Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how organizational culture and leadership style affect employee discipline in a workplace. Employees of PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang City, East Java, were the subject of this study. This study employed quantitative methodologies in a descriptive research design. In order to collect primary data for this study, employees at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java, were given questionnaires to complete. The sample used in this study represents the entire workforce at the office. Multiple regression analysis, which is carried out using the SPSS program, is the analytical technique used. According to the study's findings, organizational culture and leadership style both influence employee work discipline favorably. The factors of leadership style and corporate culture also influence workers' work ethics at the same time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Seberapa pesar pengaruh Motivasi dan disiplin kerja pagawai terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sanga Desa. Penelitian ini mengggunakan data primer maupun sekunder. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana menggunakan persamaan statistika dalam mengolah dan melakukan pembahasan data yang diperoleh dari responden melalui media kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Metode Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Nilai r sebesar 0,561. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang sedang antara motivasi (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Karena nilai R berada pada rentang 0,400 sampai dengan 0,599 dengan intepretasi koefisien kolerasi sedang. Diketahui nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,395, maka memiliki arti bahwa variable motivasi dan disipli kerja memberikan sumbangan pengaruh secara bersama-sama sebesar 39,5% terhadap variable kinerja pegawai dan sisanya 60,5% dipengaruhi variable lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil uji t (Test) menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi (X1) thitung sebesar 1,189 sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan df = 44-2= 42 adalah 1,680 dikarenakan thitung > ttabel (1,189 < 1,680) maka Ho diterima Ha ditolak, sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja (X2) thitung sebesar 2,778, sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan df = 44-2= 42 adalah 1,680 dikarenakan thitung > ttabel (2,778 > 1,680) maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Artinya motivasi (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sanga Desa.

Abstract

This study used quantitative data and the data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population used in this study were STIE Sampit students who used Shopee as a place to shop online. While the sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents and used a sampling technique based on accidental sampling, namely based on the coincidence of anyone who met and made a purchase at the shopee marketplace. The results of this study indicate that (1) online customer reviews have a significant effect on purchase intention with a t statistic value of 2.664 (2) online customer reviews have a significant effect on trust with a t statistical value of 4.709 (3) online customer ratings have no effect on purchase intentions with a t value statistic 1.028 (4) online customer rating has a significant effect on trust with a t statistic value of 4.555 (5) trust has a significant effect on purchase intention with a t statistic value of 2.346 (6) trust mediates online customer review of purchase intention with a t statistic value of 2.029 (7) trust mediates online customer rating of purchase intention with a statistical t value of 2.019. The R Square result of buying interest is 0.393 indicating that the research model is classified as moderate and means that online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and trust together contribute to buying interest of 39.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job rotation and reward system on employee motivation. To find out and analyze the effect of job rotation and reward system on employee loyalty. To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee loyalty. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation mediating job rotation and reward systems on employee loyalty at the Riau Islands High Court. The population in this study were employees of the Riau Islands High Court. The sample in this study was 69 people. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. The results of the research conducted show that job rotation has a significant effect on work motivation. Reward has a significant effect on work motivation. Job rotation has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Reward has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Job rotation has a significant effect on employee loyalty through motivation. And Reward has a significant effect on employee loyalty through motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology and market orientation on the performance of MSME actors at cellphone outlets in Medan Amplas District. This study uses descriptive and quantitative methods, the population is all the owners of mobile phone outlets in the District of Medan Amplas as many as 84 cell phone outlets. The location of this research is the Mobile Phone Outlet in Medan Amplas Subdistrict, North Sumatra, which starts from January to October 2022. The sampling technique for this research uses Saturated Samples, so that the research sample is set at 84 cellphone outlets. The results of this study indicate the multiple linear regression equation obtained by the equation Y = 1.369 + 0.355X1 + 0.532X2. The results of the t-test obtained that the value of tcount = 7.705 > ttable 1.663 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that the Information Technology variable (X1) partially has a significant influence on the performance of MSME actors in Mobile Phone Outlets in Medan Amplas District. The value of tcount = 4.377 > ttable of 1.663 and a significance of 0.003 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that the Market Orientation variable (X2) partially has a significant influence on the performance of MSME actors in Mobile Phone Outlets in Medan Amplas District. The results of the F test obtained a positive value of Fcount = 79,171>Ftable = 2.72 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that information technology and market orientation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs at Mobile Phone Outlets in Medan Amplas District. The value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.842 or 84.2%, while the remaining 15.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. So this research concludes that the use of Information Technology (X1) and Market Orientation (X2) affects the performance of MSME Actors at Mobile Phone Outlets (Y) in Medan Amplas District.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the level of halal awareness of food business owners on Madura Island. The approach used is quantitative, and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Determination of the sample using probability sampling in which all business owners have the opportunity to be selected as the research sample. The respondents were 100 people. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis to describe the length of the business and monthly income. Data testing uses IBM SPSS Statistics 25 to test the independent variables on the dependent variable. Most business owners have run their businesses for under five years, and their monthly income is below IDR 5,000,000. The level of awareness of food business owners on Madura Island is as much as 98% of food business owners understand halal certification. Simultaneously worship activities, beliefs about halal food, knowledge about halal food, health reasons, and halal labels affect halal awareness of food business actors on Madura Island, where halal awareness of food business actors can be explained by the variables of worship activity, beliefs about halal food, knowledge about halal food, health reasons, and halal labels is 51.9%. At the same time, the rest is influenced by other factors outside of the research. Religious activities, knowledge of halal food, and halal labels significantly affect halal awareness, while health reasons have an effect but not significantly. Meanwhile, beliefs about halal food did not significantly affect halal awareness.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the performance of employees at J&T Express Garut 01 (PT. Global Jet Express) which is categorized as not optimal because there are still many influencing factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and workload on the performance of the study courier division employees at J&T Express Garut 01 (PT. Global Jet Express) partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. The population is 33 couriers (sales), all of which are used as saturated samples. Based on the simple correlation test analysis, the effect of work stress variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) has a strong/close relationship that is equal to r = 0.622. From the simple correlation test, the effect of the workload variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) has a fairly strong/close enough relationship that is equal to r = 0.548. From the multiple correlation test, the effect of work stress (X1) and workload (X2) on employee performance (Y) has a fairly strong/close enough relationship that is equal to r = 0.591. The coefficient of determination test or R square is 0.420, which means that 42% of employee performance variables can be influenced by work stress and workload variables

