Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the training method of passing target fixed target eye-foot coordination high-low and target passing moving eye-foot coordination high-low and to analyze the interaction between passing training methods and eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy. This study used a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design method. The population in this study amounted to 36 players. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample of 36 players and data analysis using the ANOVA test. The results of study 1) There is a difference in the effect between fixed target and moving-to-target passing exercises on soccer passing accuracy. 2) There is a different effect between high and low eye-foot coordination on passing accuracy. 3) There is a difference in the effect of the Fixed Target Passing Practice Method with High and Low Eye-foot Coordination on the Accuracy of Football Passing. 4). There is a difference in the effect of moving target passing exercises with high and low eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy. 5) There is no interaction between training methods and eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy. The study's conclusion shows that moving target passing exercises are better at increasing passing accuracy than fixed target passing exercises, and players with high eye-foot coordination have better accuracy than players with low eye-foot coordination.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of imagery training and circuit training using tools, to analyze the effect of imagery training and circuit training without tools, to analyze the effect of self-hypnosis training and circuit training using tools, to analyze the effect of self-hypnosis and circuit training without equipment. Tools and the interaction between mental training and resistance to archery ability. This study used an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. This population consisted of 32 archers from South Sumatra. The sample used was total sampling. The data analysis technique used analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a significance level of (0.05). The results showed 1) There was a difference in the effect between imagery training and circuit training using a tool on the results of shots from a distance of 50, 40 and 30 meters. 2) there are differences in the effect of imagery training and circuit training without tools on the results of 50, 40 and 30 meters distance shots. 3) There is a difference in the effect of self-hypnosis training and circuit training using a tool on the results of shots from a distance of 50, 40 and 30 meters. 4) There is a difference in the effect of self-hypnosis training and circuit training without tools on the results of shots from 50, 40 and 30 meters distance. 5) There is no interaction between mental training and muscle endurance in the results of 50,40, and 30 meters of archery shots. The conclusion of this study shows that circuit training using tools and mental imagery, self-hypnosis is more significant. The results can be seen in the average increase in the total score, namely 31.13 and 31.12. And the increase in circuit training without tools and imagery, self-hypnosis, the average increase in the total score is 10.00 and 13.5, and there is no interaction between mental exercise and muscle endurance on the results of shots from a distance of 50, 40 and 30 meters.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the barriers to communication and instruction in physical education learning in the lower grades. This research method is qualitative, with a research design using a naturalistic inquiry paradigm. In this case, the obstacles analyzed are the obstacles to the interaction of elementary school physical education teachers with the learning of low-grade physical education teachers. Interviews, observations and documentation are used for data collection. As well as using source triangulation as the validity of research results. The results explained the perception of teachers and principals of the problem, namely the interaction of the teacher. The interview results emphasized;1) interaction, 2) type of communication, 3) approach, 4) strategy, 5) use of language, 6) gestures, 7) compound intelligence, 8) teacher difficulty, 9) increased interaction, and 10) physical education learning. This research proves that communication barriers and instructions regarding the interaction of PJOK teachers in the learning of adolescents in the lower grades are said to have sufficient obstacles in their application, as well as how to overcome the challenges. This can be proven from the teacher's perception of the way of communication and the instructions presented, although there are still limitations regarding small data sources. It will be a record for further research, i.e. the use of different methods.

In archery, the physical component that supports is the strength of the arm muscles because the arm is the main foundation for aiming at a target. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and also correlation and regression tests. Based on the results of a study that has been carried out that there is a significant relationship between anxiety and arm muscle strength (58%) and shows that the anxiety level of Pangkep archery athletes is in the moderate category, as many as 13 athletes (43.3%) and arm muscle strength is in the middle class. Abstract

The background of the problem is the low locomotor movement ability in mild mentally disabled children during physical education learning. The aims of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of modifying the challenge board game on the locomotor abilities of mild mentally disabled children in SLB. 2) Analyzing the influence of traditional games on the locomotor movement abilities of mild mentally disabled children in SLB. 3) Analyzing the comparison of modified challenge board games and traditional engklek games on the locomotor abilities of mild mentally disabled children in SLB. This study uses an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, and the data analysis technique uses a paired sample T-Test at a significant level (α: 0.05). The population in this study were all children with mental retardation at the junior high school level at SLB Muhammadiyah Kertososno, SLB Hardika Bakti Peterongan Jombang, and SLB Tunas Harapan 2 Peterongan Jombang. The sample in this study was purposive sampling, namely 21 mild mentally disabled children. The results based on SPSS calculations, on the pair of the effect of modified challenge board game and the results on the team of the impact of the traditional engklek game on the locomotor ability of mild mentally disabled children in SLB, obtained the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. H0 is accepted if the value of Sig: is 0.05, and H0 is rejected if Sig <. This means that if the Sig (0.000) value <0.05, then H0 is rejected. The results of the t-test using the average post-test challenge board game where the group using the challenge board game is 72.0129 compared to the group using the traditional engklek game, which is 66.9614. This shows that the challenge board game improves locomotor movement skills in mild mentally disabled children compared to the traditional engklek game exercise.
