Abstract

 Islam with its monotheistic teachings is very tolerant of differences in religious beliefs. We must show the equality to all people of all religions and beliefs. This article describes how Islam views egalitarianism by referring to the portrait of the fulfillment of rights for Kaharingan adherents in Palangka Raya City. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Kaharingan integration into Hindu Kaharingan provides convenience for its adherents. This convenience can be enjoyed by Kaharingan adherents because Hinduism is one of the religions recognized by the state, so that it has an impact on the ease of state administration. The fulfillment of the civil rights of adherents of the Kaharingan adherents cannot be separated from the role of the Kaharingan Hindu Religious Council (MBAHK) which is a bridge between its adherents and the government. With the integration process of Kaharingan into Hinduism, all basic rights of Kaharingan adherents can also be fulfilled by the state properly.   Islam dengan ajaran tauhidnya sangat toleran terhadap perbedaan keyakinan beragama. Kita harus menunjukkan kesetaraan kepada semua orang dari semua agama dan kepercayaan. Artikel ini memaparkan bagaimana Islam memandang egalitarianisme dengan merujuk pada potret pemenuhan hak bagi penganut Kaharingan di Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Integrasi Kaharingan ke dalam Hindu Kaharingan memberikan kemudahan bagi penganutnya. Kemudahan tersebut dapat dinikmati oleh penganut Kaharingan karena agama Hindu merupakan salah satu agama yang diakui oleh negara, sehingga berdampak pada kemudahan penyelenggaraan negara. Pemenuhan hak-hak sipil penganut Kaharingan tidak lepas dari peran Majelis Agama Hindu (MBAHK) Kaharingan yang menjadi jembatan penghubung antara penganutnya dengan pemerintah. Dengan proses integrasi Kaharingan ke dalam agama Hindu, semua hak dasar penganut Kaharingan juga dapat dipenuhi oleh negara dengan baik.

Abstract

There is something interesting about the business of these habibs, namely their "involvement" in taking advantage of their status as habibs, who incidentally are descendants of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, making the habib's business different from other businessmen. This study is important because there are no serious studies on this issue. This study uses the phenomenological method, phenomenology assumes that the real reality and data of a phenomenon is what is behind the phenomenon, in-depth interviews and observations are carried out in extracting data, the focus of this research is various models of the commodification of religion and the application of the spiritual economy in business ventures habibs in South Kalimantan. Many Hadhrami descendants from the Sayyid group are also active preachers in business, whether as actors, owners, financiers or joint owners. Many habib preachers use religious narratives to support their business. Habib the preacher got many advantages, both morally and materially. In addition, the religious narrative presented by the habib preacher group also presents a wedge between religion and prosperity, thus adding to the ways the habib group promotes itself to the Muslim community, namely by combining that of a pious figure who has wealth and prosperity. Ada yang menarik dari bisnis para habib ini, yaitu “keterlibatan” mereka dalam memanfaatkan statusnya sebagai habib yang notabene adalah keturunan Nabi Muhammad SAW, membuat bisnis para habib berbeda dengan pebisnis lainnya. Kajian ini penting karena belum ada kajian yang serius mengenai masalah ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi, fenomenologi beranggapan bahwa kenyataan dan data yang sebenarnya dari suatu fenomena adalah apa yang ada di balik fenomena tersebut, wawancara mendalam dan observasi dilakukan dalam penggalian data, fokus penelitian ini adalah berbagai model komodifikasi komoditas. agama dan penerapan ekonomi spiritual dalam usaha bisnis para habib di Kalimantan Selatan. Banyak keturunan Hadhrami dari kelompok Sayyid juga aktif berdakwah dalam bisnis, baik sebagai pelaku, pemilik, pemodal atau pemilik bersama. Banyak pendakwah habib menggunakan narasi agama untuk mendukung usahanya. Habib sang da'i mendapat banyak manfaat, baik secara moril maupun materiil. Selain itu, narasi keagamaan yang dibawakan oleh kelompok dai habib juga menghadirkan sekat antara agama dan kesejahteraan, sehingga menambah cara kelompok habib mempromosikan diri kepada masyarakat muslim, yaitu dengan memadukan sosok soleh yang memiliki kekayaan dan kemakmuran.

