Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mewujudkan visi PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah KCP Mojosari-Mojokerto pada strategi pemasaran produk Tabungan Faedah BRISyariah iB dengan menggunakan elemen bauran pemasaran 9P yang terdiri dari Proses, Orang, Produk, Harga, Tempat, Promosi, Bukti fisik, Janji, Sabar dan analisis SOAR. Analisis SOAR merupakan alternatif dari analisis SWOT yang mana analisis SOAR (Strength, Opportunity, Aspiration, Result) dilakukan untuk menganalisis kondisi perusahaan guna mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan bauran pemasaran produk Tabungan Faedah Bank Rakyat Indonesi Syariah iB PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah KCP Mojosari-Mojokerto serta mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah KCP Mojosari-Mojokerto berdasarkan analisis SOAR. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan data penelitian bersumber dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Lokasi penelitian berada di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah KCP Mojosari-Mojokerto. Dan hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu ditemukannya strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan bauran pemasaran 9P serta hasil dari analisis SOAR yaitu ditemukannya strategi guna meningkatkan strategi pemasaran produk Tabungan Faedah BRISyariah iB yaitu Perluasan jaringan pemasaran, Maksimalnya mekanisme pemasaran, Melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak-pihak lain dalam rana keuangan syariah, Meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan Meningkatkan promosi produk Tabungan Faedah BRISyariah iB ditengah-tengah bank konvensional. Kata Kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, Bauran Pemasaran, Analisis SOAR

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Islamic bank financing in the manufacturing sector (manufacturing industry). Then the internal factors consist of CAR, DPK, NPF, FDR, ROA, BOPO. While the external factors consist of INFLATION and BI_RATE. This research uses ARDL regression analysis technique. The data used in this study are data per month from 2015-2019. And the data obtained comes from reports from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), as well as reports from Bank Indonesia (BI). The object of this research is Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The method of analysis used in this study is regression with the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. The ARDL model was chosen because by using the ARDL method, it was able to see the influence of the Y variable. The data processing used Eviews 10. From the data processing, it was found that the variables CAR, FDR, and INF did not significantly influence the manufacturing sector. And the variables of DPK, NPF, ROA, BI_RATE, and BOPO have a significant effect on the manufacturing sector. The main contribution in this study is to identify and examine Islamic bank financing to the manufacturing sector in depth.

Abstract

There are still many Islamic bank service products that are not widely accessed by customers and the increasing number of technology-based developing businesses, so Islamic banks must collaborate with financial technology to increase their role to be more inclusive. This paper aims to find out about the role of Financial Technology in increasing financial inclusion in Islamic banks and from the aspects of benefit, opportunity, cost and risk (BOCR) because Fintech in Indonesia is a big opportunity that has not been exploited more massively and systematically in taking these opportunities. The methodology used in this research is normative legal research refreshing law and book literature. Based on the results of the research, the authors conclude that fintech plays a very important role in increasing financial inclusion in Islamic banking with great opportunities that can develop progressively that will make it easier and closer to customers, Islamic banking can access financial service products offered and apply for direct financing. The fast-paced FinTech industry opens up positive opportunities for Islamic banking to undertake strategic partnerships with the FinTech industry as an integral, customer-oriented part. keywords: Financial Technology, Financial Inclusion, Sharia Banking.

Abstract

Stock prices are a very important factor and must be considered by investors in making investments because stock prices show the issuer's performance. The ups and downs of stock prices are affected by internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the Influence of Inflation and Rupiah Exchange Rate on Stock Prices partially and simultaneously in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) period 2014-2018. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 29 companies registered in ISSI for the 2014-2018 period. The sample used is 7 out of 29 companies with the sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The results in this study indicated that the effect of inflation on stock prices produces a t-count (minus) greater than t table (minus) (-1,916> -2,037). While the effect of the Rupiah Exchange Rate on stock prices produces a t-value greater than t table (6,594> 2,037) and F (simultaneous) test results are obtained that Inflation and the Rupiah Exchange Rate on Stock Prices with a F value greater than F table (93.633> 3.29). Conclusions in this study indicated that partially Inflation does not have a significant effect on Stock Prices, while the Rupiah Exchange Rate has a significant effect on Stock Prices and simultaneously Inflation and Rupiah Exchange Rate have a influence significant on Stock Prices.

Abstract

The development of Islamic financial institutions, one of which is sharia pawnshops in Indonesia, is so significant, even the sharia service units of the pawnshops themselves are easy to find in various cities in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies carried out by PT Pegadaian Syariah and what products are offered by the Prenduan Branch of Sharia Pegadaian. The method chosen in this study is qualitative to examine more deeply about the tricks, methods, techniques and methods. From the results of the study found several strategies implemented at the Prenduan branch office of the Prenduan Sharia Pegadaian, including, 1) Social Media Marketing, here the pawn party utilizes the internet, because the features provided by this social network are very helpful in marketing products and services to the public. . 2) Door To Dor, this is also done by pawnshops to visit residents' homes to introduce their products and services. 3) Making banners or brochures, to distribute this is also done by the pawnshop in marketing their products, when we see it on the road we will find a large banner that is clearly visible about sharia pawnshops, or employees also take to the field to distribute brochures with cheap promotions with there is a big discount at the end of the year. 4) Expanding the Network of Relations with the Mass Media, this is also important in building relationships with the mass media. So that it can help in reaching the national market

