Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kinerja Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten   Gianyar   dalam   merealisasikan   program   kerja   yang   ditinjau   melalui pengukuran value for money yaitu perspektif ekonomi, perspektif efisiensi, dan perspektif efektivitas tahun 2014-2016. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan melibatkan empat variabel yaitu realisasi program ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi, efisiensi,  dan  efektivitas.  Subjek  penelitian  ini  adalah  Dinas  Pariwisata  Kabupaten Gianyar dan objeknya adalah kinerja keuangan. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dengan metode dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran value for money. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulan bahwa realisasi program Dinas Parwisata dari perspektif ekonomis yaitu 4 program tergolong sangat ekonomis, 10 program tergolong ekonomis, 3 program tergolong cukup ekonomis, dan 3 program tergolong kurang ekonomis. Realisasi program Dinas Pariwisata dari perspektif efisiensi yaitu 1 program tergolong efisiensi, dan 19 program tergolong kurang efisiensi. Keseluruhan realisasi program Dinas Pariwisata dari perspektif efektivitas tergolong efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas produk, jenis kecacatan yang paling banyak terjadi pada produk, faktor penyebab kecacatan produk, dan tindakan yang sebaiknya dilakukan dalam mencegah kecacatan produk regular pada CV. Pusaka Bali Persada. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis dengan alat bantu Statistic Processing Control. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian kualitas pada CV. Pusaka Bali Persada dilakukan pada bahan baku, proses produksi, produk jadi. Jenis kecacatan yang paling banyak terjadi adalah plastik kemasan kotor sebanyak 10.041 pcs, bubuk kopi kasar sebanyak 534 pcs, dan gramasi tidak sesuai sebanyak 2.155 pcs. Kecacatan produk disebabkan oleh bahan baku, manusia, metode dan mesin. Usulan tindakan perbaikan secara umum adalah memberikan arahan dan teguran kepada semua karyawan, sistem perawatan preventif terhadap mesin produksi, pemasangan intruksi kerja, menetapkan standar berat bahan baku yang akan di giling, dan dikemas juga diperlukan, dan untuk kepala bagian produksi agar menjalankan tugasnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, pengaruh selera, dan pengaruh harga dan selera terhadap keputusan membeli di online shop siswa SMA Negeri di Kota Singaraja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 97 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, tidak ada pengaruh signifikan dari harga secara parsial terhadap keputusan membeli di online shopsiswa SMA Negeri di Kota Singaraja yang ditunjukkan dari nilai t-hitung < t-tabel (1,194 < 1,986) dan nilai sig > 0,05 (0,236 > 0,05). Kedua, ada pengaruh signifikan dari selera secara parsial terhadap terhadap keputusan membeli di online shop siswa SMA Negeri di Kota Singaraja yang ditunjukkan dari nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (2,433 > 1,986) dan nilai sig < 0,05 (0,017 < 0,05). Dan ketiga ada pengaruh signifikan dari harga dan selera secara simultan terhadap keputusan membeli di online shop siswa SMA Negeri di Kota Singaraja yang ditunjukkan dari nilai F-hitung < F- tabel (3,106 > 3,09) dan nilai sig < 0,05 (0,049 < 0,05)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of achievement motives and self efficacy on the achievement of sales targets for Tiens Bali distributors partially and simultaneously. This research design using a type of causal research. The population of this study were all distributors registered at Tiens Authorized Store 618 are 4.169 people. The sample of this study amounted to 371 respondents using the proportional random sampling method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale and processed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of data analysis showed that there was a partially positive and significant effect on the achievemnt motive towards achieving the sale target of Tiens Bali distributors, shown from the value of t=13.491 with a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05. Self efficacy, partially has a positive and significant effect on achieving the sales target of Tiens Bali distributors, shown from the value of t=12.915 with a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05. Achievement motives and self efficacy have a simultaneous positive effect on achieving sales targets of Tiens Bali distributors, shown by the value of F=323.925 and a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

This research is based on the existence of gaps in the Powerpoint learning media when used in complex material discussions. The development of instructional media has the aim to determine the feasibility , find out responses and learning outcomes of student on digital handout learning media based on androidThis research was conducted to 20 students of class XI in the 1st Senior High School Puri Mojokerto by collecting data using interviews, documentation, and questionnaires that were analyzed through qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The research model utilized 4D consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The outputs of research were Android-based digital handout learning media applications with the APK format. The validation results of Digital Handout media obtained proper conclusions with the details, i.e., material experts by 92.8%, media experts by 87.8%, evaluation experts by 84%, and question experts by 88%. Students resulted in the positive responses by 91.8% and induced an increase in learning outcomes, which relatively high, considering from an average Gain Score of 0.71 with the completeness of classical posttest amounting to 90%. Therefore, it can be concluded that based on the results, digital handout learning media can facilitate students' understanding through appropriate media with positif responsses and increase in learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how formal education is for the Community of Desa Bulan Bulan Kapuas Tengah District Kapuas District. While the type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of the study were the village head, parents of school age children and school age children. