Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of store atmosphere, which consists of anumber of variable such as exterior, interior store layouts and pointr of interest display, onthe consumers interest to purchase in the Indomaret store in Mataram City. This study usesthe theories of marketing management related to store atmosphere and consumers interest topurchase.This study employed an associative approach. A purposive sampling method wasused to collect data from 100 respopndents who had already visited Indomaret stores inMataram City. The instruments for data collection were a questionnaire and documentationstudy. The data collected were analyzed with a multiple linear regression method.Result of the study show that the variable of general interiot of MataramIndomaretstores influenced very significantly on the counsumers interest to buy. Meanwhile, othervariables, such as the shop exterior, store layout, and interior displays a point of interest, didnot affect the consumers interest tu buy.Key word : store atmosphere, eksterior toko, store layout, interior point of interest display

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pemahaman good governance, dan ketidakjelasan peran terhadap kinerja APIP pada Inspektorat Provinsi NTB. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh APIP yang terdapat pada Inspektorat Provinsi NTB sebanyak 51 orang yang terdiri atas Jabatan Fungsional Auditor (JFA) dan Pejabat Pengawas Urusan Pemerintah Daerah (P2UPD). Penentuan Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan, pemahaman good governance, dan ketidakjelasan peran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi terhadap perkembangan ilmu dibidang akuntansi manajemen berkaitan dengan teori agensi, teori atribusi, dan teori peran. Implikasi selanjutnya adalah memberikan masukan bagi Inspektorat Provinsi NTB untuk meningkatkan kompetensi auditor, dan memberikan kontribusi kepada Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi NTB dalam menyusun kebijakan terkait pembinaan dan pengawasan dalam rangka menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerja auditor internal pemerintah. The purposes of this study is to examine the effect of leadership style, good governance understanding, and role ambiguity to APIP performance at Inspectorat of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Population of this study was the Jabatan Fungsional Auditor (JFA), and Pejabat Pemeriksa Urusan Pemerintah Daerah (P2UPD) in the Inspectorat of West Nusa Tenggara.which amounted to 51 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially leadership style, understanding good governance, and role ambiguity has a significant effect on the performance of auditors. The implication of this study is to contribute to the development of science in management accounting related to agency theory, attribution theory, and role theory. Abstract

This study aims to the find out significant effect of: (1) Job Satisfaction on OCB. (2) Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational Commitment on OCB. (4) Job Satisfaction on OCB through Organizational Commitment as an intervening Variable. This is as case study conducted on Civil Servant of Regional Public Hospital of North Lombok Regency. The research design in a causal associative research. The population in this study were 66 Civil Servant. While data collection techniques are documentation, interview, and  questionnaires to get answer as well as characteristics of respondents. This research then applies census method. In this research, to analyze the data, path analysis was used. The results shows that : (1) Job Satisfaction does not have significant effect on OCB. (2) Job Satisfaction has significant effect on the Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational Commitment has significant effect on OCB. (4) Job Satisfaction has significant effect on OCB through Organizational Commitment of Civil Servant Working at Regional Public Hospital of North Lombok Regency. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the effect of work satisfaction on the relation betweenorganizational atmosphere and performance of nurseat Mataram District Hospital. This research is an associative study. The datawerw collected through questionnaires, interview, and hospital as the population from which 162 nurses selected as the samples (besides 15 nurses were evaluated by the head of nurses). The were anlayzed using moderated regression analysis to test hipotesis. The research showed that there is significant and positive effect of organizational atmosphere and performance of nurses at Mataram District Hospitaal. The organizational atmosphere is good to boost the performance of the nurses. work satisfaction is not moderated variables but independent variable that affect the performance of the nurses of Mataram District Hospital. This means that work satisfaction directly affect the performance. The work satisfaction can make the relation between the work satisfaction and the performanceof the nurses but not significant enough. This mean that work satisfication does not affect significantly to strengthen the relation between the work satisfaction and the performance of the nurses, the relation of wihich is only 16,9%, while the rest is the effect of other vaariables outside the this research problemsKeywords: work satisfaction, organizational atmosphere, performance

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the significance of the effect of: (1) the organizations commitment to the productivity of office workers BPMP2T Mataram, (2) job satisfaction on the productivity of office workers BPMP2T Mataram, (3) organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the productivity of office workers BPMP2T City Mataram. The population in this study was all employees of the BPMP2T Mataram City office. Based on the limited population, this study was using census method. Based on the results of research and discussion on the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee productivity office of Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services (BPMP2T) Mataram, it can be concluded: (a). Abstract

The aim of this research: 1) to know the significance influence of Leadership Implementation of Organizational Commitment at the University of Nahdlatul Wathan Mataram, 2) to know the significance influence of Leadership Implementation of Organizational Commitment which is moderated by Familiarity at the University of Nahdlatul Wathan Mataram, and 3) to know the significance influence of Leadership Implementation of Organizational Commitment which is moderated by Exclusivism at the University of Nahdlatul Wathan Mataram. The type of research is causal associative research using census method. The population in the study were all members of the Organization at Nahdlatul Wathan University Mataram with a  86 people The data collection tool used is questionnaire with questionnaire technique and the using Moderator Regression Analysis with backword elimination method. The results showed that : 1) Direct Leadership Implementation can have a positive effect and significant to Organizational Commitment of organization members at Nahdlatul Wathan University Mataram, 2) Familiarity can strengthen the influence of Leadership Implementation on Organizational Commitment of organization members at Nahdlatul Wathan University Mataram, and 3) Exclusivism may weaken the influence of Leadership Implementation or not significantly influence the Organizational Commitment of organization members at Nahdlatul Wathan University Mataram Keywords :     Leadership Implementation, Familiarity, Exclusivism, and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This research is aimed to design the accurate strategy to be implemented in integrated Sukarara Tourism village development and marketing according to the village environment condition and to identify which strategy that has to be prioritized by the government and local participants. Data that used in the research are primary and secondary data. Primary data were mainly obtained by interviewing the local stakeholder, while secondary data were taken from library study and government data. Result of this research suggested the main strategy that can be implemented in developing and marketing Sukarara tourism village are develop the alternative tourism attraction while still maintain the songket weaving as main appeal of the village by preparing the new design which more interesting to the visitor, prepare the internet promotion, organise the local people as culture tourism guide and arrange the village spatial design.

Abstract

The purposed  of the study was to test the influence of economic growth, the local size government and local revenue  to internal control system  weakness of local government.The thesis is associative research. The population in this thesis are all regency / city in Indonesia and the scope of the discussion was about the influence of economic growth, the local size goverment, and local revenues, in cases of weakness of internal control systems in 2013. The samples were determined by using purposive sampling by total amount of the datas were 229, the total samples  obtained 146 districts and cities in Indonesia by Slovin sampling formula. Data obtained through the Result of BPK’s Summary In 2014, The APBD’s Realization Statement, Balance Sheet Regions obtained from the website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, the Finance Ministry of Republic Indonesia and APBD’s Realization Statement which was obtained from Respective of Regional Revenue each district/city government and the regional balance provided report of the asset which was a measure of local governments and economic growth through the BPS’s data. The results of this study showed the economic growth was positive influance in internal control system weakness, local size governments was negative influance in internal control syistem weakness, and the local revenues was positive influance in internal control system weakness but its unsignificant.Keywords :  internal control system weakness, economic growth, local size government, and local revenues.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of psychological factors and socio-cultural factors ofthe tourists traveled decision on Mount Rinjani National Park. Respondent was done by usingpurposive sampling using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysistechnique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis that has been done, it canbe concluded that psychological factors and socio-cultural factors a significant and positive influenceon the decision travelers traveled on Mount Rinjani National Park. This means that if psychologicalfactors and socio-cultural factors improved by the manager of the Mount Rinjani National Park, canimprove decision-traveled. While the dominant variable affecting traveled decision is socio-culturalfactors.Keywords: Psychological Factors, Socio-Cultural Factors, and Decision Travelling.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to evaluate the influence of brand equity and service quality toward consumer repurchase intention of AXA Mandiri Mapan Sejahtera’s insurance in the city of Mataram. Associative research design was adopted as the study guide. Purposive sampling techniques were used in which 97 copies of the research instrument were administered to consumer of AXA Mandiri Mapan Sejahtera’s, city of Mataram, out of which 97 copies of questionnaire were filled and returned. Pearson Product Moment correlation was used to analyse the data generated from respondents. The findings revealed that brand equity and service quality have significant influence on consumer repurchase intention at 0,05 level (2-tailed). The result of the research shows both of the variables significantly affecting consumer repurchase intention. Furthermore, brand equity ranks the first follow by service quality. This research will help the management of insurance to understand and recognize the ranking of variables affecting consumer repurchase intention of AXA Mandiri Mapan Sejahtera’s insurance. Keywords:   Insurance, Brand Equity, Service Quality, and Repurchase Intention.
