Abstract

Small enterprises play an essential role in driving economic growth and job creation. However, these businesses often need help with various challenges, including limited financial resources that hinder their ability to develop and expand. This study aims to examine the impact of financial support in driving the business expansion of small enterprises. A descriptive survey research design was used to determine the sample size of the study from a population of 520 small business enterprises, and questionnaires were administered to the entire 226 sample size through personal delivery. In contrast, quantitative techniques involving the use of descriptive and inferential statistical methods were adopted for data analysis. The study highlighted the positive impact of financial support on various aspects of business expansion. The findings show that financial support enables small businesses to invest in marketing and advertising activities, upgrade their facilities and equipment, and expand their product or service offerings. In conclusion, financial support has had a significant impact in driving business expansion for small businesses. This study provides important insights into how better access to financial resources can accelerate the growth and expansion of small businesses. Abstract

Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat dan munculnya berbagai coffee shop di Indonesia Mossa Coffee diharapkan mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya. Namun, untuk bertahan dan sukses dalam pasar yang kompetitif ini, Mossa Coffee perlu mengembangkan Brand Awareness yang kuat dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dan menganalisis efektifitas strategi Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) dalam meningkatkan Brand Awareness Mossa Coffee. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan survey terhadap masyarakat yang datang mengunjungi Mossa Coffee. Data akan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik dan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh Mossa Coffee dalam upaya meningkatkan Brand Awareness-nya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberi wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana strategi IMC diterapkan dan memengaruhi Brand Awareness Mossa Coffee. Penelitian ini akan membantu menggambarkan praktik dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Mossa Coffee dalam upaya membangun Brand Awareness yang kuat. Temuan penelitian ini akan memiliki potensi untuk menjadi panduan bagi pemilik Mossaa Coffee dan praktisi pemasaran dalam memperbaiki strategi mereka.

Abstract

There Film is an art that has been widely recognized, from media that is only for entertainment to its use as a propaganda medium. This research will analyze the representation of Chechen ethnicity in the 1996 Russian war drama film titled Кавказский Пленник (Kavkazkij Plenik) ‘Prisoner of the Mountains’. This study will use the Cinema Study method by Boggs and Petrie (2008) to find out the main ideas of the film through plot, background, and characters, as well as cinematography through visualization and dialogue. The theory used is the theory of representation by Stuart Hall (1997). This research aims to show how this Russian film describes the Chechen ethnicity. In the year it was released, in Russia, a war known as the First Chechen War between the Russian Federal Government and the Chechen Separatists still occur. The film depicted the Chechens as a backward and highly religious people that only want to live their lives in peace rather than as enemies of the state, like the usual wartime film.

Abstract

Firm value is very important in an organization because it is related to the welfare of investors. The higher the company value causes the company to have a superior image and the value of the resources claimed by the company can be an impression of the company's value. But in society, there are phenomena and tendencies of individual behavior in choosing to invest. This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, CEO tenure, and company financial performance on firm value. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, totaling 8 companies. The sampling technique uses a side purposive technique. The dependent variable in this study is firm value as measured by Tobins'q. The independent variables in this study are good corporate governance which is proxied by the audit committee, company secretary, and remuneration committee, CEO tenure, and the company's financial performance which is proxied by ROA. The results of this study indicate that (1) the corporate secretary affects firm value; (2) the audit committee affects firm value; (3) the remuneration committee has an effect on firm value; (4) CEO tenure has an influence on firm value; and (5) ROA affects company value in various industrial sub-sectors listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The results of this study expect that investors should always pay attention to internal and external elements in organizational valuation, namely the earth, social and financial benefits, which these three things must be balanced.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology is currently recognized as a viable and correct educational tool. The application of ICT makes the teaching and learning process simpler, closer, and easier to do anytime and anywhere. The availability and use of ICT tools in the teaching and learning arena is said to be one of the main determinants of the effectiveness of teaching and learning at all levels of education. Islamic Studies is one of the study programs offered in colleges of education in Nigeria that can be taught using ICT. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of ICT on the teaching of Islamic studies in universities of education. Three study objectives and research questions were formulated in this research. Descriptive survey research was adopted in this study. The population of this study were all Islamic Studies lecturers in all colleges of education in Kwara State and purposive sampling technique was used to sample respondents in this study. An adapted questionnaire entitled Uses of ICT in Teaching Islamic Studies was used.  The main results of the study show that ICT has a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of teaching and learning. This research reveals that the use of ICT, such as computers, the internet, and educational software, has increased student participation and their understanding of Islamic study material. The implication of this research is that these findings highlight the urgent need to strengthen ICT infrastructure and provide adequate access to digital resources to improve the quality of teaching and learning.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are an integral element of contemporary business operations, through which organizations monitor their resources, processes and data. Within the framework of Nestle Nigeria Plc, the impact of ERP on business performance is a subject of noteworthy relevance and interest. This research seeks to analyze the influence of corporate resource planning on business performance at Nestle Nigeria PLC. This research uses descriptive research with survey type. The population of this study consists of the ERP software used at Nestle Nigeria Plc. Simple random sampling technique is used in selecting ERP users based on background, position and experience. Questionnaires were used to obtain ERP usage data from respondents. Bivariate regression analysis and Analysis of Variance were used to test the hypothesis at a significance level of 0.05. The findings reveal that the influence of ERP does not have a significant influence on the sales performance of Nestle Nigeria Plc. In addition, ERP has a significant influence on the organizational performance of Nestle Nigeria PLC. That's recommended SMEs, companies, and governments must implement ERP in their businesses to increase sales and organizational performance. Implications of this research can assist Nestle Nigeria management in evaluating the effectiveness of the ERP system that has been implemented, especially in improving operational efficiency, decision making and coordination between departments. The aim of this research is to analyze and evaluate the influence of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on business performance at Nestle Nigeria Plc.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar IPAS disebabkan kurangnya bahan ajar yang mampu memvisualisasikan secara konkret dalam pembelajaran.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan buku ensiklopedia berbasis AR. Jenis penelitian digunakan yaitu penelitian pengembangan dengan model Borg and Gall. Subek yang terlibat dalam penelitian yakni ahli isi pembelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran, uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan 35 orang siswa kelas V. Pengumpulam data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran angket/kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ada tiga yaitu analisis data deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan stastistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu validator ahli rancang bangun sebesar 93,18%, validator ahli isi materi memperoleh 95,83%, validator ahli desain instruksional memperoleh 93,18%, validator ahli media pembelajaran memperoleh 92,50%, uji coba perorangan memperoleh 99%, dan uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh 97,5% yang bearti buku ensiklopedia berbasis AR sangat layak digunakan. Disimpulkan buku ensiklopedia berbasis augmented reality efektif diterapkan pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Implikasi penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan materi pembelajaran yang diintegrasikan dengan Augmented Reality cocok digunakan pada masa sekarang.