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was Odel Miles and Huberman. Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study indicate that formal education for the people of Kayu Bulan Village, Kapuas Tengah District, Kapuas Regency, is a place to get knowledge and benefit young people to improve their quality. The supporting factors for formal education in Kayu Bulan Village are the support from parents to children to attend formal education, the existence of buildings, textbooks, and equipment and costs needed at school. While the inhibiting factor they feel is the mindset of children who do not consider school is something serious, there are various delinquents of adolescents who have begun to influence children in Kayu Bulan Village and the emergence of a child's laziness to attend formal education due to teachers who are disliked by children, and an invitation from parents to come to work

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of students in the learning process of multivariate statistics courses. In the matter of data input practice, data output, and data interpretation. Students tend to only follow lectures and are less active in asking questions. Students are less active in looking for additional material beyond the material taught by the lecturer. The research method uses a qualitative case study type approach. The research object consisted of 23 students who took multivariate courses, the Chair of the Study Program and a lecturer in Economic Education. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are multivariate statistical learning courses performed well. The process of teaching and learning activities prioritize student activity as evidenced by the practice carried out in each lecture. The Submission of material is done using English. Student activeness is still lacking because students are less active in asking questions. Student motivation tends to be low in finding information about lecture material that has been taught or will be taught. The conclusion of this study is that discipline, commitment, and encouragement from within students are important. Personal motivation affects more activeness. This research has implications as a contribution to lecturers in order to be able to increase encouragement from within students in order to increase activity in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of community learning method to improve student learning outcomes in social science subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Denpasar. The research subjects were 48 students of class VIII F. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The primary data source is class VIII C State 1st SMP Denpasar, school year 2018/2019. The research procedure was carried out by applying the community learning approach, which consisted of 2 cycles: planning, action and reflection, observation. Data collection techniques use observation, written evaluation, and documentation techniques. The results showed that: activities in classroom action research were said to be successful, where there was an increase in learning activities from a total of 45 students consisting of 25 male students and 20 female students, in the initial conditions there were 19 students or 42.22 percent complete, then increased to 36 students or 80 percent in the first cycle and finally in the second cycle to 45 students or 100 percent. There was an increase in the first cycle to 36 students or 80 percent with an average value of 78.89 and the second cycle increased to 87.78 at an average value with completeness of 100 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of career development in influencing competence on teacher performance. The study was conducted in all the high schools in Jember. The variables used in this study consisted of competence, career development and teacher performance. The type of research is a quantitative approach research with explanatory research methods. The population is all economics teachers in Jember City Public High School. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling with the criteria of permanent teachers who have worked for 2 years at a minimum. Data analysis method uses path analysis. After being analyzed, the results of the t test and path analysis, can be seen that competence has a significant effect on teacher career development and teacher performance. The analysis also shows that career development is able to mediate competence in teacher performance. A teacher who has competence, it will be easy to develop a career which will have an impact on performance. Professional teachers, will always have high demands in their work, so with competence and good career development, the performance will also be better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the tourist’s perceptions about Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The population of the study is tourists visiting Tenganan Pegringsingan with an infinite number and 100 respondents were taken using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that tourists' perceptions of Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction in terms of the dimensions of attractions, amenities and accessibility were very amenable. That means Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction has a unique nature, tradition and culture. The existence of a tracking tour, a friendly community, a safe tourist attraction environment, no entrance fee (there are donations that can contribute voluntarily), supporting facilities are available and have an easy access to Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction
