Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and determine the significant effect of compensation and work environment on the work satisfaction and organisational commitment of employees of Y generation working in banking sector in the city of Mataram, Indonesia. The population of this explanatory research are all employees including those of Y generation, all of whose number is unknown exactly. The data were collected with survey method from samples selected through nonprobability sampling which was limited by criteria of respondents (purposive sampling). The questionnaires were distributed online. 182 respondents participated in this research. The data then were processed with structured equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS program version 20.0. Based on the data processing with the SEM, it showed that compensation had positive and significant effect on organisational commitment, work environment had positive effect on organisational commitment, work satisfation had positive effect on organisational commitment, compensation had positive effect on work satisfaction, and work environment had positive effect on work satisfaction. Keywords : compensation, work environment, work satisfaction,  organizational commitment, and Y generation

Abstract

Food business in Blitar develop from day to day in number, and this make the management of food business work harder to stay survival in the competition of the food business. This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of product quality, service quality, price, and location either partially or simultaneously on buying decision in pecel stall in Blitar. This research is associative study with quantitative approach. The sample were 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed with multiple linear regression. The research showed that product quality, service quality, price, and location have effect either partially or simultaneously on buying decision in pecel stall in Blitar and product quality is most dominant variable to affect the buying decision in pecel stall in Blitar. The management of the stall are suggested that they improve the product quality to make the buyer buying decision.Keyword :  product quality, service quality, price, location, buying decision

Abstract

This research is aimed at analysis the effect of personality openness to experience and conscientiousness on the counterproductivebehavior of civil servant State Islamic University UIN Mataram. The data were collected by using questionnaires, interviews anddocumentation. The population is all 104 civil servants of UIN Mataram.The data analysis was using multiple regressions.The research showed that openness to experience and conscientiousness had negative and significant effect on the harmful behavior. It is suggested that personality openness to experience and conscientiousness be improved in order the counterproductive behavior could be decreased. In addition, UIN Mataram needs to provide appropriate working environment for employees in order that good behavior is maintained and improved. The management of UIN Mataram needs to apply the good leadership function in terms of assertiveness and justice. UIN Mataram needs to provide trainings for staffs of civil servants evenly to improve the competence for new jobs. UIN Mataram needs to provide fair job and rotate the staff every two to three years in order that employees/ civil servants face challenges in the new position and to have concern for the institution. Keywords: openness to experience, conscientiousness, unproductive behavior

Abstract

: There are many health services facilities in Indonesia, they are able to give best quality service for people. The total of hospital and community health centre which are able to serve only five percent the total population, and this condition can influent the quality service that the people needs. The existence of private clinics are one the best solution to solve the problem. The according to health minister, clinic is one facility health service that conduct personal health service like based medical or specialis to promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative. It is has been proved that Elang Merah Clinic has been operating for five years and do it’s best to serve the community. The services are full satisfaction for patient, so that patient will come from time to time to check their health. Many ways to do like the clinic, increasing the room, knowledge and skill of medic and nurse, all of then are the aim to increase satisfaction, trust of clinic and loyalty intention to patient. Loyalty intention to the patient is the aim of clinic management, with the loyalty intention, the clinic will get value, the patien will come again to spend their money to have the best quality health service provide. Key word : satisfaction, coorporate trust, loyalty intention.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of situational leadership style, work environment on work productivity Junior High School Teachers in Sub Rayon 16 Terara East Lombok through motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research is associative causal research. The population in this study were all Teacher SMPN in Sub Rayon 16 Terara East Lombok were 110 respondents and tool data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and the data were analyzed with Path Analysis. The results of data analysis showed that, situational leadership style significant effect on achievement motivation. work environment significant effect on achievement motivation. situational leadership style no significant effect on work productivity. working environment have a significant effect on work productivity. achievement motivation have a significant effect on the productivity of Junior High School teachers in Sub Rayon 16 Terara East Lombok. Abstract

