Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze different levels of bank health in terms of each aspect of CAMEL at Regional Development Banks (BPD) before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia in 2018-2021. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used is secondary data in the form of banking annual reports for 4 years of observation, from 2018 to 2021. The population of this study amounted to 27 banks, the entire population was sampled using the Total Sampling/Census technique. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and One- Way Anova test. The results show that there is no significant difference between BPD's Capital (CAR), Asset (NPL), Management (NPM), and Earning (ROA) between before and during the Covid- 19 Pandemic in Indonesia, while BPD Liquidity (LDR) has a significant difference between before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. Efforts that need to be made by BPD are to increase the provision of capital adequacy, company profits and short-term liability capabilities so that the ratio value increases so that even in crisis conditions it can maintain the healthy of its bank in the healthy category or even increase, not decrease. Abstract

The existence of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) plays an important role in the economy of a region or country, especially in Indonesia. Papringan village is one of the villages with potential for progress in the batik industry sector, where this village has assets of Banyumasan batik where most of the women in Papringan village have batik activities to fill their spare time, in order to help family income. , efficiency, BEP, and the level of welfare of the batik home industry business in Papringan Village, Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency. This study uses the analysis method of the micro approach formula, and KHL analysis. The results of this study indicate that the home business of the batik industry is in a favorable condition with an average net income of Rp. 759,011, and has been efficient with an R/C ratio > 1, which is 1.3. The average BEP in Units is 2 units and BEP in rupiah is Rp. 877,865, these results show the BEP value is smaller than the average number of productions of 18 units, and the average revenue is Rp. 347,121. while the welfare level of batik business actors is mostly not prosperous, this is indicated by the average per capita income of Rp. 957,595 which is still below the UMK Banyumas 2022.

Abstract

Livestock is one of the agricultural sub-sectors that plays an important role in people’s lives, both in terms of economic and social values. Animal husbandry is the activity of growing animals and obtaining profits from these activities. Broiler chickens are the superior breeds resulting from crosses from chicken breeds that have high productivity, especially in producing chicken meat. The development of broiler chickens in Indonesia is quite good because it makes a real contribution to the community, namely in an effort to meet the needs of animal protein and also has a role in providing job opportunities. This study aims to analyze the effect of Business Lengt, Labor, Edocation, Age, Day Old Chick (DOC), Feed and Medicines on the income of broiler chicken farmers in Banyumas Regency. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis. The results show that Business Length and Day Old Chick (DOC) had a significant positive effect on the income of broiler chicken farmers in Banyumas Regency. Labor, Education, age and Medicines has no significant effect on the income of broiler chicken farmers in Banyumas Regency. Meanwhile, Feed has a significant negative effect on the income of broiler chicken farmers in Banyumas Regency. This study implies to create skill and knowledge of chicken farmers for improving sustainable of farming. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital ratio, efficiency ratio, liquidity ratio and profitability ratio on profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017 - 2019. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling approach. The results show that capital ratio and profitability ratio had a significant positive effect on profit growth on profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The efficiency ratio has a significant negative effect on profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. Meanwhile, the liquidity ratio has not significant effect on profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The research implication is that the company needs to prioritize financial policies related to capital ratio, efficiency ratio and profitability ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on debt policy at PT XYZ which is engaged in logstiks and heavy equipment rental. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is all the financial statements of PT XYZ in 2016-2020, while the samples used in this study are the income statement and balance sheet statements in 2016-2020. The technique of data collection is done with the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that liquidity (Current Ratio) and profitability (Return on Assets) have no significant effect on debt policy simultaneously affect debt policy. If assets have increased, it will affect the use of debt to finance company assets.

Abstract

Income is an important factor in a business activity. With a high income, the economic needs will be met properly. However, the difference in income in each farm is something that needs to be considered because the distribution of income is uneven. This study aims to analyze whether land area, farmer's age, education, capital, farming experience, selling price, fertilizer costs, seed costs, and labor affect the income of strawberry farmers in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. This research includes quantitative research using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample used is a saturated sample (census) as many as 32 farmers. The data analysis technique use multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) land area, capital, selling price, cost of seeds have a significant positive effect on strawberry farming income in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency; (2) labor has a significant negative effect on the income of strawberry farmers in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency; (3) farmer's age, education, farming experience, and fertilizer costs have no effect on the income of strawberry farmers in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. However, this study has limitations such as (1) it consists of several types of strawberries so it is not specific to one type of strawberry. (2) there are differences in thoughts, assumptions and opinions expressed by respondents in answering the questionnaire. So that further research is needed for further research in order to maximize the results obtained. Keywords: Income, Farming, Strawberries, Produkction

Abstract

Every new employee who joins a new company always has to go through a process of adapting either to their work or their environment, especially industrial companies that demand their employees, especially those that are in direct contact with the products sold by the company. Even if the employees who join already have a lot of experience, of course they need a learning process when they are in a new place, especially employees who are new or have no experience at all, of course there is a lot that must be learned first, therefore the company needs a system that can handle problems. the problem. The Question and Answering system is a development system from an existing system where many existing systems use the NLP method or the knowledge base method, therefore the system is designed with the fuzzy logic method, so it is expected to provide more precise information to users.

Abstract

Promotion is a way for a company to have a role to inform, persuade, andremind potential customers of products that are created to create a demand. Thepurchase decision is a decision that is influenced by several factors that will makeconsumers consider everything and in the end consumers buy the brand they likethe most. This research aims to see how a person's decision to buy a product is seenfrom the promotion made by a company for its product. This study examines theeffect of promotion on product purchase decisions at Dealer Sentral Motor YamahaSukabumi Branch. The results showed that promotion has a close relationship withpurchasing decisions, furthermore promotion has a significant positive effect onpurchasing decisions. This indicates that if promotion increases, purchasingdecisions will also increase.

Abstract

Taxes are one of the main sources of income for the State of Indonesia, so it is mandatory for every individual and every company to make tax payments in accordance with the current laws and regulations. PT. Jaring Abadi Retalindo is a company that has fulfilled this responsibility and is considered successful. This study examines the methodology behind PT. Jaring Abadi Retailindo Eternal Net tax calculation, recording and reporting system. The methodology used includes descriptive and qualitative approaches, and the data comes from PT. Jaring Abadi Retailindo throughout 2020 and 2021. Tax invoices and monthly tax deposit reports used are data. In line with Law no. 42 of 2009, the purpose of this study is to evaluate how the application of VAT can result in an overpayment or underpayment of taxes, particularly in relation to the calculation, recording, and reporting of Input Tax and Output Tax. The research findings allow one to draw the conclusion that PT. Jaring Abadi Retailindo complies with the applicable laws and regulations, both in calculating and recording taxes, as well as reporting that must be submitted.