Abstract

This research was conducted from August 2021 to December 2021. The research method used in this study is a descriptive and quantitative analysis method. The number of samples is 37 respondents of KAP MEI Apprentice employees. Data analysis was carried out using simple regression analysis and pearson correlation coefficient analysis. With a simple regression analysis the authors buy goods that can be used to predict the level of employee performance through work discipline variables in the research object. The regression obtained is the regression equation which can be used to predict the Y variable, namely the level of employee performance through the X variable, namely work discipline, Y = 15.251 + 0.379X. The a value is 15,251, meaning that if there is no work discipline variable (X), then the employee's performance (Y) is already 15,251. Then the work discipline variable has a positive b that is equal to 0.379, meaning that the correlation of work discipline has a positive influence or is directly proportional to the performance of the LPK MEI apprentice employees. This implies that if work discipline increases by 0.379, employee performance will increase by 0.379 and vice versa. The second method is the correlation coefficient method which aims to determine the level of relationship between variable X and variable Y. In this study, a correlation of (r) = 0.599 was obtained. This shows that the correlation level of work discipline has a positive and moderate effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, from the calculation of the coefficient of determination (Kd) = 35.9%. This shows that work discipline contributes to employee performance by 35.9% and the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. The results of the significance test (t test) obtained a value of 4.432 while the t table was 1.687. The result is tcount > ttable, thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between work discipline on the performance of LPK MEI apprentices.

Abstract

Abstract In Indonesia, the capital market has experienced a significant increase, marked by the issuance of shares to the general public by companies going public. Increased development has an impact on increasing demand for financial statement audits. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of company size, profitability, solvency, audit committee, and earnings per share on audit delay. Case studies of facility and infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2021. The sample used in this research is infrastructure companies and infrastructure in the Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction, Building Infrastructure, Utilities dan Transportation sub-sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 - 2021. Simultaneous test results show that Company Size, Profitability, Solvency, Audit Committee, and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on Audit Delay in Facilities and Infrastructure Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2021. Partially shows that Solvency has a significant negative effect on Audit Delay in Facilities and Infrastructure Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2021. The Audit Committee has a positive effect Significant Against Delay Audit Facilities and Infrastructure Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 -2021. Company Size, Profitability, and Earning Per Share have no significant effect on Audit Delay in Facilities and Infrastructure Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2021.

Abstract

Tax aggressiveness is a step taken by the company as a strategy to minimize the tax burden that should be paid by the company. In this study, the tax aggressiveness variable uses a proxy for the ETR value. The low value of a company's ETR illustrates that the tax aggressiveness of the company is getting higher. This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance on Tax Aggressiveness using the ETR proxy. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The companies that were selected as the sample after deducting several criteria were 182 company data. The results of the study provide evidence of the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on ETR as a proxy for tax aggressiveness. Companies with a higher level of Corporate Social Responsibility , the value of ETR increases, which illustrates the lower level of tax aggressiveness carried out by the company.
