Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan otokratis dengan komitmen organisasional. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 43 orang, yang merupakan populasi karyawan dari perusahaan yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat (r= 0,890) antara gaya kepemimpinan otokratis dengan komitmen organisasional karyawan. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (12,657 2,019) menunjukkan hubungan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan otokratis dengan komitmen organisasional karyawan. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,792 menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan otokratis memiliki peranan sebesar 0,792 terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Otokratis, Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the contribution of the National Park of Pangrango Gede Mountain to the peoples income of Cimacan Village, District Cipanas, Cianjur Regency; (2) To know the contribution of infrastructure and facilities of the National Park of Pangrango Gede Mountain to the peoples income of Cimacan Village, District Cipanas, Cianjur Regency; and (3) To know the contribution of promotion of the National Park of Pangrango Gede Mountain to the peoples income of Cimacan Village, District Cipanas, Cianjur Regency. Data analysis methods used are: 1) Analysis data test (normality, multicolinearity, heteroskedasticity and autocorrelation); 2) Test regression and correlation using SPSS to see the effect of attraction management of the Natonal Park of Pangrango Gede Mountain against peoples income of Cimacan Village, District Cipanas, Cianjur Regency. The results showed that: 1) The attractions of the Natonal Park of Pangrango Gede Mountain has significant effect on public revenues of Cimacan Village, District Cipanas, Cianjur Regency; 2) Infrastructure and facilities of the National Park of Pangrango Gede Mountain have significant effect on peoples income of Cimacan Village, District Cipanas, Cianjur Regency; 3) Promotion of attraction management of the National Park of Pangrango Gede Mountain has real impact on peoples income of Cimacan Village, District Cipanas, Cianjur Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the presence or absence of price relationships with patient satisfaction in Bhakti Medicare, Cicurug, Sukabumi.  The population of this research is 130 Bhakti Medicare’s patients, Cicurug, Sukabumi consisting of patients in Jasmine Room, Rose Room, Dahlia Room and Orchid Room. This amount fulfills the minimum sample for Slovin formula. The collected data is then processed using simple correlation and multiple correlation techniques using SPSS software. The results show that there is positive relation between price and satisfaction with correlation coefficient value equal to (ry.1) = 0,679, while price contribution to patient satisfaction equal to r2 = (ry.1)2 = 46,2%. In addition, price contribution is considered strong against patient satisfaction which means increased price will ensure patient satisfaction in Bhakti Medicare hospital, Cicurug, Sukabumi regency. In the most important dimension of price variable, the relationship is the dimension of "payment period" (X14) which has the strongest relationship with "consistency" dimension (Y3) on patient satisfaction variable with correlation coefficient 0,641. Therefore it can be concluded that the price dimension that most determine patient satisfaction at Bhakti Medicare Hospital, Cicurug, Sukabumi Regency is the dimension of price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, serta mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, pelatihan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan karyawan bagian administrasi PT BPR Pahalapakto sebagai responden. Analisis data untuk pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi memberikan kontribusi positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, pelatihan kerja tidak memberikan kontribusi terhadap motivasi kerja, kompensasi memberikan kontribusi positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan kerja memberikan kontribusi positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Pelatihan Kerja dan Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Research have been done based on KSP management and KSP performance. Problem loan increased in some KSP. The study proposed to further explore why this condition happened by analysis relationship between performance loan management, liquidity and funding. Research result presents liquidity rate of entity 68,81% as expected, funding rate 64,23% as expected and Loan management rate of the entity is 65,05% as expected. Result of result also present that the rate of three variables still under value as expected (more than 80%) thatswhy still need to be improve. Correlation rate between liquidity and loan management is 0,212, determination coefficient is 0,0449 or giving impact more or less than 4,49%. There is no correlation between Funding and loan management (rate is -0,0276). T-calculate is less than T-table. Correlation rate between liquidity, funding and loan management simultaneously is 0,093. This shows that liquidity factor together with funding factor giving impact to loan management more significant than partially. Impact of the two variables is 9,3%. As a result, to increase loan management rate will be more effective if increasing liquidity rate and funding rate to be implemented together other than partially instead.

