Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya ISSN 2088-5857 (Print) ISSN 2580-7463 (Online) adalah peer-review jurnal akses terbuka yang bertujuan untuk berbagi dan diskusi mengenai isu dan hasil penelitian yang lagi hangat pada saat ini. Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Batanghari Jambi, Jurnal ini mencakup bidang ilmu pendidikan dan pengajaran, Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Pendidikan Sejarah, Pendidikan Ekonomi, Pendidikan Matematika, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya terbit 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan April dan September. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan artikel hasil penelitian tentang pendidikan dan pengajaran, dan artikel yang masuk hendaknya bukan hasil plagiat dan belum dipublikasikan di tempat lain. Artikel akan di review oleh reviewer dan hasilnya akan dikomunikasikan kepada penulis. Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya membuka peluang sebesar-besarnya bagi penulis yang ingin berkontribusi didalamnya sesuai dengan focus dan scope jurnal ini.

Penelitianinidilakukandengancaramenganalisa proposal-proposal tugasakhir yang dibuatolehmahasiswa semester akhir di jurusanpendidikanbahasaInggris. Sampeldiambildari 15 proposal tugasakhir yang ditulisolehmahasiswa-mahasiswajurusanpendidikanbahasaInggris yang masihkuliah di semester kedelapan, tahunajaran 2015-2016, di FKIP Universitas Batanghari. Tujuandaripenelitianiniadalahuntukmenemukanjeniskesalahan-kesalahan grammar di proposal-proposal tugasakhirmahasiswadanseberapaseringkesalahanitudibuat. Kesalahan-kesalahan yang ditemukankemudiandiidentifikasidandiklasifikasikanmenggunakankategoritaksonomilinguistiksebagaibasisnya. Hasil yang ditemukankemudiandidefinisikanberdasarkanjeniskesalahanmorfologisdandansintaksis. Hasildaripenelitianinidiharapkandapatmembantumahasiswadanumumtentangjeniskesalahan yang umumadapadakaryatulisdanmembantumerekamemusatkanusahamerekauntukmenghindarikesalahantersebut. Dari limabelas proposal mahasiswa yang diteliti, ditemukan 378 kesalahan. Hasilmenunjukkanbahwajeniskesalahan yang paling umummunculpadakelimabelas proposal mahasiswaadalahkesalahanpenghilangan. Kesalahanpenghilanganditemukandalamjumlah yang sangatsignifikandibandingjeniskesalahanlainnya. Ditemukan 231 kesalahanpenghilangan, yang merupakan 61.1% darisemuakesalahan yang ditemukan.

This study aimed to describe the mathematical problem solving ability of students in a linear program material. The results of the research would be useful to optimize the mathematical ability of students to obtain good learning outcomes. In addition, this study may provide information to teachers how students' mathematical problem solving ability so it can construct a way of learning that can improve the ability of solving mathematical problems. This research is descriptive qualitative study aimed to describe the students' mathematical problem solving ability. Collecting data in this study conducted by way of mathematical problem solving ability test were then interviewed research subjects in accordance with the answers to the test. The Subjects of study is a class XI student of Mathematics 6 SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi first semester of academic year 2016/2017.Solving in mathematics is the process of finding the answer to a question contained in a narrative, text, tasks and situations in everyday life. Polya said solving the problem is just one aspect of higher level thinking as the process of accepting the problem and try to resolve the issue. In addition, problem-solving is an intellectual activity to seek to address the problems encountered with the use of the stock of knowledge already possessed. In such a condition is said to be a target problem-solving learning, students should be able to solve mathematical problems related to the real world. Based on the results of research on the analysis of mathematical problem solving ability can be concluded that the subject has the ability in solving problem solving. The initial step in the completion of subject matter that is to understand the problems presented by the question, the students write down what is known, asked and lack of any data to solve the problem . Indicators are still many students who have not been precise and systematic, mostly due to inaccuracies in the writing subject is not systematic problem solving. However, the subject has used the ability to think fast, clear and precise calculations in problem solving has been good.

. Pembelajaran matematika pada mata kuliah Kalkulus Lanjut bersifat abstrak dan menekankan penguasaan konsep Karena itu perlu dikembangkan pembelajaran inovatif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran. Namun, proses pembelajaran matematika, hanya berfokus pada hasil belajar, tetapi tidak memperhatikan berpikir kreatifTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui karakteristik produk pengembangan dan kelayakan rubrik keterampilan berfikir kreatif siswa dalam pemecahan masalah matematika pada mata kuliah Kalkulus Lanjut. Model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu 4D yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebaran). Karena keterbatasan waktu maka penelitian hanya dilakukan sampai pada tahap develop (pengembangan).

abstract: The aims of this research is to know influence the student perception about mathematics to mathematics learning outcomes in SMP.The research method uses a quantitative approach. The data collection perceptions of students about math using questionnaires and learning outcomes data using the second semester exam grades. sample taken by random sampling technique amounted to 80 students. hypotheses using correlation analysis to Phi. The results showed that r > r, because 0,390 > 0,283 then there is the influence of the students 'perception of mathematics to students' mathematics learning outcomes. This means that to get high mathematics learning outcomes is needed perception of mathematics is also high. Vice versa mathematics student learning outcomes are lower if it has a low perception of mathematics

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh otoritatif orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran menata produk bidang manajemen di SMK Unggul Sakti Kota Jambi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para siswa keahlian pemasaran SMK Unggul Sakti Kota Jambi yang berjumlah 191, dan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis proportional random sampling, diperoleh sampel sejumlah 130 siswa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, dimana perolehan data didapat melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai referensi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pola asuh otoritatif orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa bidang manajemen di SMK Unggul Sakti Kota Jambi.

