Abstract

Batik tie dye is part of technique in batik making. Tie dye technique is the easiest to do and develop, although this technique is easy and can be developed, not many people or batik craftsmen have done it and know it. So far, Dharma Wanita women routinely hold activities filled with skills and additional knowledge that can support the ability of human resources in accordance with the goals of Dharma Wanita. The provision of training in tie dye techniques is one of the means of expertise that can be provided so that mothers can explore one of the treasures of batik techniques in the archipelago. The activity of making batik motifs using tie dye technique was attended by Dharma Wanita women from the Public Housing and Settlement Areas of Central Java Province which showed that Dharma Wanita women were able to follow and produce batik motifs from the tie dye technique.

Abstract

Knowledge and understanding of agricultural management and the use of digital communicationtechnology are essential in agriculture and village MSMEs. Lecturers from the University of PersadaIndonesia YAI conduct training on agricultural management, digital communication, and branding to enablefarmers and MSME stakeholders to expand their business to local, national, or international markets.Farmers and MSME actors are motivated to use digital communication media such as social media, websites,smartphone applications and others. The method used in this community service activity is to provideextension services to 31 farmers and MSME actors in Pringkasap village, Pabuaran district, Subang regency,West Java province, Indonesia. The result of this community service activity is an increase in knowledge aboutthe importance of agricultural management, digital communication, and branding for sustainablecommunication of products and brands. The results of this activity indicate that further training onagricultural management, digital communication, and branding is needed, not only with the extensionmethod, but also with the simulation method using complete materials and tools that can be applied directlyat the business site. MSME actors need to be trained in the use of computer and smartphone applications,and it is necessary to establish a special forum for business development.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi semakin menunjukan peningkatan yang siginifikan yaitu pada aspekpengembangan dan juga pada aspek pengguna (end-user). Peningkatan ini juga membawa pengaruh padasektor pendidikan yaitu layanan konseling. Pelayanan konseling merupakan bentuk aktivitas memberikanbantuan kepada seseorang untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan. Konselor sebagai orang yang berperanuntuk memberikan bantuan harus mampu beradaptasi dengan teknologi informasi. Dengan demikian,makalah ini memberikan penjelasan bagaimana konselor melakukan konseling secara virtual denganmenggunakan metode Asset-Basd Community Development. Metode ABCD merupakan metode yangberfokus pada aset yaitu menunjuk pada santri, gawai (Gadget) dan gedung. Dalam metode ABCD, tahapanyang dijalankan meliputi Discovery (menemukan), Dream (Impian), Design (Prosedur), Define(Pemantapan tujuan), dan Destiny (Selft Determination). Hasil akhir menunjukan bahwa hampirsemua santri yang sudah melakukan simulasi konseling virtual bisa melakukan seperti padakonseling tatap muka (face-to-face)

Abstract

The purpose of the community service program (PKM) is to provide knowledge and skillsregarding financial management to MSME players in the Sampangan area, especially MSME in RT05 RW VI, A special Target to provide training and guidance in improving financial managementand competitiveness. The majority of participants in community service activities are housewiveswho have businesses in order to increase family income . MSME development prospects are assessedbased on financial analysis. This PKM program activity disseminates to MSME actors, preparesequipment that supports the success of PKM, guides MSME actors in preparing financial statements,conducts training to improve knowledge, monitor and evaluate activities to support the success andsustainability of the business.

Abstract

Financial reports are very important when running a business, from micro, small andmedium enterprises (MSMEs) to large scale ones. Financial reports are made so thatentrepreneurs can operate their business properly and can analyze their profits and losses. And itcan also be useful to apply for capital. With the development of technology, making financialreports is easier because there are many applications that can be installed on smart phones. SiAPIK is a financial information recording application that can help MSMEs to do books andrecord their every financial transaction. This community service activity aims to provide financialmanagement and accounting counseling, training on how to download the Si APIK applicationusing the Play Store on an Android cellphone and how to make easy financial reports for OK OCE(Jakpreneur) DKI Jakarta MSMEs. The activity was carried out online using the Zoom media with56 participants. The results of this community service activity are an increase in knowledge aboutthe importance of making financial reports and OK OCE (Jakpreneur) DKI Jakarta SMEs canpractice making financial reports with the Si APIK application using an Android cellphone.Suggestions from this activity are that business actors need to be given further simulations usingcomputers and smart phones in implementing the Si APIK application to make financial reportsfor DKI Jakarta OK OCE (Jakpreneur) MSME actors.

