Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct effect of knowledge management on organizational performance. To analyze the influence of commitment to the organization. To analyze the effect of entrepreneurship on organizational performance. To analyze the indirect effect of knowledge management mediated by commitment to organizational performance. To analyze the indirect effect of knowledge management mediated by entrepreneurship on organizational performance. In this study, the population in this study were 108 employees from 12 subdistricts in Pekanbaru City and the sample to be used was 90 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and the data collection method is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM. The results of knowledge management research affect commitment, entrepreneurship and organizational performance. Commitment has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance. Entrepreneurship influences organizational performance. Knowledge management influences organizational performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Knowledge management influences organizational performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Investasi saham merupakan salah satu investasi yang menarik banyak investor dan harga saham merupakan hal yang menarik bagi investor dan pemegang saham karena dari perubahan harga saham investor dapat memperoleh keuntungan berupa capital gain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh return on asset dan earning per share terhadap harga saham di perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 66 perusahaan dari 74 populasi perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni Secara simultan return on asset dan earning per share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021. Secara parsial variabel return on asset berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021. Dan secara parsial variabel earning per share berpengaruh posistif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of brand anthropomorphism on brand love and its impact on brand loyalty. The study used a quantitative approach with survey methods. The sample in this study amounted to 250 European car users spread across Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Central Java, East Java.The analysis Model in this study will be divided into 3 stages of analysis. The first stage of multiple regression analysis, the second stage of simple regression analysis. The third stage of the moderation test with hierarchical moderated regression Brand anthropomorphism has a positive effect on the formation of brand love. Brand love has a positive effect on brand engagement. For further research it is recommended to add subjective norm variables to this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of inflation and interest rates on stock prices in mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data in the form of financial reports from 2017-2021, and reports from Bank Indonesia on interest rates and inflation rates. The sample in this study amounted to 36 companies. Data analysis techniques in this study used the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression, and the coefficient of determination test. Data processing in this study used the SPSS Software (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) 20.0 for windows. The results of this study prove that the inflation rate has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, while interest rates do not have a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously inflation and interest rates have no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to explain whether the independent research variables (Work Environment, Work Motivation, Promotion) have an influence on improving ASN performance at the Prabumulih Barat District Office, Prabumulih City. Data were analyzed using Descriptive Qualitative Methods. Research Data Collection Techniques using direct interviews with several staff of the Prabumulih Barat District Office, Prabumulih City. valued and feel given a boost of motivation in carrying out their job obligations, as well as positions that involve them in planning promotions for them and are given according to the performance they can make will make them more diligent and improve their performance at work. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employees at the Sungai Lilin Village Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study used a quantitative method, this research was conducted on employees at the Sungai Lilin Village Office, the data sources for this research were primary data and secondary data using data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature studies. The population in this study were employees at the Singai Lilin Village Office, the sample in this study was 59 respondents using Sugiyono's theory. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling (accidental sampling). The data processing technique of this study used the SPSS version 25. The results of this study showed that emotional intelligence (X) had an effect on employee performance (Y), this was obtained from a correlation value of 0.805 with a significance level of 1,000, which means emotional intelligence and employee performance has a high relationship, the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.647 meaning that the emotional intelligence variable affects employee performance by 64.7%, while the remaining 35.3% is influenced by variables not examined in this study. In the t-test (hypothesis test), the value of tcount > t-table is 6.175 > 2.002 and is corroborated by sig. t-test is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that emotional intelligence has an effect on improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study looks at the relationship of non-disclosure factors to the company corporate social responsibility (CSR). The research focuses on companies that focus on the energy and pulp and paper industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). An energy company is a company that uses natural resources as the main raw material in the production of the company's products until they are finally sold to the public. The research was conducted from 2011-2021. Non-financial variables that support the company's CSR activities are corporate governance, independent board, board meeting, risk, and company size. The results of the study show that non-financial factors, namely the independent board, board meetings, company size, and risk have an effect on the company's CSRD. This research cannot be generalized to all companies, because it only focuses on industries engaged in energy and pulp and paper. Future research is expected to use all listed companies and add variables for the company's non-financial factors.

Abstract

Kopi Kenangan became the first Foods and Beverages Retail Unicorn from Southeast Asia, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company learned to quickly adapt to changing business environments and challenges by implementing new strategies, so as to be able to serve 40 million cups of coffee in the last 12 months. This study aims to determine whether Brand Attachment through Brand Commitment and Brand Loyalty has an effect on Repurchase Intention of Kopi Kenangan. The research method is quantitative with the independent variable is Brand Attachment, the intervening variables are Brand Commitment and Brand Loyalty, and the dependent variable is Repurchase Intention. The population in this study were Kopi Kenangan consumers with a sample of 200 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was distributed using a Google form. Data processing uses the SEM method by utilizing the SmartPLS application which consists of outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Brand Attachment through Brand Commitment and Brand Loyalty indirectly affected Repurchase Intention on Kopi Kenangan, but Brand Attachment directly did not affect affected Repurchase Intention on Kopi Kenangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence or not the effect of the quality of human resources on the work productivity of employees in the Rufei Village, using a simple linear regression analysis technique, with a total sample of 85. And the results of the research are that the data used in this research are valid and reliable. This can be seen from the results of the validation test where all Sig. (Significant) value less than 0.05 and Cronbach's Alpha value greater than 0.06 so that the data used can also be said to be reliable. Then for Simple Linear Regression Analysis the equation is obtained: Y = 9.561 + 0.268 X, this equation means that the variable quality of human resources has a positive influence, this means that if the independent variable variable (X) the quality of human resources has increased by 1%, then variable dependent variable (Y) work productivity increased by 0.268. Then a T (Partial) test was carried out to find out whether the effect given by Simple Linear Regression Analysis was significant. Based on the results of the analysis, the value of Sig. (Significant) 0.000 <0.05 and t count 2.641 > 1.667 then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between the independent variable (X) the quality of human resources on the dependent variable (Y) work productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Alfamart Sorong City. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted at Alfamart Sorong City in July 2022. The population in the study amounted to 125 customers. The research sample was 55 respondents. There are 2 sources of data used, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the calculation of the simple regression coefficient showed that the value of the constant coefficient was 4.666, the coefficient of the independent variable (X) was 0.511. So that the regression equation Y=4.666+0.511X is obtained, the value of the t-count hypothesis is greater than the t-table value, namely 4.215 > 2.460 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, and the coefficient of determination test shows the adjusted R square value of 0.240 or 24.0 %. This means that the quality of service affects customer satisfaction at Alfamart in Sorong City 24.0%.
