Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tren publikasi Teaching Factory In Vocatioanl Highschool tentang jumlah artikel, jumlah penulis, jumlah dan jumlah lembaga yang produktif dalam mempublikasi artikel mengenai Teaching Factory Di SMK. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Bibliometrik. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penelusuran database Scopus dengan kata kunci Teaching factory Di SMK dengan kategori Judul artikel, Abstrak, Kata kunci sebanyak 164 dokumen, selama periode 1963-2021. Hasil Kajian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi tertinggi berada pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 23 dokumen; sumber yang paling relevan adalah Journal Of Physics Conference Series; penulis yang paling banyak disitasi yaitu Ana, A;dan dua yang paling relevan adalah Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Hasil evaluasi bahwa dimasa yang akan datang penelitian Taching Factory akan fokus pada kajian teaching factory di SMK, SMK, dan SMA. Orsinalitas kajian ini merupakan kajian pertama yang mengulas dan membahas studi yang membahas tentang Teaching Factory Di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik, yang digunakan data dari tahun ke tahun melalui VosViewer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran hybrid learning yang mana pembelajarannya menggunakan inovasi aplikasi tambahan yaitu aplikasi discord. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan metode statistik deskriptif. Survey dilakukan terhadap 64 mahasiswa yang telah meaksanakan pembelajaran hyrbid learning di program studi pendidikan akuntansi FEB Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa). Semua populasi dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran hybrid learning menggunakan aplikasi discord berjalan dengan baik dan jauh lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan hanya menggunakan aplikasi zoom. Pembelajaran hybrid learning dilaksanakan sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan karena masih dalam masa pandemi covid-19. Implikasi adalah pembelajaran hybrid learning perlu di kembangkan lebih mendalam dan diperlukan perhatian khusus oleh berbagai pihak guna pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang jauh lebih efektif di masa pandemi covid-19

Abstract

Before the pandemic, teaching and learning activities were carried out offline with the guidance of teachers. However, after the Covid-19 pandemic, all teaching and learning activities and extracurricular activities were carried out online. In implementing online learning activities, Pedungan State Elementary School 11 can carry out online learning activities successfully, so it is necessary to study what factors influence the success of online teaching. This research was conducted to find out what factors influence the success of online teaching during the New Normal period at 11 Pedungan State Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method where this study contains a description of the factors that influence the success of online teaching in the new normal period at 11 Pedungan State Elementary School. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, and parents of students using incidental techniques. The factors that influence the success of online teaching during the new normal period at the 11 Pedungan State Elementary School are as follows: (1) Teacher readiness. Teachers are very ready and have the ability to use information technology. (2) School Readiness. The school has well facilitated this online teaching and learning activity. Such as the internet, computers, laptops, cellphones, special IT rooms. (3) Student Readiness. The students have followed the online learning activities well. according to the schedule determined by the teachers. (4) Readiness of Parents of Students. Parents of students have provided guidance and supervision to their sons and daughters so that online learning can run well.

Abstract

The aims of this research include: (1) To analyze the role of the business unit of the Kampung Marketer (Marketer Village) in managing the unemployment and urbanization among the youths in Tamansari Village, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency, Central Java Province; (2) To evaluate the impacts of the business unit of a Kampung Marketer in building the personal resilience among the youths in Tamansari Village, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency, Central Java Province. This is a descriptive-qualitative research. The technique in collecting data in this research was conducted through interview, observation, documentation and searching online data.  The analysis tool in this research used the descriptive-qualitative analysis and comparative analysis.The results of this research showed that: (1) there were a number of roles of the Business Unit of Kampung Marketer in managing the unemployment and urbanization among the youths in Tamansari Village, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency, Central Java Province, namely creating massive employment opportunities for youth in the village and of course providing the ability for young people to be self-employed; (2) There was an impact on the role of Business Unit of Kampung Marketer on the personal resilience building among the youths of Tamansari Village, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency, Central Java Province, i.e. in the aspects of self-confidence, responsibility, togetherness, independence,  adhering to principles, and perseverance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan Pemberian layanan informasi untuk mengurangi perilaku membolos pada siswa kelas X Smk negri 1 maumere. Jln. Waiklau sikka kec,Alok.penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan pemberian layanan informasi untuk  mengurangi perilaku membolos siswa pada kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Maumere. Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik pengumpulan data :dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan dua temuan yaitu (1) Pemberian layanan informasi untuk mengurangi perilaku membolos pada siswa kelas X Smk negri 1 maumere. Dari penjelasan di atas maka dapat disimpulkan Dalam rangka mengurangi perilaku membolos pada siswa khususnya di kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Maumere, pihak sekolah dalam hal ini Kepala sekolah, Guru mata pelajaran, Wali kelas, dan Guru BP/BK, telah menjalankan perannya dengan baik untuk memberikan layanan informasi dalam bentuk bimbingan dan konseling  sekaligus memotivasi siswa baik secara pribadi maupun kelompok untuk mengatasi semua persoalan yang dihadapi siswa.   Semua layanan informasi yang diberikan kepada siswa berisi petunjuk, nasihat dan contoh-contoh konkrit yang berhubungan dengan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of financial literacy and financial management behavior, as well as the influence of financial literacy on financial management behavior of students at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University, especially Economic Education Study Program. The population in this study were all students majoring in economics education, totaling 300 students, which was then determined as a sample of 75 students using random sampling technique. The data collection methods used in this research are as follows: 1) Questionnaire, 2) Observation, 3) Documentation Study. The prerequisite test in this study is the normality test of the data using the Kolmogrov-Smirnov Test. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The result of this study is that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on the financial behavior of students at the HKBP Nommensen University Pematang Siantar, especially the Economics Education Study Program. Furthermore, financial literacy contributes 41.4% to the financial behavior of students while another 58.6% is explained by other variables outside of this study

