Abstract

As one of the supporting facilities in the learning process in the library universities provides a very important service for educational learners. The functions of libraries are Storage, Education, Research, Information, and Cultural Recreation, as stipulated in Government Regulation number 24 of 2014. As a center of scientific information providers required by learners, libraries are required to provide accurate information quickly and efficiently. During this time at STMIK Budi Darma library in providing its service is still traditional. With an area of 96 square meters (m2) and filled with a total of 11,755 library collections will certainly require a lot of cabinets and shelves to accommodate the collection contained in the library. This will certainly greatly affect the library services in serving the demand of learners in accessing the information contained in the library. On the basis of this it is necessary to develop the traditional library system into a computer-based application that is able to provide library catalog information in digital form known as e-Resource. The e-Resource application of STMIK Budi Darma Library is expected to improve the service performance of the library in providing digital information online in the form of library catalogs stored digitally quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Market segmentation is a division of consumer groups that have different needs, characteristics and behaviors (heterogeneous) in a particular market so that it becomes a homogeneous market unit, in this case it is very helpful in a more targeted marketing process so that company resources can be used effectively and efficient for example makes it easy to distinguish markets and recognize competitors with the same segment. CV. Lampegan Jaya is a company engaged in the distribution of food and beverage products including Meses Tulip Chocolate, Vita Zone, Bintang Sobo Tea, Preso Tea, Okky Jelly Drink, Fruit Tea, Bima Energy Nails, Coptic Cappuccino, Mizon and My Tea. These products are distributed to outlets spread across Bandung, Cianjur, Cileunyi, Cimahi, Soreang and Sumedang. Distribution of products is carried out based on the demand for outlets for the product. In this study a system of classifying customer segmentation based on products. This system can classify customers based on the number of purchases and area. The process of this customer grouping system uses a K-Medoid clustring algorithm to classify customers based on segmentation on the product purchase amount and area. Abstract

As the development of research technology on Digital Image Processing continues to grow. Likewise, the improvement of the quality of sharpness / subtlety of the Gorga Batak images is an important thing to improve. This is one of the ways to preserve the Batak tribe area so that Gorga-gorga are still remembered and more interpreted. The cause of the need to be improved is the image of Gorga Batak is caused by several factors that cause the image to be less beautiful if it is interpreted by human beings such as the shape has been blurred (dark) due to shooting / shooting, has noise black spots on the image (noise), and the color is dull out of date. As an effort to improve image, the segmentation process is carried out by doing edge detection on the image, then the Morphological Operation Method will be implemented as one of the methods in Digital Image Processing that implements image quality improvement based on the shape and structure of the image. In this image processing, the Dilation Operation Technique and Operation Technique will be carried out. In Operation Dilation Techniques works by adding several segments (pixels) in the image so as to increase the integrity / sharpness of the structure of the image. While the Erosion Operation Technique will reduce / refine unnecessary parts / segments of the image so that the resulting image looks smoother, so that it can be more interpreted by humans and can be reused both as documentation of regional culture and so on. Using this method is expected to be able to improve and improve the quality / sharpness of Citra Gorga Batak. Abstract

Increased resistance to the algorithm used to secure secret messages is very necessary. This is caused by the ability of the attackers who are able to justify various ways to solve the algorithm used to secure data. Lucifer algorithm has many variants, one of which is a lucifer with a 16-round feistel network that operates on 128 bit blocks and uses 128-bit keys. Computing 2 ^ 36 plaintext and 2 ^ 36 complexity can attack this variant. This study describes the use of the gifshuffle algorithm to optimize the Lucifer algorithm in securing data. The gifshuffle algorithm is used to hide encrypted messages based on the Lucifer algorithm into the gif format media. Based on tests conducted, it was found that there were no significant differences in the cover image and stegano image after the message insertion process was carried out.Keywords: Cryptography, Steganography, Lucifer, Gifshuffle, message

Abstract

Rumah atau tempat tinggal adalah salah satu aspek dari kesejahteraan masyarakat yang harus terpenuhi. Karena sebuah rumah merupakan kebutuhan hidup manusia yang utama dan yang paling penting untuk manusia berlindung, mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya. Untuk itu pemerintah berupaya membuat program Bantuan Rumah Layak Huni supaya lebih banyak masyarakat yang dapat berlindung pada rumah yang layak dan nyaman. Program Bantuan Rumah Layak Huni sudah diterapkan pada Desa Menggala Teladan namun kenyataan di lapangan kegiatan Bantuan Rumah Layak Huni ini banyak terjadi ketidakadilan atau tidak tepat sasaran. Oleh karna itu salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dan menerapkan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) itu sendiri merupakan salah satu dari metode sistem pendukung keputusan, dimana metode SMART ini teknik pengambilan keputusannya multi kriteria didasarkan pada teori bahwa setiap alternatif terdiri dari sejumlah kriteria yang memiliki nilai-nilai dan setiap kriteria memiliki bobot yang menggambarkan seberapa penting ia dibandingkan dengan kriteria lain. Pembobotan ini digunakan untuk menilai setiap alternatif agar diperoleh alternatif terbaik. Dengan adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan  (SPK) dan metode ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Kantor Kepenghuluan Menggala Teladan dalam mengambil keputusan penerimaan bantuan rumah layak huni yang tepat dan meningkatkan objektif dari keputusan tersebut.