Abstract

Abstract This study is aimed to test the effect of financial performance and macroeconomics variables in explaining stock returns. The study conducts two regression models. The first model included only financial performance as independent variables which consist of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, earnings per share, return on assets, economic value added, inventory turnover, and price to earnings ratio. Then the first model is extended to the second model by adding macroeconomics variables which consist of interest rate and inflation. Pooled least squares regression is applied in this study and all of the assumptions to obtain best linier unbiassed estimator are met. The extended model results in an increase of adjusted R-squared value from 46,9% to 60,84%. Keywords: Financial Performance, Interest Rate, Inflation, Stock Return

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial performance of PT Bata Tbk by using profitability and activity ratios in the period of literature study. The research used the quantitative method and literature review. The research found that financial performances at PT Bata Tbk were less efficient. This could be seen in 2015s financial performance has increased while in 2014 and 2016 have decreased. PT Bata Tbk has failed in planning and developing its business strategy in an effort to obtain maximum profitability. Firm could not evaluate and measure performance standards that had been achieved on the basis of projected financial performance in the past, so that it could affect its customer loyalty and investor confidence levels. Meanwhile frequent fluctuations in the results which were achieved over a period of three years at PT Bata Tbk caused by unbalanced capital use, the management of its assets, and the imbalance between level of sales generated and suppressed cost. A slow inventory turnover rate and the low level of sales had leaded to lower profit level. Keywords: Financial Performance, Profitability Rati, Activity Ratio

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is included as a correlational research, and consisted of two independent variables and one dependent variable, i.e. product quality and service quality with customer satisfaction. The research was conducted on customer of Adza Catering, with samples of 100 customers, derived by random sampling. The method used was survey and data analysis technique using statistical test of correlation and linear regression. The hypothesis testing was conducted at the significant level of ? = 0.05. The results yield three conclusions, namely: first, there is a highly significant positive relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction with a correlation coefficient ry1 of 0.647, coefficient of determination of 0.4186 and the regression equation is ?= 56.220 + 0.419X1. Second, there is a highly significant positive relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction with correlation coefficient ry2 of 0.763, coefficient of determination of 0.5821 and the regression equation is ? = 40.773 + 0.376X2. Third, there is a highly significant positive relationship between product quality and service quality together simultaneously with customer satisfaction with a correlation coefficient Ry.1.2 of 0.740, coefficient of determination of 0.5476 and the regression equation is ?= 22.612 + 0.428X1 + 0,236X2. Based on these results, it can be concluded that product quality and service quality provide highly significant contribution to customer satisfaction.Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan didirikan memiliki tujuan yang jelas. Salah satu tujuan perusahaan adalah memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan yang tercermin pada harga sahamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh Corporate social responsibility terhadap price book value dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Moderating Regression Analysis karena diantara variabel independent dengan variabel dependep terdapat variabel moderating yang mempengaruhi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index terhadap Price Book Value dengan t hitung Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index sebesar 1.393 dan t tabel sebesar 1.703 sehingga t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (1.393 1.703) serta nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.175 lebih besar dari 0,05 (0.175 0,05) artinya naik turunnya Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index tidak mempengaruhi Price Book Value. Interaksi antara CSR dan prosentase Return on Asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2.180 dan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.038 artinya Return on Asset sebagai variabel moderating dapat meningkatkan Price Book Value saat pengungkapan CSR meningkat.

Abstract

Employee performance is considered important for organizations due to the success of an organization influenced by it. Job performance or achievement is the job result which accomplished by an employee in performing tasks according to the responsibility given to him. A common problem that must be considered in the company is related with job performance. Without good employee’s performance at PT Valadoo Indonesia, its excellence is not going to happen. One of the factors that can be used to improve the employee’s performance is knowledge leadership, communication and motivation. Leaders who have a good knowledge and experience will be able to improve the performance of employees in achieving the company's vision and mission. In carrying out the work, the employee can not be separated from communication with fellow co-workers, the boss and the subordinate. Good communication can be an appropriate means to improve employee performance. In addition to communication, it is also necessary if the motivation for employees with high work motivation usually has a peak performance. Therefore, the research aims to know what is the effect of knowledge of leadership, communication, and motivation on employee performance at PT Valadoo Indonesia either partially or simultaneously. The aim of the study is also  to identify and analyze the effect of knowledge of leadership, communication, and motivation on PT Valadoo Indonesia employee performance. The theory used in this study is theories of human resource management, especially those related to knowledge leadership, communication, motivation, and performance of employees. Population  used in this study is the employee of PT Valadoo Indonesia. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Method of data collection is using questionnaire data analysis that is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of Lisrel 8.7.
