Abstract

Abstract- This study tends to examining how a new analytical tool, can be useful to detect the fraudulent activities in Supply Chain Management. This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the perception of the Indonesian government's internal auditors' responsibility in detecting corruption. The theory of triangle model of responsibility [29] is used as a reference for analyzing research results. The 2x2 between experimental subjects design was conducted to investigate the research questions. The cognitive style tested is field style independent and field dependent, while the moral of the auditor is divided into high and low levels. The Participants are 92 internal government auditors in Indonesia. Results show that perceptions of responsibility for detecting corruption among groups that are field independent and dependent fields differ significantly. Thus the perception of responsibility for detecting corruption is higher for auditors with independent field cognitive style (FI) than for auditors with field dependent (FD) cognitive styles. Furthermore, the results show that the perception of responsibility for detecting corruption is higher for auditors with a high level of moral development than a low moral development level.

Abstract

Abstract— Extensive economic, productive and commercial developments in the present era have forced businesses to actively participate in network and supply chain chain-based economies. The tendency towards this approach, although it has brought advantages and profitability for network member firms and supply chains, has also led to many problems and complexities for managing the financial flows, liquidity and working capital of their firms and business partners. Last time the alarming situation, prevailing in Russia in the sphere of activity of "financial pyramids", causes growing concerns. This article is devoted to analysis of the financial investment fixed in the Supply chain of Russia "Organization of activities to attract monetary funds and (or) other property". Integrating financial services into supply chain management will not create a new (financial) product. It is however about realizing unused opportunities for cost reductions.

Abstract

The sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) is a fairly new topic that has become a superior attention for the researchers recently. The current study is investigated empirically moderating effect of Supply chain dynamic capabilities (SCDC) on the relationship of SSCM practices and organizational sustainable performance (OSP) indicators namely; “economic performance, environmental performance, social performance” in the restaurant industry of Indonesia. For this purpose, data was collected from the 210 supply chain managers by using the simple random sampling technique which yield a 78% response rate. For data analysis Smart PLS 3 software and PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach was employed. The SEM analysis has shown, SSCM practices has a significant association with the OSP indicators. Moreover, the findings of the current study also shown that SCDC is significantly moderates on the relationship of SSCM practices and OSP in the restaurant industry of Indonesia. This shows that SCDC is considered to be an important contribution of the study. The current research also contributes a body of knowledge in the way of theoretical and practical implications. The study limitations and future directions are also discussed at last of the study.

Abstract

The prime objective of the current study is to investigate the determinant of the green supply chain, the impact of the green supply chain on the sustainable performance and lastly the impact of the sustainable performance eon the organizational performance of the Thai chemical firms. The study has employed the survey-based method to answer the research questions as manufacturing managers are surveyed as ultimately, manufacturing managers are responsible for the performance of the organizations for which they work. The SEM-PLS is used to analyze the data collected from the manufacturing managers of Thai chemical firms. The literature provides considerable empirical evidence regarding the linkage of supply chain success with the ERP information mechanism, which helps to share information between the partnering firms. The findings of the study have provided support to the hypotheses results. The consideration of four green constructs in the model explains that cooperation causes largest influence on the environmental performance, next comes the investment recovery and eco-design. However, no significant association was found between cooperation with customers and economic or environmental performance particularly in case of greater customer pressure for adopting environment friendly practices in Thailand.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to compare the effectiveness of supply chain management for assessing telecommunications company customer loyalty index in Russia and Vietnam. The research methodology includes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of online survey data conducted by the call centers of telecommunications companies in Russia and Vietnam in order to identify factors determining customer loyalty for these companies. A comparative analysis of the customer loyalty assessment methods showed that the use of the most popular NPS method and the supply chain management for determining factors of customer loyalty as a multidimensional construct produces similar results; however, when repeating the study with other respondents, the NPS method results may differ due to the low stability of a single determinant. The practical significance of the research is the possibility of telecommunications companies to use the data obtained in order to increase customer loyalty and strengthen customer relationships by adjusting their marketing strategies. The development of new multidimensional customer loyalty concepts, as well as the improvement of the existing ones to be adapted to a number of foreign markets, can be a promising direction for applying the supply chain management in the telecommunications company customer loyalty index. According to the results of regression analysis between the satisfaction variable and supply chain management variables, it can be understood that the variables of delivery, information sharing and cost should be more considered, because they have a greater impact on customer loyalty index.

Abstract

Ambidexterity has been a great solution for many problems so far especially in the world of industry. The swift and unpredictable changes in the market have pushed the industry to integrate ambidextrous capabilities in all aspects, in this case Modern Manufacturing process. Manufacturing talks about the Supply Chain Management from the beginning until the products reach the markets. There have been so many debates about how Ambidexterity will affect the Modern Manufacturing, if it creates burdens or instead it will give positive effects. The previous research has been contradictory between one another. Using systematic literature research and qualitative approach, this paper aims to analyze the needs of integrating ambidexterity into the Modern Manufacturing Era of Industry 4.0 to increase the competitive advantage for the company. The researcher concluded that despite all the debates, ambidexterity is a not an option for the future competitions, it is a must to solve disruptive problems due to technology advancement. There are important steps need to be taken in order to integrate ambidexterity capabilities into the company with clear deadlines and goals. We must also pay attention to the transition process in integrating ambidexterity in the manufacturing industry which may be different from other industries. The limitation of this research is there is no obvious and real example of successful manufacturing companies that have succeeded and taking detailed notes of the transition to further confirm the findings in this paper. Future research should address this.

Abstract

Abstract— This paper is devoted to the research and application of normative method of management on target costs in supply chain management. The normative method is a widespread method among foreign companies, but Russian enterprises apply this method not often because of its possible using difficulties. Two aspects of using this method are presented and problems of standards determination are revealed in this study, i.e. at the stage of development product and the stage of it output in supply chain process. Besides that, the existence of conception by management on target costs are discovered and the concrete procedures for application of target norms are presented. The authors lay great stress on control system of enterprise, so for this purpose the algorithm of normative control forming on responsibility centers are developed and presented by scheme. The results of this study allow to increase the competitiveness and the efficiency of enterprise’s activity through cost management in the supply chain process.

Abstract

The study is motivated to estimate role of supply chain management strategies in environmental sustainability. Manufacturing companies of Thailand were selected for the study due to their diverse effect on he environment. Further, role of supply chain management strategies in sustainability has not been thoroughly discussed in developing countries. A questionnaire has been adopted to measure the responses of employees involved in supply chin of manufacturing firm in Bangkok.  Structural equation modelling has been adopted to estimate the role of different supply chain management practices in sustainability of environment. The overall results of the study indicate that facility, inventory, information, sourcing, pricing, and transportation have a significant and positive role in sustainability. The interaction of information technology as moderator in the model improves the model strength. Among all of them, inventory management has the highest contribution for sustainability of green initiative in manufacturing enterprises. Effective inventory management tools reduce wastage and protect the environment promptly. Supply chain and inventory procurement managers should develop green supply chain management, remanufacturing, lean production, applications of six-sigma practices, and environmentally friendly package to make sure a safe and protected environment.