This study aims to (1) reveal the effect of customer relation management oncustomers’ commitments, (2) to find out the effect of customer relation management andcustomers’ trust, and (3) to uncover the effect of consumer trust on their commitment. Thistype of study belongs to associative research, which aims to investigate the relationshipbetween two or more variables. The population in this study encompassed all the customers ofNew York 1 beauty salon in Mataram. Using Malhotra opinion model, the number of samplesobtained was 65 people. The research data were collected through of use a questionnairedistributed to the a number of respondents, and the data analysis design employed for thepurpose was path analysis. Results of the analysis based on path analysis were presented asfollows (1) the management of customer relation management had no significant effect on thecustomers’ commitments, (2) the customer relation management had a significant and positiveimpact on the customers’ confidence, (3) the trust had a significant and positive effect on thecustomers’ commitment.Keywords : Customer Relation Management, Confidence, Commitment

Abstract

This study is a reviewof the academic research on value relevance of accountinginformationafter the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)published in The Accounting Review in period of 2008-2012. The articles in those journalhave been selected in order to be relevantwith the purpose of this study, that is to determinethe changes (increases or decreases) the value relevanceof IFRS-based accountinginformation. This study uses library research method by collecting and reviewing 27articlesto be discussed qualitatively.Overall results of the review indicate that the adoption of IFRS has not been able toincrease the value relevance of accounting information. Application of IFRS can onlyincrease the international comparability of financial statements. Abstract

Public Health Centers is a technical implementation unit under the District Health Agency that is responsible to conduct health development in a region. To achieve the development vision and mission in health, Health Centers are supported by sufficient resources such as capital, material, machine and human resources. Based on the evaluation of health center performance in 2014, all are good. The condition described for the performance of employees of Health Centers in East Lombok analyzed based on the presence list showed that the level of participation is 98%. The performance and satisfaction of health centers may be affected by the good compensation in Health Centers.This research is aimed at determining the effect of compensation on the performance of employees through the work satisfaction in health centers in East Lombok. This research is a explanatory qualitative study. The samples were 70 respondents selected through cluster random sampling and the data were analyzed using Path Analysis.The research showed that (1) Compensation does not affect directly the performance of employees; (2) Compensation affects directly the work satisfaction of employees; (3) Work satisfaction affects directly the performance of employees; (4) Compensation has direct effect on the performance of employees of Health centers through work satisfaction in East Lombok.Keywords: Compensation, Work Satisfaction, Performance.

Abstract

This study examines the various aspects of marketing that will impact the future increase in sales results in the development of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in business durian pancake products. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of packaging, brand image and brand trust will be known to the community members who already know and recognize products Pancake Durian. This study focused on durian pancake products with brand Sharie Radja in Mataram. Researchers took 100 respondents in this study that will be sampled by accidental sampling technique which is a sampling procedure to select a sample of the most easily found or accessed and refers to the opinion of Roscoe (1975) indicated he fully appropriate sample size for researchers. In even this study aided by SPSS by using multiple linear regression analysis which will determine the effect of independent variables to the dependent party.The results showed that: (1) variable packaging not significant effect on interest Buy the product Pancake Sharie Radja In Mataram. (2) The variables significantly influence the brand image of Interests Buy the product Pancake Sharie Radja In Mataram. Abstract

            This research is aimed at examining and analyzing the effect of hedonic motive on shopping lifestyle, the effect of visual merchandising on shopping lifestyle, the effect of hedonic motive on impulse buying, the effect of visual merchandising on impulse buying, the effect of shopping lifestyle on impulse buying, this research quantitative study with the population of all men and women who had ever shopped in Matahari Department Store Lombok Epicentrum Mall in Mataram. The data were analyzed with structural equation model. The research showed that hedonic motive has sigificant effect on shopping lifestyle, visual merchandising has significant effect on shopping lifestyle. hedonic motive has sigificant effect on impulse buying, visual merchandising has significant effect on impulse buying. Keywords: hedonic motive, visual merchandising, shopping lifestyle, Impulse buying