Abstract

Minimnya pemanfaatan perangkat pembelajaran digital kususnya pada muatan IPAS meyebabkan siswa mudah bosan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga berakibat pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-LKPD interaktif berbasis model example non example pada muatan pelajaran IPAS materi norma dalam adat istiadat daerahku di kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini tergolong kedalam jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yakni ahli materi pembelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran, ahli bahasa, serta 37 siswa kelas IV SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan tes objektif tipe pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ahli materi pembelajaran memperoleh hasil 90% (sangat baik), ahli desain pembelajaran 97,50% (sangat baik), ahli media pembelajaran 95% (sangat baik), ahli bahasa 97,50% (sangat baik), uji peorangan 94,17% (sangat baik), dan uji kelompok kecil 93,67% (sangat baik), serta hasil uji efektivitas produk menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah menerapkan E-LKPD interaktif berbasis model example non example. Disimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD interaktif berbasis model example non example layak dan efektif diterapkan pada muatan IPAS materi norma dalam adat istiadat daerahku.

Abstract

Skripsi merupakan salah satu syarat sebuah kelulusan program sarjana. Hambatan dalam penyusunannya diantaranya malas, tidak yakin dengan kemampuan, tidak memiliki motivasi sehingga mahasiswa mengalami academic burnout. Dampak academic burnout menyebabkan skripsi tidak terselesaikan tepat waktu. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah dukungan sosial. Permasalahan penelitian ini adakah hubungan dukungan sosial dengan academic burnout pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan sosial dengan academic burnout pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini mahasiswa di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana yang sedang dalam tahap proses pengerjaan skripsi dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang diambil dengan teknik convinience sampling. Instrumen variabel Academic burnout diukur menggunakan skala SBI dan dukungan sosial diukur dengan menggunakan skala MSPSS. Data di analisis menggunakan uji spearman rho yang dioleh dengan  program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hubungan dukungan sosial dengan academic burnout menggunakan uji Rank Spearman diperoleh terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan dukungan sosial dengan academic burnout pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir.

Abstract

Kurangnya variasi media pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran Multimedia Interaktif berbasis Problem Based Learning yang efektif digunakan khususnya muatan pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi Ide Pokok Paragraf kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data digunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah produk Multimedia Interaktif berbasis Problem Based Learning dengan kualitas produk sangat baik dan baik serta efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli isi/materi pelajaran memperoleh skor 97,90% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, ahli desain instruksional memperoleh skor 97,70% dengan kualifikasi baik, ahli media pembelajaran memperoleh skor 93,70% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji coba perorangan pada 3 siswa memperoleh skor 97,50% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, dan uji kelompok kecil pada 9 orang siswa memperoleh skor 92,20% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik sehingga produk yang dikembangkan dengan kualitas sangat baik. Berdasarkan uji efektivitas menggunakan 28 siswa diperoleh terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran. Disimpulkan bahwa multimedia interaktif berbasis Problem Based Learning efektif digunakan pada muatan pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV SD.