Abstract

  This study focuses on the transformation of Islamic education values among the Urang Nagara community in South Hulu Sungai Regency. The Urang Nagara community is known for its adherence to traditional religious practices, and this study aims to explore how the community's religious traditions have been impacted by social changes over time. Specifically, the study aims to analyze how Islamic education values have evolved within the community and the role they play in shaping social change. The study employs a qualitative research approach and utilizes data collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data analysis process involves coding and categorizing the data to identify key themes related to the transformation of Islamic education values among the Urang Nagara.In conclusion, this study contributes to the understanding of how religious traditions can be transformed in the face of social change. The findings of this study have important implications for policymakers, educators, and community leaders who seek to preserve the cultural heritage and religious traditions of their communities while also adapting to changing social and technological contexts.  Studi ini berfokus pada transformasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam di kalangan masyarakat Urang Nagara di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan. Masyarakat Urang Nagara dikenal karena ketaatan mereka terhadap praktik-praktik agama tradisional, dan studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana tradisi agama mereka terpengaruh oleh perubahan sosial dari waktu ke waktu. Secara khusus, studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam berkembang dalam masyarakat tersebut dan peran yang mereka mainkan dalam membentuk perubahan sosial.Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Proses analisis data melibatkan pengkodean dan pengkategorian data untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema kunci yang terkait dengan transformasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam di kalangan masyarakat Urang Nagara. Temuan dari studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa masyarakat Urang Nagara telah mengalami perubahan yang signifikan dari waktu ke waktu, terutama dalam hubungannya dengan tradisi agama mereka dan praktik nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam. Studi ini mengidentifikasi sejumlah tema kunci, termasuk evolusi praktik agama tradisional, dampak faktor eksternal pada tradisi agama, dan perubahan peran pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk perubahan sosial.Kata Kunci: Agama, tradisi, sosial, Nagara, pendidikan

Abstract

MUI Halal Certificate is one of the requirements for obtaining permission to put a halal label on every product packaging from the government agency that has authority over it. The purpose of implementing the MUI halal certificate for all medicinal, food, cosmetic products and so on is to provide legal certainty over halal status, so that everyone can feel at ease when consuming it. Researchers utilize the type of empirical legal research that is qualitative in nature. This research is field research, strengthened by the existence of primary and secondary data sources, which are collected by researchers related to data using observation techniques. After the data is collected, it is processed through editing, categorization, and description processes. The definition contained in Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halah Guarantee Products is that halal products are products that have been declared halal in accordance with Islamic law. Which was then formulated in several applicable regulations including Law No. 11 of 2020 regarding Job Creation. It also contains information regarding the acceleration of regulations regarding JPH so that it can be carried out quickly and easily and becomes one of the positive implications of the ratification of Law No. 11 of 2020. Sertifikat Halal MUI adalah salah satu syarat untuk memperoleh izin untuk mencantumkan label halal di setiapkemasan produk dari lembaga pemerintah yang berkuasa atasnya. Tujuan Sertifikat halal MUI di segala produk obat-obatan, pangan, kosmetik dan lain sebagainya dilaksanakan untuk memberi kepastian hukum atas status kehalalan, agar bisa menenangkan batin bagi setiap orang saat mengonsumsinya.Peneliti memanfaatkan jenis penelitian hukum empiris yang sifatnya kualitatif. Penelitian ini yakni penelitian lapangan (field research), diperkuat adanya sumber data primer dan sekunder, yang dikumpulkan peneliti terkait data menggunakan teknik Observasi. Setelah data terkumpul lalu diolah melalui proses editing, kategorisasi, dan deskripsi. Pengertian yang terccantum dalam UU no 33 Tahun 2014 mengenai Produk Jaminan Halah adalah Produk halal adalah produk yang sudah dinyatakan kehalalannya selara akan syariat Islam. Yang kemudian dirumuskan dalam beberapa aturan yang berlaku ternasuk UU No 11 tahun 2020 terkait Cipta Kerja. Disana juga dimuat terkait percepatan aturan tentang JPH agar dapat terlaksana dengan cepat dan mudah dan menjadi salahh satu implikasi positif tentang pengesahan UU No 11 Tahun 2020 ini.

