Abstract

The need for greater data storage capacity is the cause of the emergence of various compression techniques. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so that it can save storage capacity. Text file is a collection of characters or strings that become one unit. The solution to this problem is, how to find out which algorithm is more efficient in compressing text files between the two algorithms by comparing the performance of the two algorithms based on several parameters, namely Ratio of Compression, Compression Ratio and Space Saving. In this study, a comparison between the Even-Rodeh Code and Subexponential Code algorithms was conducted to determine the compression performance of the text file, so that in this study we were able to learn which algorithm was better used for compressing text files between the two algorithms.Keywords: Compression, File Teks, Algoritma Even-Rodeh Code, Algoritma Subexponential Code

Abstract

Mentor placement at the IO 558 Sangkakala Medan Child Development Center sometimes finds it difficult to place and evaluate the results of the data directly. Sometimes there is a placement error that can make the results of the work given not optimal, this can hinder the performance of the mentor. Therefore, we need a decision support system that can make the mentor placement process easier. Decision Support Systems are computer-based systems capable of solving unstructured problems. Rank Order Centroid is used as a method for weighting the criteria. Abstract

Waqf in an organization in Moslem is an asset that must be managed in detail. Information from Waqf is currently centered on the organization's management. The use and management of current waqf is mostly closed, this is because access to transparency of information is not yet available in community organizations. The recording of waqf assets is mostly still manual, although there is digital recording, but currently it is still owned by the religious department at the district level. This is what makes community organizations experience difficulties in carrying out an inventory of waqf assets. This research will provide solutions to community organizations to utilize information systems to carry out digital and integrated waqf management. So that Nazhir and Wakif can mutually know the condition of the assets that have been donated. The development of the status of the donated asset can be seen in the history of every change in status. The classification of existing asset types adopts central waqf management by adding local variables to make it easier to provide complete information to wakif and nazhir.Keywords: waqf, nadzir, administration dan management systems, e-Waqfuna

Abstract

A FLA animation file size is sometimes relatively large, where the better the quality of the FLA animation file produced, the larger the animation file size needed to insert the FLA animation file. With a very large animation file size, during the transfer process, the transfer process may fail because the media storage space exceeds its limit. The solution in this problem is how the fla animation file can be compressed in order to speed up moving and saving animation files. compression of the fla animation file is done by reducing the size of the fla animation file by reducing the bits in the animation file, but not eliminating the information data in it. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so that it can save storage space. In this study, the algorithm used is Stout codes. By using this algorithm, the compression results of the k value have different results for each value, and the compression results will benefit in sending, and moving fla animation files will be easier.Keywords: Compression, Animation Files, FLA, Stout Codes

Abstract

Abstract−Toko Buku Harmoni is one shop that sells various types of goods such as books, dolls, bags, wallets and others. The purpose of this study is to analyze spending patterns where the resulting pattern can be used as recommendations in determining sales strategies by Harmoni. This research uses the association data mining method namely Apriori algorithm to find the combination of association rules for a combi        ation of items from the sales transaction data. The process of finding associations with a priori algorithms can be identified by the parameters dea namely support (supporting value) and confidence (certainty value). The results of this study are in the form of testing of the RappidMiner application to analyze shopping patterns that can be used as recommendations in determining the sales strategy of Toko Buku Harmoni.Keywords : Analysis of Shopping Patterns, Association Methods, A Priori, Support Values

Abstract

Abstract−Cassava is one of the main foodstuffs, not only in Indonesia but also in the world. In Indonesia, cassava is the third staple food after rice and corn. The spread of cassava plants extends to all provinces in Indonesia. Using data mining is one of the ideas of information to classify the amount of cassava productivity by province, by using the k-means clustering method the amount of cassava productivity will be collected based on the year (2011-2018) of 30 provinces. K-means is a method with unsupervised classification type where the data is grouped into one or more clusters. k-means modeling the dataset into clusters where one cluster has the same characteristics and has different characteristics from other clusters. This study aims to classify the amount of cassava productivity by province. Where the highest cluster results are obtained with a total of  2 provinces, medium cluster with 4  provinces, and a low cluster with 24 provinces.Keywords: Data Mining, K-means, Clustering, Cassava, RapidMiner Studio

Abstract

Data security is very important for all users of an information system, recently cryptography has become the method used in data. Cryptography is the study of mathematical techniques in an original information or message (plaintext) into a hidden text (Chipertext) and then converted into the original message again. Cryptography has three important elements, namely key generation, encryption and description. In cryptography, the block cipher algorithm is known, which includes AES (Advanced Encyption Standard) which is part of the Modern Symmetric Key Cipher, this algorithm uses the same key during the encryption and description processes so that the data we have will be difficult to cooperate with its meaning. The algorithmic technique is used to measure data in the form of certain codes, for the purpose of so that the stored information cannot be read by anyone except authorized people. Therefore, a data security system is needed in sending radiological results to patients because radiological results are confidential to patients.Keywords: Algorithm, AES, Encryption, Description, Cryptography

Abstract

Comics are literary works whose story descriptions are displayed in the form of pictures and in the story there is one character who is favored. The division of comics into genres is less effective, because the words represent inappropriate genres. Therefore we need a system that can determine the genre of a comic automatically due to the many genres of the comic. This study uses text mining and TF-IDF for the process of determining the comic genre. Text mining can be defined as the discovery of new information that was previously unknown to computers by extracting automatic information from different sources. Meanwhile, resource data is used as a reference in determining the comic genre. In this study, comics were divided into 4 categories: horror, inspirational, mystery and romantic. The text entered is in the form of title, author, and synopsis. This synopsis will be processed to produce a comic genre. The first process is the process of document preparation and document selection. Then proceed with the word weighting process using TF-IDF, then determining the genre of comics is done by comparing the similarity value between the text and a node in the resource data. The text obtained will be classified in an existing genre or node, if it has the highest similarity value in one of the nodes in the data resource. It is hoped that the system to be built is in accordance with the expectations of researchers, so that the system to be built can determine the genre of a comic.Keywords: Classification, Comic, Text Mining, Resource Data, TFIDF

Abstract

In this increasingly advanced era, new technologies that have never been imagined have emerged more and more. Starting from the emergence of computers, cellphones, and many more. One of the new technologies that have emerged.The solitaire game application is a card game application that only sorts cards from smallest to largest so that the cards that are already open can be sorted from the smallest one to the other so that the cards that have been moved can be sorted one by one so that the game player can make it easier to play these games. The Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm does not have a pattern, so it is more difficult to predict and the resulting pattern is more varied. The fisher yates shuffle algorithm is used to shuffle the cards so that the cards that appear have the same pattern and make the game even more exciting.Keywords: Design, Fisher Yates Shuffle Algorithm

Abstract

Cryptography is both a science and an art to protect the security of messages and information from being seen, read, understood by third parties. One of the cryptographic algorithms is the elgamal algorithm. Currently, communication and information technology is developing rapidly and has a major impact on human life. An example of this development is the internet network, which now allows many people to exchange data freely through the network. The problem to be solved is in the form of a text file, the elgamal algorithm will be modified with a scrambling algorithm, namely the freivalds algorithm. Freivalds algorithm is a probabilistic random algorithm algorithm used to verify matrix multiplication. This algorithm is used to modify the Elgamal algorithm on encryption that uses plaintext pairs with a secret key that is randomly obtained. To increase the strength of the algorithm, the key used to perform the encryption and decryption process will be changed first using a randomized key, namely the Freivalds algorithm.Keywords: Cryptography, Mods, Keys, Elgamal Algorithms, Algortima Freivalds
