that the provision of regional autonomy is expected to spur an increase in the welfare of the people in the regions through increased economic growth. The existence of an increase in decentralization funds transferred by the central government every year is expected to encourage an increase in the rate of economic growth. The rate of regional economic growth is positively and significantly influenced by human development. In essence, development is human development, so it is necessary to prioritize the allocation of procurements for this purpose in budget preparation. Human development is an indicator for the progress of a country. A country is said to be developed by looking at gross domestic income. This study aims to analyze the impact of supply chain of government procurement, investment, and the human development index on the level of welfare of the Indonesian people using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the government procurement and investment had a positive and significant effect on people's welfare while the human development index is not statistically significant.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the results of SCM performance measurement with the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach at Batik SMEs in Indonesia. The steps in this research are the creation of a hierarchy of variables in SCOR, namely Plan, Source, Make, Delivery, and Return. From these variables derived into dimensions, namely, Reliability, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost, and Assets. The variables and dimensions are adjusted to the condition of the company which is then carried out to measure the company's SCM performance. Then the benchmarks are made in the measurement by way of Key Performance Indicator identification (KPI). The next step is to normalize Snorm De Boer which functions to equalize the KPI values. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is carried out next to assist in determining the priority of existing criteria. The results of the measurement of SCM performance in Batik SMEs in Indonesia from 24 KPI and produce the highest performance value in the Make process of 30.74 while the lowest value is a Return of 6.33. The company's SCM performance value is 89.08. This value indicates that the company's SCM performance achievement is classified as Excellent.Keywords- Key Performance Indicator, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Supply Chain Management, and Supply Chain Operation Reference
