Abstract

This study aims to examine how affecting economic risk, including the Bank Indonesia reference interest rate, loan-to-deposit ratio, GDP, currency rates, and the Corruption Perception Index (CPI), affects foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indonesia. The technique utilized is simultaneously and partially analyzed descriptive quantitative analysis. The method utilized in this study uses multiple linear regression to calculate the least squares approach of the OLS model (Ordinary Least Square) to look at the long-term and short-term situations of a country's plurality. It intends to identify the variables that affect the growth of FDI in Indonesia between 2010 and 2020 by using the ECM model (Error Correction Model) methodology.

Abstract

Motivation, Communication, Leadership, and Morale. Previous research is very important in a research or article. Previous research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. The aims of this research article are: 1). To determine the effect of work motivation on increasing employee morale, 2). To determine the effect of work communication on increasing employee morale, 3). To determine the influence of leadership in increasing employee morale in an agency or organization. This type of research is library research. The method used is a literature study. The results of the literature study in this study indicate that employee morale is influenced by motivation, communication and leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perputaran piutang dan rata-rata periode pada penagihan piutang pada Rumah Sakit XYZ. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data keuangan piutang tahun 2018-2021 pada Rumah Sakit XYZ di Gresik. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan angka atau numerik, yang kemudian dianalisis dan diolah menggunakan analisis rasio khususnya untuk perptaran piutang dan rata- rata periode penagihan piutang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa total perputaran piutang Rumah Sakit XYZ pada tahun 2018 sebesar 4,89 kali, tahun 2019 sebesar 4,51 kali, serta total perputaran piutang tahun 2020 sebesar 7,86 kali dan di tahun 2021 perputaran piutang sebesar 5,59 kali. Average Collection Period (ACP) hasil rata-rata umur piutang terendah selama empat tahun periode 2018-2021 terdapat pada tahun 2020 yang mana nilai Average Collection Period (ACP)-nya sebesar 46,44 atau 46 hari. Menurut standar keuangan rumah sakit perputaran piutang dan rata-rata pengumpulan piutang dikategorikan rendah karena tidak sesuai dengan standar keuangan Rumah Sakit XYZ, hal ini menggambarkan bahwa rumah sakit masih belum efektif dalam mengelola piutang usahanya.

Abstract

The study was conducted on a sample of 227 SD Negeri Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya teachers, with the aim of knowing; 1) the partial effect of work environment and organizational culture on teacher job satisfaction, 2) the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance, and 3). The influence of the work environment and organizational culture through job satisfaction has implications for teacher performance. This research is in the form of a survey using quantitative descriptive methods and associative analysis between variables using a path analysis approach. The results of the study found that; a). There is a direct and indirect influence of work environment factors on teacher job satisfaction of 85.64%, while the influence of school organizational culture factors on teacher job satisfaction is 86.08%. b). there is an effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance, which is 15.76%. c). There are direct and indirect effects of the three factors (variables) studied on performance, namely the influence of the work environment by 28.13%, the influence of teacher job satisfaction factors by 15.76% and the influence of school organizational culture factors by 35.23% on the performance of elementary school teachers. in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency by 64.10%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisi pengaruh relationship marketing dan gaya hidup terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kopi yang dimediasi kepuasan pelanggan kopi pada Infinite Coffee Shop. Sampel berjumlah 120 responden yang merupakan pelanggan kopi di infinite Coffe Shop, ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS melalui software WarpPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan relationship marketing, gaya hidup dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil uji pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa secara positif dan signifikan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki peran mediasi antara relationship marketing dan gaya hidup pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kopi. Kata Kunci: relationship marketing, gaya hidup, kepuasan, loyalitas, pelanggan kopi.

Abstract

This article is a qualitative research that aims to answer the problems that occur at PT. Surya Lifetime Surabaya, and the method used for this research is descriptive qualitative. Which is where this research collects data by way of observation, interviews and documentation to find out marketing strategies in helping increase sales through social media at PT. Surya Lifetime. From this research, we obtained recommendations for input materials to the company PT. Surya Lifetime, namely by expanding market segmentation again and creating a more effective strategy to help increase company profitability.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology will have a significant impact on the use of Blockchain technology in Islamic Banking. The aim of this research to find out the opportunities and challenges facing Islamic banking when applying Blockchain technology. This study uses qualitative methods. Authors use secondary data obtained from nationally and internationally accredited published papers as well as credible media articles. The results of this study explain that there are three main aspects that are opportunities as well as challenges faced by Islamic banking in the use of Blockchain technology; First, the development of Blockchain companies in the financial sector demands that human resource conditions have a capable ability in managing Blockchain in Islamic banking. Second, increased internet penetration and transactions in Blockchain systems require equalization of the internet and enlarged blocksize. Third, there need to be specific regulations from Bank Indonesia and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan related to the use of Blockchain technology in Islamic Financial Institutions, the optimization of secure data governance, and the availability of audit mechanisms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing strategy in increasing sales turnover at the About Us Chocolate Drink Shop, Sorong City. The type of research conducted in this study was a qualitative descriptive analysis. This type of research is qualitative research with a SWOT analysis approach About Us Contemporary Chocolate Drinks in Sorong City consisting of strengths, namely price can be determined by yourself, strategic location, and availability of large parking lots. While the weaknesses are the unavailability of snacks, the lack of menu variants offered, and the promotions that have been carried out have not been fully maximized. Then opportunity (opportunity), namely the loyalty of loyal customers who visit (a good relationship), different variants of chocolate drinks. While the threat is that there are many new competitors and similar to the About Us Contemporary Chocolate Drinks shop, Sorong city. as a means to carry out promotions, and provide facilities in the form of Wifi and non-smoking areas so that consumers feel more comfortable while in the shop.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of Motivation and Workload on Job Satisfaction and Performance in UPTD Puskesmas Kampar Employees. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research.The collection of research data through questionnaires on 73 employees of UPTD Puskesmas Kampar. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of this study show that Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. Job satisfaction is a mediator between work motivation and Performance directly.

Abstract

This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 observation period, as many as 45 companies. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The hypothesis in this study was tested using multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. This study aims to analyze empirically the GCG variables (KM, KI, Audsize and Bdout) as well as Profitability proxied by ROA, Leverage as proxied by DER, on Earning Manipulation proxied by Beneish M Score with Audit Quality as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018 with a sample of 45 companies and 225 firm years. The results of this study indicate that the Beneish M score is significantly influenced by Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Audsize, and profitability (ROA), the KM variable has a significant negative effect on Earning Manipulation (Beneish M score) at =1%. That is, the higher the management ownership, the lower the indication of manipulation of financial statements. The KI variable has a significant negative effect on earning manipulation, meaning that the more institutional ownership there is, the less manipulation of financial statements occurs. Audsize variable has a significant negative effect on Earning Manipulation (beneish M Score) at =5%. That is, the more audit committees, the higher the supervision which results in no manipulation of financial statements. And lastly, the profitability variable has a significant positive effect on earning manipulation, meaning that the higher the level of profitability of an entity, the more indications there are of financial statement manipulation. The results of model 2 research show that the existence of audit quality as a moderating variable can affect the relationship between KM, KI, Audsize, Bdout, ROA and DER, on earning manipulation (beneish m score). Where the existence of audit quality (QA) weakens the influence of almost all variables on earning manipulation (beneish m score) except for the existence of an independent board of commissioners whose audit quality strengthens the supervision carried out on corporations to avoid earning manipulation and is useful information for investors and investors. stakeholders who use financial statements and these factors are considered by investors and stakeholders to obtain more relevant information.
