Abstract

This research discusses the "Adaptation of Team learning capability (TLC) Measurement Tool in Generation Z." Team Learning, or team-based learning, refers to the capacity of organizational members to avoid making personal assumptions and to think freely together as one organization. Group research entails dialogue among organizational members and the presence of customs that allow them to express their thoughts freely and openly for the benefit of the organization. The measurement tool used in this study is the result of the adaptation of the Team learning capability (TLC) measurement tool by Batt-Rawden et al. (2018). The method used is qualitative, with the technique of distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. There are several criteria for respondents in this study, namely those born between 1995 and 2010, currently or previously employed, and willing to participate as respondents. One hundred four (104) respondents filled out the questionnaire through Google Forms, and most respondents were born between 1999 and 2003. This research is expected to provide information on the adaptation of the measurement tool for Generation Z using the Team learning capability (TLC) measurement tool by Batt-Rawden et al. (2018). Abstract

This study investigates the influence of emotional labor and self-efficacy on work resilience among customer service employees in emotionally demanding roles. The topic was chosen due to the increasing psychological challenges faced by frontline workers, particularly in collectivist cultures like Indonesia, where emotional expression is tightly regulated. It was hypothesized that emotional labor and self-efficacy would both positively predict work resilience. A quantitative correlational design was employed, involving 92 customer service employees from retail companies. Data were collected using validated psychological scales and analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression with bootstrapping. Results showed that both emotional labor and self-efficacy significantly predicted work resilience (R² = 0.640, p < 0.001), with self-efficacy as the dominant predictor (β = 0.217; t = 6.816) over emotional labor (β = 0.193; t = 4.238). These findings highlight the dual role of emotion regulation and personal belief systems in sustaining resilience under emotional demands. The study offers practical implications for employee development programs in service industries.   Keywords: Emotional Labor, Self-Efficacy, Work Resilience, Customer Service

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the psychometric quality of the PAPI Kostick instrument in the Indonesian context through item revision, construct validity testing, and item-level analysis. The sample consisted of 1,289 respondents. Item revisions were conducted through linguistic and cultural adaptation to ensure semantic clarity and construct equivalence. Construct validity was examined using CFA, which demonstrated a good fit across all dimensions, with RMSEA values below 0.08. Most items were valid, with the highest proportion in Activity (100%). Further evaluation using the two-parameter logistic (2PL) IRT model indicated that 74–85% of items were located at the mid-range of the trait continuum, while discrimination indices were generally strong, with Activity achieving 100% in the normal category, followed by Leadership (89%). Overall, the revised version of PAPI Kostick demonstrated adequate construct validity, balanced item distribution, and satisfactory diagnostic properties, while continuous refinement remains necessary. Abstract

Children who grow up in violent or neglectful environments may be at risk of developing Adverse Childhood Experiences. Psychological impact of ACEs is fear of compassion, or the feeling of being afraid of receiving kindness. This study aimed to examine the role of ACEs in predicting fear of compassion among early adult women using a non-experimental quantitative correlational method with 277 respondents. The instruments used were the Indonesian version of the WHO ACE-IQ (α = 0.876) and the Indonesian adapted version of the Fear of Compassion Scale (α = 0.931). The results showed a significant positive relationship between ACEs and fear of compassion (r = 0.509, p < 0.001), with a contribution of 25.9%. The mean difference test indicated no differences in ACEs or fear of compassion based on age, domicile, education, occupation, or marital status.   Keywords: Adverse Childhood Experiences, Fear of Compassion, Early Adult Women.
