Abstract

Abstract— In order to minimize costs and increase productivity, businesses around the world are reforming their supply chains. As they do so, operations are also transferred to countries that levy lower rates of income tax. Recent evidence suggests that some businesses are connecting supply chain decisions with income tax planning in order to create a tax-efficient supply chain aimed at optimizing net revenue. The population in this paper was companies in the city of Semarang, Indonesia. The sampling technique is based on incidental sampling technique. Respondents becoming the sample is 200 respondents. The results of the analysis using the Warp-Partial Least Squares (PLS) 5.0 model indicate that continuity, strategy and finance influence the supply chain and tax planning. The results of the paper also indicate that finance and continuity do not mediate the relation between supply chain and company performance. The implication of the research is that integration perceptions of supply chain and tax planning may be influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors of each individual. Therefore, the importance of awareness implanting the moral values of each individual to avoid supply chain and tax planning is urgent. However, it requires the participation of the government through the world of education.

Abstract

Abstract— ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) at the end of 2015 became a new chapter for Indonesia. Customer Loyalty and Supply Chain Management is the result of years of work by the authors on different projects concerning the overlapping areas of supply chains, logistics and marketing, drawing a connection between the literatures to provide a holistic picture of the customer loyalty framework. In line with that began to emerge places of English training or commonly called tutoring both in rural and urban areas. While the variables used are promotion and price, the decision to register as a mediating variable and customer loyalty based on supply chain management model. The analytical tool used is SEM PLS. Promotion has no positive and significant effect, but price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty based on supply chain management model. While other findings are the decision of customers also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty based on supply chain management model.

Abstract

Abstract— This paper is motivated by the importance of addressing the challenges faced by supply chain systems in the presence of multiple uncertain factors. It focusses on three crucial areas of innovative supply chain optimization models, including supply chain operations processes, competition and interactions in supply chains, and supply chain contracting and coordination. The authors propose to separate into stages the process of determining the elemental composition of a production system (groups of technological equipment) and the sequence of these elements providing the technological process at its individual stages. At the first stage, it is proposed to use the structural-parametric optimization of the production system of the enterprise, and at the second to use the combinatorial optimization. The main result of the paper is the formulation and proof of a theorem on the relation of structurally-parametric and combinatorial supply chain optimization model.

Abstract

The issue of supply chain management has been raised for nearly three decades, and based on available statistics, countries and organizations that have applied this knowledge have made significant progress in their respective fields and have made huge profits and large financial savings. In this study, while examining the existing infrastructure and the needs of the bank to enter the financing industry as one of the links in the supply chain of banks, the current state of the capital market and financing companies to the title of financing leaders was examined. Also, the profitability of financing companies and their types of services were studied and various methods of entering the industry were studied. In this regard, the strengths and weaknesses of entering the financing market as well as the opportunities and threats ahead were examined. In the end, the scheme of received commissions and hypothetical profit was proposed. One mechanism used to establish good supply chain management is the existence of a monitoring and monitoring system. The supply chain management mechanism in this study is shared with an internal mechanism proxy by an independent audit committee, audit committee financial expertise, frequency of audit committee meetings, managerial ownership, and an independent board of commissioners. The external mechanism is proxied by leverage. The population in this study is all banks that go public and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a purposive sampling method, which is a sample based on the suitability of the characteristics of the sample with the specified sample selection criteria, with the following criteria: (1) Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015– 2017; (2) The Bank publishes annual reports from 2015 - 2017 and is published on the IDX website or the company's official website; (3) Having complete data relating to the variables used in this study. This study finds that most of the samples, management did not own the company's shares, besides that there was also no clear definition of financial expertise that must be owned by the audit committee. Studies have shown that the bank completes its supply chain by establishing a financing company while earning a profit and ensures the retention of current customers while getting potential customers.

Based on the description, this research was causal associative, using primary data with 343 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire, the instrument measurement scale was semantic differential. Data analysis used Structural Equation Model (SEM), which was operated using AMOS program. The results show that 1) supply chain strategy has a positive effect on competitive advantage, 2) competitive advantage has a positive effect on company performance, 3) supply chain strategy has no direct effect on company performance, but it has an indirect effect on company performance through competitive advantage. The implication of an effective company policy is to give priority to agile strategies, immediately respond to changes in innovative product designs, in accordance with the wishes of customers.
