Abstract

Akuntabilitas dan transparansi sistem pengelolaan keuangan merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena hal ini mampu menciptakan sebuah laporan pertanggungjawaban yang jujur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang ; 2) untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip transparansi pengelolaan keuangan di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah melakukan analisis data yang bersifat menggabungkan dari berbagai teknik pengumpulan data, seperti wawancara, dokumentasi, serta sumber data yang telah ada untuk dapat disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengelolaan keuangan di lingkup fakultas ekonomi UNNES sudah baik tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan guna memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan keuangan di Fakultas Ekonomi UNNES. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut masih ada dimensi yang harus diperbaiki seperti pada dimensi komunikasi publik yang dilakukan kampus yang menunjukkan nilai terendah. Kata Kunci: akuntabilitas, transparansi, pengelolaan keuangan

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan memiliki peran yang signifikan bagi para pelanggan ketika menilai kualitas produk ataupun pelayanan yang ditawarkan para pelaku bisnis digital. Salah satu penyedia jasa rekening bersama yang sudah cukup dikenal di Indonesia adalah PT. Trijaya Digital Grup atau yang biasa dikenal sebagai tridi.net.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui : peran dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, penggunaan ulang, serta loyalitas pelanggan, pengaruh standar operasional prosedur terhadap kepuasan, penggunaan ulang dan loyalitas pelanggan dan penyediaan fasilitas transaksi pada PT. Trijaya Digital Grup berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, penggunaan ulang dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam penggunaan jasa rekening bersama (rekber). Metode riset yang dipakai yaitu metode riset kualitatif. Hasil riset membuktikan: Peran kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam penggunaan jasa rekening bersama pada PT. Trijaya Digital grup; Peran kualitas pelayanan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan ulang rekening Bersama pada PT. Trijaya Digital Grup;  Kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan penggunaan jasa rekening bersama pada PT. Trijaya Digital Grup; Indikator kualitas pelayanan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan, penggunaan ulang dan loyalitas pelanggan, yaitu : (Tangible), (Reliability), (Responsiveness), (Assurance), (Empathy); dan Penyediaan fasilitas transaksi mempengaruhi kepuasan, penggunaan ulang dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam penggunaan jasa rekening bersama (rekber) pada PT. Abstract

This study examines the effect of additional employee income and work motivation on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency with motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were employees at the Sumbawa Regional Secretariat, with a sample of 131 respondents in this study. Sampling technique with probability sampling method data analysis using PLS-SEM. The results of this study indicate that the Additional Employee Income (TPP) has a positive and significant effect on performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency, TPP has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency and Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation at the Sumbawa Regency Secretariat.

Abstract

Content analysis is one of the data analysis methods in qualitative research which can be applied in various fields of study. This method is known for its advantages and flexibility in analyzing various text data. By using content analysis, especially the inductive approach, this article tries to explain how to conduct and apply a qualitative content analysis to research issues that is still fragmented, such as investigating the factors of Muslim tourists' revisit intention to Lombok in the context of halal tourism. The main stages described in this paper are: open coding, recontextualization, and categorization and compilation. In addition, this article also explained how to present and interpret the data that has been analyzed. It is hoped that the explanation of this article can help other researchers who want to use inductive qualitative content analysis in the field of management and/or tourism studies, or other studies where the topics researched are still limited or fragmented. Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization. Every organization will also always improve the quality of its resources so that its performance is satisfactory. The quality improvement is also one of the efforts to make employees more motivated and clear the direction of the goals to be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance and the effect of communication on employee performance in the sculpture industry. The research data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale as a measuring tool. The population of this study were all employees in the sculpture industry with a total sample of 86 people. Sampling was done by using the saturated sample technique. Then the data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The results show that transformational leadership and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the sculpture industry

Abstract

The performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit decreased allegedly because there are still employees who are not competent in their work, other causes are suspected to be due to work placements that are not in accordance with the latest educational background of the employee, and there are still some employees who do not have career development opportunities (transfers and promotions). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, job placement and career development on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit. The research population is 154 employees at the Main Office of PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Main Unit. The sample in this study was 61 employees who were determined based on the simple random sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit, work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit Distribution Bali. Further research if you want to examine employee performance should take variables other than those used in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure and profitability on stock returns and the ability of Good Corporate Governance to moderate the effect of capital structure and profitability on stock returns. The data analysis tool uses Moderated Regression Analysis using the Eviews program. The implication of the results of this study is that management should continue to improve effectiveness and efficiency so that banking performance continues to increase because it will have an impact on stock prices and returns. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of user-generated content in social networks using the variables of information quality and credibility of information and e-WOM through receiving information in increasing the intention of visiting tourist destinations in Indonesia. This research was conducted quantitatively descriptive and verification. Data were collected by survey through online questionnaire using a differential semantic scale. Sampling technique with purposive sampling technique and distributing questionnaires randomly to respondents. Printed and electronic books, journals, and the internet as secondary data that support this research. A total of 112 samples were obtained, but only 85 samples that met the requirements for processing. Data processing with Smart PLS software or partial least squares (PLS) structural equation model (SEM), which aims to test the hypothesis of the influence between the variables of information quality, information credibility and e-WOM on information acceptance and travel intentions. The results of the research analysis show that the quality of information received by potential visitors has a very significant effect on how visitors adopt information and affects the intention to visit tourists in a tourist area, while the credibility of information does not affect how visitors adopt information as well as E-WOM Positive does not. influence the intention to visit tourists. This finding is expected to provide an illustration that the quality of information is the most influencing factor in the intention to visit tourists, so that relevant, accurate and up-to-date information is something that must be considered regarding tourist destinations, so that stakeholders can use influencers or appropriate reviews so that they can increase the potential number of tourists according to the expected target.

Abstract

This research is aimed to identify determinant factors of Banyumulek rural tourism marketing strategy. This research was qualitative research that used descriptive techniques and SWOT analysis as its tools. The participants chosen by a purposive sampling method. The data was collected by using observation, interview, documentation, and library study. The result of the research showed that there were 13 internal factors and 8 external factors which became the determinant factors of Banyumulek rural area marketing strategy. These factors were divided into nine Strengths, four Weaknesses, four Opportunities, and four Threats. The main Strength of the village was the ability of village craftsmen to produce traditional pottery. The prime weakness of the rural tourism area was low tourism facility. Meanwhile the Banyumulek village main opportunity was market opportunity at home and abroad; and the prime threat to the Banyumulek Tourism Village is the decrease in the use of earthenware products due to the fading of cultural customs and local wisdom values. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of good governance and its impact on the performance of local government apparatus. The data source in this study is using a questionnaire distributed to 32 Regional Device Organizations in West Nusa Tenggara Province which consists of Dinas, Agency, Office and Inspectorate. The research population was all state civil servants from the leadership element, head of field, staff in the general and service subsection, while the research sample was 96 respondents, namely: head of finance and planning subdivision, treasurer of expenditure and staff of finance and planning subdivision. The sampling technique of this study using the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach, as well as the processing and analysis of all data in this study was carried out using the help of a computer device which was specifically carried out with the SPSS program version 22.0. The results of this study show that the implementation of the principles of good governance has a positive effect on the performance of the regional government apparatus of West Nusa Tenggara Province. By paying attention to other factors that can influence it, including: the principles of accountability, transparency, application of law, responsiveness, justice or equality, the ability of professional and responsible local government officials, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, high responsibility of local government officials, the availability of adequate public information, and rules that are enforced fairly and evenly.