Abstract

Cultural negotiation is essential because the process always involves conflict and differences. Malay-Chinese is one of the minority groups in South Kalimantan. This study aims to find out how Malay-Chinese culture negotiates differences in the legal culture of inheritance distribution between Chinese customary law, Malay custom, and Islamic law. This research is empirical legal research conducted under an interdisciplinary umbrella. This type of research is field research or research, empirical law. In this study, the author uses a legal sociology approach or practical juridical approach, which is an approach that looks at the legal reality in society, and a legal anthropological approach. The research findings show that Malay-Chinese negotiates differences in Islamic values and religion by choosing or combining the two cultural values. The negotiation process is carried out by applying cultural values as they are ethnic and adapt to the cultural values of Malay Islam. This cultural negotiation process then builds a hybrid Malay-Chinese identity. Resistance, their hybridity is used to survive and to fight the dominant Malay Islamic cultural values.

Abstract

Various kinds of traditions in Indonesia, especially in South Kalimantan have values contained in them, especially social values and religious values. Likewise, the Banjar people are known as people who like to interact and communicate in the food stall tradition. The purpose of this research is to find out (1) The tradition of Mawarung in South Kalimantan (2) The social values contained in the Mawarung tradition from an Islamic perspective in South Kalimantan. This research uses descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in six districts for districts along the Barito sub-watershed, namely Tapin Regency, Hulu Sungai Selatan, Hulu Sungai Tengah, Hulu Sungai Utara, Balangan and Tabalong because in these areas there is still a strong tradition of Mawarung. The results of this study are (1) the majority of the Banjar people like bapanderan (talking), so the Mawarung tradition still exists today. The Mawarung tradition is used as a place/container for exchanging ideas and also seeking and finding information from everyday stories. the value of togetherness (solidarity and harmony), the value of harmony in life (tolerance, help, and democracy), the value of compassion (family and caring) and religious values (friendship, sincerity and gratitude)    Berbagai macam tradisi di Indonesia khususnya di Kalimantan Selatan memiliki nilai-nilai yang terkandung didalamnya terutama nilai-nilai sosial dan nilai religius. Demikian juga dengan masyarakat Banjar yang dikenal sebagai masyarakat yang senang berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dalam tradisi mawarung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) Tradisi mawarung di Kalimantan selatan (2) Nilai-nilai sosial yang terkandung pada tradisi mawarung dalam persepektif Islam di Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di banua enam sebutan untuk kebupaten sepanjang sub DAS Barito yaitu Kabupaten Tapin, Hulu Sungai Selatan, Hulu Sungai Tengah, Hulu Sungai Utara, Balangan dan Tabalong dikarenakan di daerah tersebut masih terasa kental tradisi mawarung. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) mayoritas masyarakat suku Banjar  suka bapanderan (berbicara), maka tradisi mawarung masih ada sampai sekarang. Tradisi mawarung dijadikan sebagai tempat/wadah dalam bertukar fikiran dan juga mencari dan menemukan informasi dari kisah sehari-hari. (2) nilai kebersamaan (solidaritas dan kerukunan), nilai keserasian hidup (toleransi, tolong-menolong, dan demokrasi),  nilai kasih sayang (kekeluargaan dan kepedulian) dan nilai religi (silaturahmi, ikhlas dan syukur)

Abstract

One of the phenomena of poverty that occurs in this community is in Barito Kuala which is one of the rice granaries in South Kalimantan, namely in Anjir Pasar Lama village, Anjir Pasar district. The role of parents with backgrounds in Anjir Pasar Lama Village in Islamic religious education can be done to ensure that children start from TKA/TPA Al Quran in Anjir Pasar Lama Village, take their children to the local Koran teacher and visit the Taklim assembly, even though have to travel quite a distance. Determination of data sources in this study is to use purposive sampling, namely: selected people who will be asked questions, and the questions according to the specific characteristics of the sample, purposively until the data collected is deemed sufficient. The family as one of the centers of education can be said to be still not maximized due to the feelings of parents who feel they are not 'worthy' or marginal. In addition, the intention of parents to send their children to a higher level tends to be non-existent. This is because parents are "realistic" with unsupportive economic conditions. However, for the religious education of farming families, it tends to be better in its application.