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is an epidemic of dangerous diseases that have attacked the world, including Indonesia, which can cause death. Because covid-19 has a significant impact on the development of the world economy. This study has the objective of analyzing the financial performance of Islamic banks and the role of Islamic economic policies. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis techniques and library research. The results showed that the bank's financial performance was still in a healthy condition in facing the possibility of risk of loss during the Covid-19 pandemic situation. And the solutions offered include distribution of direct cash assistance from zakat, infak, sedekah, and wakaf, then through superior business capital assistance for the business sector or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, as well as through the development of Islamic financial technology.Keywords: Financial Performance, Islamic Banking, Islamic Economic Policy, Covid-19

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah telah menawarkan berbagai macam produk yang dimilikinya, adapun KSPPS BMT Usaha Bersama Amanah Laut Dendang mempunyai visi dan misi untuk pengembangan ekonomi umat dan memiliki berbagai produk baik itu penghimpunan dana ataupun penyaluran dana, sumber penghimpunan dana berasal dari dana anggota, modal penyertaan, pinjaman dari lembaga keuangan lain, dari anggota antara lain: tabungan berjangka (deposito mudharabah), tabungan amanah, tabungan qurban, tabungan haji, dan tabungan pelajar, serta penyaluran dana atau pembiayaan diantranya: pembiayaan murabahah, pembiayaan kredit modal kerja, pembiayaan qardul hasan, dan pembiayaan mudharabah. KSPPS BMT Usaha Bersama Amanah merupakan sebuah lembaga keuangan syariah non-bank yang hadir untuk menjembatani dana dari para pemilik harta untuk dikelola secara produktif dan profesional untuk pengembangan ekonomi umat dalam bentuk pembiayaan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Baitul Mal wa Tamwil (BMT) sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat khususnya usaha kecil, keberadaan Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (BMT) menjadi salah satu solusi sumber pendanaan untuk mengembangkan usaha kecil.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the use of e-banking in Islamic banking and how to use good e-banking to keep customer data safe. It can be seen today that all access can be easily loaded via a gadget or smartphone. The development of Islamic banking has recently successfully become the spotlight of all levels of national banking. The government is no eception, which is now also providing encouragement for the advancement of Islamic banking. As with Bank Indonesia's plan as a financing alternative in the Islamic financial market. And even the government has also officially launched the Indonesian Sharia Economic Master Plan MEKSI 201-202, as a pioneer for Islamic banks to have the opportunity to enter the ranks of the 10 largest banks in Indonesia. Thus, in conducting Islamic banking activities in cooperation with the field of information technology to build a syariah banking information system by loading a special application that can simplify all eisting transaction processes in Islamic banking. The implementation of e-banking or electronic banking is an application of Islamic banks to answer the desires of customers who want fast, safe, comfortable, inepensive service that is available at any time 2 hours day, 7 days week and can be accessed from anywhere, from cellphones. , computers, laptops and so on

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has spread to various countries, including Indonesia. As a result, almost all sectors experienced contractions, including Islamic banking. Covid-19 has had significant impact on world economic development. The covid-19 pandemic is a challenge for business world, including the banking financial services industry. However, Islamic banking is considered quite capable of surviving the storm of impact based on the previous crises' empirical facts. The purpose of this study is to analyze marketing strategy that can be done during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explained that the post Covid-19 business management strategy for Islamic banking can provide improvement and development of good business sustainability by implementing management strengthening in the fields of marketing, human resources, finance and operations as strategic steps to create an efficient and effective business existence. The conclusion of this study is that Islamic banking are required to have good knowledge management to improve business performance.

Abstract

This study aims first, to determine the concept of norms in usury norms, bank interest, and profit sharing among scholars in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Second, to find out the comparison between the profit sharing system in syari'ah banking with the interest system in conventional banking in the past and present perspective of the Ulama in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. Third, to determine the impact of bank interest (usury) on the country's economy in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This type of research is included in the category of normative legal research. The method used in this research is library research, with a qualitative research methodology, using a statutory approach, a historical approach, a comparative approach and a conceptual approach. This research found that the Norma of Riba in Islamic Economics is a khilafiyah problem as well as the law of Bank Interest, in principle, mutual tolerance and mutual respect and respect for inter-opinions must be put forward. This is because each group of ulama has devoted their energy to seeking the law of the problem, and in the end their opinion remains different. Profit sharing norms in Islamic economics are an innovative step in an Islamic economy that is not only in accordance with people's behavior, but more than that profit sharing is a social balance step in obtaining economic opportunities. Thus, the profit sharing system can be seen as a more effective measure to prevent conflict between the rich and the poor from occurring in social life. The impact of Bank Interest (Riba) on the Country's Economy, among others, has an impact on several sectors including the Economic Impact. Social Impact, the social impact of society related to Riba in terms of unfair income. Impact of Company Resilience, only companies that have resilience will survive.