Abstract

Entrepreneurship Education is a subject that must be taken by students in the teaching and education faculty. However, interest in entrepreneurship is still in the low category. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of social media and entrepreneurship education on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires with linear regression analysis testing two predictors and determination test. The results showed that (1) the use of social media variables influenced the interest in entrepreneurship with a t-count value of 7.652 which was greater than the t-table value of 2.010 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05; (2) the entrepreneurship education variable has an effect on the interest in entrepreneurship with a t-count value of 10.375 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.010 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05; (3) the variables of the use of social media and entrepreneurship education have a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship with an F-count value of 54.611 which is greater than the F-table value of 3.187 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05; (4) the results of the coefficient of determination using the Adjusted R Square method state that the use of social media and entrepreneurship education has an effect on interest in entrepreneurship with a value of 67.8% while the remaining 32.2% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of Principal Managerial on Student Achievement, (2) the influence of Teacher Competence on Student Achievement, (3) the influence of Principal Managerial and Teacher Competencies on Student Achievement. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 58 respondents taken from the number of teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Denpasar. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and questionnaires with descriptive analysis testing, testing requirements analysis and hypothesis testing and SPSS 26 The results of this study indicate that (1) the Principal Managerial variable (X1) has an effect on Student Achievement (Y) this is based on the t-count value is 3.837 which is greater than the t-table which is 2.001 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) Teacher Competency variable (X2) has an effect on Student Achievement of Prime Card 3 (Y) this is based on the t-count value, which is 6.640, which is greater than the t-table, which is 2.001 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) Student Achievement variable (Y) the F-count value is 26,190 which is greater than the F-table, which is 3.16. The results of the determination test show that the amount of Adjusted R Square is 0.469, which means that 46.9% of the Student Achievement variable (Y) is influenced by Principal Managerial (X1) and Teacher Competence (X2), while the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other factors. which were not included in the study.

Abstract

The learning process at school provides many experiences for students. Academic and non-academic activities can be obtained at school. Student activity in organizations at school is important to improve students' ability to organize, but if you get too carried away in the organization and forget about learning, it's also not good. This can affect the academic aspects of students. This study aims to determine: 1) The Effect of Student Activity in Organizations on Economic Learning Outcomes of Students at SMA PGRI 2 Denpasar; 2) The Effect of School Facilities on Economic Learning Outcomes of SMA PGRI 2 Denpasar Students; 3) The Effect of Student Activeness in Organizations and School Facilities Together on Economic Learning Outcomes of PGRI 2 Denpasar High School Students. Data were analyzed by statistical analysis of simple regression and multiple regression. Through the prediction results with predictors X1 (Student Activeness in Organizations) and X2 (School Facilities) against Y (Economics Learning Outcomes), the value of Freg is 49.26762. With (N-m-1) in this case db = 93/2, with a significance level of 5%, the Ftable value is 3.09. This means that the regression line analyzed is significant to be used as a basis for prediction because there is a significant relationship between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). Freg is greater than the F table value or 49.26762 > 3.09. So that the null hypothesis tested was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted which indicated that there was a significant relationship between Student Activity in Organizations and School Facilities on Student Economic Learning Outcomes at SMA PGRI 2 Denpasar. Relative Contribution (SR%) for each predictor, namely X1 (Student Activeness in Organizations) = 58.83%, and X2 (School Facilities) = 41.16%. While the regression line is 95.26% which consists of the effective contribution of the X1 predictor (Student Activeness in Organizations) = 56.05%. And the effective contribution of the X2 predictor (School Facilities) = 39.21%. While the remaining 4.74% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions, it can be suggested to the students to pay attention to the priority scale, time distribution, so that apart from attending class, they can also participate in organizational activities at school.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce business competition makes the company always improve the synergies that exist within the company, namely the use of appropriate marketing strategies in accordance with the development of products and services produced by the company. Marketing programs can be designed using several programs simultaneously, including promotions, sales, personal selling, as well as company product development with the hope that the products and services produced by the company meet consumer needs and desires that can be increased to consumer value. This study was conducted to determine the effect of marketing strategy on consumer value mediated by product innovation (empirical study on rang-rang fabric craftsmen in the village of Pejukutan, sub-district of Nusa Penida). The method used by the sample in this study is non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 96. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with the Moderated Regression Analysis interaction test. This test has met the requirements of the instrument test, classical assumption test and the appropriate model test. Based on the test results, it is known that marketing strategy has a significant effect on consumer value with a regression coefficient of 0.840 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and a marketing strategy moderated by product innovation has a significant effect on consumer value with a regression coefficient value of -0.017 and a significance of 0.007 <0.05 Therefore, product innovation variable is able to moderate the influence of marketing strategy on consumer value