Abstract

In order to help government programs to continue to activate national tourism, one ofthem is by developing tourist villages. Because there is still a lot of potential in many areasthat have not been explored and need to be developed into attractive tourist objects. So thatlocal people know and understand what to do, to make their village potential as a nationaltourism object, we can help them to do comparative studies digitally through browsing andsearching about various things related to tourism potential in various places, both domesticand global.Community service activities have been carried out on Youth Insight Development andTraining, Karang Taruna Dukuh Barak II Margoluwih Seyegan – Sleman, Yogyakarta. Thisactivity is a form of participating in the tourism village development program by providingtraining to use digital technology to add insight and dig up a lot of information about tourismboth domestically and globally, so that community members know what can still be done todevelop the potential of their village as an attractive tourist attraction.

Abstract

Graha Sudirman housing started its construction in 2012, Graha Sudirman itself is located in thecenter of Indramayu city. Graha Sudirman housing has implemented an internet network to support ITbasedsmart housing. In this case, it is still based on simple fiber optics. This network has limitations interms of QoS on the client side. One of the initiators of IT-based smart housing is the housing coordinator,namely Mr. Khaerul Anam. In this Community Service program, we try to apply FTTH technology inGraha Sudirman housing to support IT-based smart housing. This service is expected to assist partners inimplementing IT-based smart housing programs both in terms of infrastructure and applications. From theresults of the implementation, the fiber optic attenuation output in each house ranges from -13dB to -25dB,this is due to many factors ranging from the type of fiber cable to the splicing or installation process. Forspeed, from -13dB to -25dB, you can still get 902 Mbps of bandwidth. This speed will decrease if it exceeds-29dB and above, even for connections it can be lost.

Abstract

This Community Service is carried out at the Sirajus'Saadah Islamic Boarding School, which aims todevelop the business so that income increases through the application of management.. This activity usestwo approaches, namely the counseling approach and the mentoring / coaching approach. The counselingapproach includes: 1) financial management training, 2) risk management training, 3) productionmanagement training, while the increase in mentoring / training includes: 1) assistance in determiningoptimal working capital needs, 2) assistance in the preparation of cost of goods produced / cost of goodssold 3) Assistance in mitigating business risks. The target activity and the desired output of this communityservice is an article published through journals with ISSN or proceedings with ISBN from national seminarsand to provide solutions to business managers at the Sirajus'Saadah Islamic boarding school so that themanaged business can experience development and sales growth as well as increased income, Before theimplementation of the abdimas is carried out, business managers are asked to fill out questionnaires aboutworking capital, cost of goods produced, determination of selling prices and business risks. At the end of thetraining, an evaluation will be carried out to find out their understanding, about the counseling that has beencarried out by the service team, and then mentoring / training is carried out by applying the material that hasbeen given to the businesses they manage, it is hoped that the results of the evaluation of their understandingincrease to 95% and practice the businesses they manage.

Abstract

The head of Tanjungsari Village, Tanjungsari sub-district, Bogor Regency in his program wants toimprove the economy of its citizens, currently villagers still depend on the economy for agricultural products,however there are 8.5% or 118 family heads are MSME actors. The location of Tanjungsari Village which isonly 75 km from the Indonesian Capital City makes this village's advantage to access raw materials andmarket MSME products. Currently, the type of MSME industry in Tanjungsari Village is engaged in theindustry of bags, wallets, sandals, shoes, wood lathes, wood products, and coffee with an average turnoveror gross income of IDR 50 million/month. The majority of raw materials for the bags, wallets, sandals, andshoes industries are imported from Jakarta, by utilizing the remaining materials from manufacturers inJakarta to be processed into other products, as well as other raw materials. The problems experienced byMSME actors often run out of business capital because all business turnover is used for daily householdconsumption. Every business activity has not been recorded so that it is not possible to plan for competitivepricing, analysis of performance achievements and improvements needed to further improve the financialperformance of MSMEs. The main problem faced by MSME actors requires a solution in the form of applyingsimple accounting because of the limited knowledge of MSME actors, so this community service activity iscarried out with the aim of economic empowerment through assistance in implementing simple accountingon MSMEs in Tanjungsari Village Community. MSME actors were given training in preparing simple financial reports using a spreadsheet, and were assisted directly for practice from making accountingjournals to financial reports using laptop media. As many as 97% of participants in Tanjungsari VillageMSMEs stated that the training conducted by the community service team was beneficial for their business

Abstract

This study aims to identify the potential of alternative tourism villages and the external andinternal factors that are owned in Pringkasap Village, Pabuaran District, Subang Regency. Thistype of research is qualitative, with the method of collecting data through FGD. The analytical toolused is a SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity and threat) analysis, which aims to determine analternative tourism village development strategy. The results of the study resulted in severalstrategic directions for the development of tourist villages, including competitive strategies,overview strategies, diversification strategies and defensive strategies
