Abstract

Research this aim for knowing influence variable total population , index development human , and level unemployment open to poverty in Riau Province in 2002-2021. Method analysis in study this using secondary data that is classified as time series data that is descriptive and quantitative . Technique deep data analysis study this use multiple linear regression model estimation with test statistics ( t test, F test , coefficient determination R 2 , coefficient correlation ), and test assumption classic . Results study with test to coefficient regression by partial ( t test ) shows that variable free total population with probability of (0.0430 <0.05) means take effect by significant to poverty in Riau Province. Whereas HDI variable and level unemployment open no take effect by significant to poverty in Riau Province . F test shows that by together third variable total population , HDI and TPT have an effect significant to poverty in Riau Province with prob (F-statistic) of 0.000158 < 0.05 and R2 _ by 65.15%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence of online transportation services during the Covid 19 pandemic era in terms of the perception of the level of trust and customer satisfaction in influencing continuance intention. The research sample used was 100 respondents using the probability sampling method, which is a random sampling approach to customers or users of online transportation services who are domiciled in the city of Solo Raya. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The results show that the level of trust and customer satisfaction both jointly and individually has a significant positive effect on continuance intention of online transportation services in the city of Solo Raya. The conclusion of the study provides important information regarding the existence of online transportation services in the Covid 19 pandemic era in terms of customer trust and satisfaction with continuance intentions in helping various public activities such as delivery, purchasing food/gofood, package delivery, online shopping and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of Customer Relationship Marketing and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The research data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software applications. The results showed that the variables of Customer Relationship Marketing and Service Quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study deals with how the influence of the quality of work life, workload and empowerment on the performance of employees of PT. Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The purpose of the study: to determine the effect of the quality of work life, workload and empowerment on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted on 105 employees who were used as research samples through a questionnaire with the research method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study: there is negative and insignificant effect on the quality of work life on employee performance partially, there is a negative and insignificant effect on workload partially on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence on empowerment partially on employee performance, there is a significant effect on quality of life work, workload and empowerment of employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find empirical evidence about the effect of environmental performance, managerial ownership, and company characteristics on environmental disclosure and its implications for firm value. The research sample is 50 public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The data analysis technique used is partial least square analysis. The results of this study indicate that environmental performance, managerial ownership, and company characteristics have an effect on environmental disclosure. The results of the study can be taken into consideration for companies to improve the quality of financial reporting to provide financial and non-financial information to stakeholders for the decision making process. In addition, the regulator can also use the results of this study as consideration for making regulations regarding adequate voluntary disclosure. Abstract

Capital structure is one of the important topics in financial management such as creditors, shareholders, and management. Optimal capital structure is needed to ensure the survival of the company. Because the capital structure has an impact on the company's financial position which in turn will affect the value of the company. The purpose of determining the capital structure is to ensure the most optimal cost of capital and maximize shareholder welfare.This research uses quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population of this research is a manufacturing company, totaling 192 companies. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, the sample was obtained from 2016 to 2020, so that the unit of analysis was obtained as many as 270 companies.This study provides empirical evidence that liquidity has an effect on capital structure, while profitability, firm size, business risk, and asset structure have no effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Marketing is the main factor as the company's strategy in running its business, especially those related to consumers. The word marketing itself comes from the word market, or it can also be interpreted as a mechanism that brings together sellers and buyers so that a supply and demand process occurs. Decisions about product placement are related to the availability of products / product diversity in the right amount and in the right location (Tjiptono, 2014). The more diverse the number and types of products sold in one place, the consumer will feel satisfied if he makes a purchase at that place and he does not need to make a purchase elsewhere. And he will repeat the same thing for the next purchase. Quality has a very important meaning in consumer purchasing decisions. If the quality of the product produced is good, consumers tend to make repeat purchases, while if the quality of the product is not as expected, consumers will divert their purchases to other similar products. Often, consumers' minds are already imprinted that certain company's products are much higher quality than competitors' products and consumers will buy products they believe are of higher quality. Although consumers have different perceptions of product quality, at least consumers will choose products that can satisfy their needs. Purchasing decisions are consumer decisions regarding preferences for brands in the choice set (Kotler and Kler, 2016: 240). Another definition of purchasing decision is the buyer's decision about which brand to buy (Kotler and Armstrong, 2018: 181).

Abstract

This article studies the correlation and volatilities between Indonesia's stock price (JKSE) and U.S's stock price (DJI, NASDAQ) aggregate return before and after The U.S. Subprime Mortgage Crisis in 2008. We use VAR Model to study the correlation and DIAGONAL GARCH-BEKK Model to see the volatilities between the two stock markets. We found that Indonesia's aggregate return is slightly more affected by its own past conditional volatilities after the crisis, contrary to the U.S aggregate return, which is somewhat less impacted by its own past conditional volatilities in the period after the crisis. This study will contribute to literature regarding the complex relationship between aggregate stock market returns of Indonesia and the U.S. before the global financial crisis and the period after the global financial crisis to see how each country's aggregate stock market return influenced each other.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the level of consumer satisfaction at the Raja Durian Tiga Putra shop based on service quality and product quality. This research was conducted through a statistical technique approach using IBM SPSS 25, data collection using incidental sampling technique on 100 respondents with research subjects were consumers of Raja Durian Tiga Putra Stores. The data analysis technique used is a scale-range analysis technique and multiple regression analysis. The magnitude of the partial effect of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Raja Durian Tiga Putra is 0.407 or 40.7%. The magnitude of the partial effect of Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Raja Durian Tiga Putra is 0.336 or 33.6%. Then the magnitude of the effect simultaneously Service Quality and Product Quality have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction at Raja Durian Tiga Putra by contributing 0.369 or 36.9% and the remaining 63.1% other contributions are influenced by variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility and profitability on tax aggressiveness with firm size as a moderating variable. In this study, there are two independent variables, namely corporate social responsibility(X1) and profitability (X2). The dependent variable in this study is tax aggressiveness (Y). The moderating variable in this study is company size (X3). The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 144 companies. The method used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as 66 companies as samples. The hypothesis in this study was tested using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1) corporate social responsibility has no effect on tax aggressiveness 2) profitability has no effect on tax aggressiveness 3) company size has a negative effect on tax aggressiveness 4) company size is unable to moderate the influence betweencorporate social responsibility on tax aggressiveness 5) company size is able to moderate the effect of profitability on tax aggressiveness.