The background study of this research is to develop a teaching model of soft skill and also to improve teachers’ soft skills who want to enter the world of work. In this research study, the researcher tries to see and analyze the prevailing condition teachers in the field of education. The goals of this research are developing of skills activity and knowing the educational administration for teachers. The design of this research was descriptive qualitative research. The data for this research was collected through observation and questionnaire. The result analysis can be concluded as follows: First, the educational management of elementary school teachers based on soft skill are still effective; Second, based on the results of research can be concluded that the educational management of elementary school teachers based on soft skill, the need for education mismatching with their need. Third, average teachers at the elementary school have medium motivation to develop of their soft skill; this is evidenced from the result of questionnaire that spread to these teachers. Based on the result, eight teachers were known from total 15 teachers have medium level of motivation. The results of the percentage analysis for experiments class for the improvement of teachers’ soft skills showed that the average of four soft skills competencies, include strategic capabilities, communication skills, interaction skills, and psychological skills, soft skills competencies teachers at the level of effective. The indicators shown that the soft skill teachers’ competencies are still low and quite lack, therefore empowering teachers in the elementary school can be improved to empowerment both in personal competence and social competence.

Still limited learning resources available in the library and the inability of most college students to purchase learning resources either in the form of a book or module.Then the necessity created a learning resource in the form of learning materials in the form of modules. This research aims to look at the results of a study of college students in learning using a module-based constructivism. The research is the research action class (PTK) consisting of three cycles, each cycle consists of four stages, namely action planning, implementation, observation, evaluation and reflection. The subject of this study is a three-semester student physical education PGMIPAU. The object of this research is the result of student learning. From the results of the studyobtained the use of Constructivism-based modern physics module on cycle 1 median – median test results of students are 50.54, on average cycle 2 – align students ' test results was 61.00, and median – median 3 cycle test results of students are 66.00, so it can be concluded that the use of Constructivism-based modern physics modules can improve student learning outcomes.

Persepsi merupakan pendapat, opini, atau pandangan seseorang terhadap sesuatu, peristiwa atau fenomena. Mutu sebuah pelayanan dapat dilihat dari bagaimana stakeholder atau pelanggan mempersepsikan layanan tersebut. Perguruan Tinggi (PT) merupakan organisasi yang bertujuan memberi pelayanan pendidikan tinggi kepada mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan. Profesionalisme merupakan salah satu wujud pelayanan kepada stakeholder atau pelanggan. Diharapkan dosen sebagai salah satu komponen pelayanan di PT memiliki karakteristik profesionalisme dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan 1) bagaimana karakteristik dosen yang professional yang diharapkan mahasiswa, 2) bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap profesionalisme dosen di FKIP Unbari. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini telah disebarkan angket kepada mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak dari setiap Prodi yang ada di fakultas ini. Berdasarkan analisis data terdapat tujuh kategori karakteristik dosen professional menurut persepsi mahasiswa. Ketujuh kkategori tersebut adalah: 1). Menguasai materi kuliah, 2). Memiliki komitmen kerja yang tinggi, 3). Terampil melakukan penilaian, 4). Memiliki wawasan yang luas, 5). Terampil menyajikan materi kuliah, 6). Memiliki ‘good rapport’ dengan mahasiswa, dan 7). Memiliki ‘good looking’. Analisi data selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa responden menilai bahwa dosen-dosen di FKIP Unbari, dengan kriteria yang disebut di atas adalah sangat professional. Diharapkan temuan penelitian ini dapat memberi masukan kepada pengambil kebijakan dan juga dosen-dosen di Universitas Batanghari untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa.

Teens today are undergoing rapid social change from a traditional society to the modern society, which also changed the norms, values and lifestyles. Teenagers who formerly maintained largely by families, indigenous culture and traditional values that exist, have been prone to erosion caused by rapid urbanization and industrialization. This is followed by the media revolution that is open to the diversity of lifestyles and career choices. Sex is a biological category; gender and sexual orientation is a social and psychological category. Sexuality is associated with genital and secondary sex organs. Each category is a sustainability spectrum or continuum (the horizontal direction) which is located subcategories like matrix. This study sought to describe sexual behavior and sexual orientation jambi students. The samples used were 100 students spread in the city of Jambi taken with incidental random sampling technique (39 men and 61 women). Measurements conducted by distributing questionnaires on study subjects then were calculated with the help of SPSS program to view a description based on the percentage of data Results if the data suggests sexual behavior committed students are holding hands (90%), Kiss cheeks (62%), Fingered on the chest (10%), embracing at the waist (54%), kiss lips (39%), holding on the genitals (10%), putting sex couples with still dressed / petting (5%), had sexual intercourse (8%). Sexual orientation of students in the city of Jambi around 93% of students have a heterosexual orientation (ie like the opposite sex) and about 7% had homosexual tendencies (like a kind)

Penalaran logis adalah penalaran yang sesuai dengan aturan-aturan logika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan penalaran logis mahasiswa semester II Prodi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UNBARI JAMBI tahun akademik 2015/2016 pada mata kuliah Pengantar Dasar Matematika. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan subjek penelitian yang dituju yaitu mahasiswa semester II Prodi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UNBARI. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Selanjutnya teknik analisa data yang akan dilakukan meliputi 1) data reduction (data reduksi); 2) data display (pemaparan data/kategorisasi); dan 3) conclusion drawing/verification (penarikan kesimpulan).