Abstract

Follow said or speech act is to include a component of language and nonbahasa that describe the Act's language intact involving someone in the conversation for the delivery of the mandate. Batak is one of the tribes that are in the North sumatra province which has its own regional languages. Batak region has many languages spoken that have their own special meanings commonly used batak on each process festivities batak. In General, any person who has a marga batak in particular, will be required to perform its role in accordance with the roles have in attending ceremonies or else speak sapa with other families. Many said the word in the language area of the batak batak descent are sometimes obliged to remember it and sometimes there are that have yet to find out its meaning. It is an obvious problem for the people of batak especially for living in urban areas because of the technological developments that erode customs. The solution of these problems is by way of designing a media information in the form of the application is the meaning of the said in the batak are easily accessible and easily understood by the public. Word search techniques used in this research is the turbo algorithm boyer moore. The Turbo Boyer-Moore algorithm is an algorithm that was developed originally is Boyer-Moore Algorithm. Abstract

Companies engaged in the chemical industry really need Human Resources (HR) who have knowledge in the field of chemical industry engineering terms in order to achieve the company's main goals, but due to the chemical industry engineering terms that use foreign languages is essentially difficult to understand not a few of the general public who have desire to work in companies in the chemical industry engineering experience problems in mastering the knowledge needed by chemical industry engineering companies. Therefore it is necessary to have an application that adopts science related to the chemical industry engineering term along with good search features. The application that was built to search for information related to chemical industry engineering terms in this study implements the smith algorithm as an algorithm that serves to minimize the use of the time needed in the search process. The smith algorithm notices that counting the number of shifts with the text character that is located right next to the window character on the rightmost text can sometimes provide a shorter shift than using the rightmost window text character. Then he gives a solution to take the maximum between the two values. Abstract

File citra sangat rentan terkena tindakan modifikasi, pemalsuan, dan duplikat yang dapat melanggar terhadap hak cipta milik seseorang. Sehingga diperlukan teknik atau metode Kriptografi Rabin untuk mengamankan, menjaga keaslian, dan menjaga kerahasiaan dari file citra tersebut. Algoritma Kriptografi Rabin ini adalah bagian dari jenis algoritma asimetris. Kelebihan algoritma ini adalah proses enkripsinya yang sangat sederhana sehingga dapat menghemat waktu walaupun resource yang digunakan terbatas Pada proses enkripsi Kriptografi Rabin mengakibatkan pembesaran ukuran data, ditambah dengan kapasitas file citra yang cenderung besar dapat memberikan dampak melambatnya proses pengiriman atau pertukaran informasi, sehingga diperlukan teknik pengecilan atau kompres file. Algoritma Lempel-ZivWelch(LZW) adalah algoritma yang prosesnya menggunakan kamus, dimana fragmen-fragmen teks digantikan dengan indeks yang diperoleh dari sebuah “kamus”. Algoritma Lempel-Ziv-Welch(LZW) adalah algoritma yang tergolong ke lossless compression. Pendekatan ini bersifat adaptif dan efektif karena banyak karakter dapat dikodekan dengan mengacu pada string yang telah muncul sebelumnya dalam teks. Dari penjelasan diatas, pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan proses enkripsi telebih dahulu untuk mengamankan file citra, kemudian hasil enkripsi tersebut akan dilakukan proses kompresi untuk mengecilkan ukuran dari file yang sebelumnya terjadi pembesaran ukuran yang diakibatkan dari proses enkripsi, selanjutnya dilakukan proses dekompresi untuk mengembalikan file citra ke bentuk setelah dienkripsi, selanjutnya untuk mengembalikan citra ke bentuk asli maka dilakukan proses dekripsi.

Abstract

Keroncong, Pop, Dangdut, and Hip Pop. Music is basically to entertain and express themselves from feelings of sadness or happiness. Along with the increasing popularity of music, a lot of music lessons were made especially in Pematangsiantar. This makes consumers confused and needs information to decide which music lessons are suitable for their needs. So the author uses a Decision Support System with the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method to facilitate decision making. MFEP is a method with emphasis on various factors and criteria that perform the calculation of weighting system where the calculation will be valuable for each factor that affects the decision making of data data to be processed. The MFEP method is also called a scaled score that requires a comparative norm to be interpreted qualitatively and this makes the advantages of the MFEP method. The previous criteria were Criteria Place C1 (C1), Music Facilities Criteria (C2), Price Criteria (C3), Criteria Schedule / time guidance (C4), Employee Service Criteria (C5). By using 4 Alternative Place of Music Les existed memematangsiantar include: Legato Art Center, Era Music Siantar, Grace Music Studio, C and C Music Education. Results of recommendation of Decision Support System in Recommending Place Les Music dipematangsiantar using method MFEP (Multifactor Evaluation Process). Which we write with first rank that is Legato Art Center .  It is expected that this research can help the consumer to get the right recommendation in choosing the place of music lesson in accordance with the cost of music lesson and music quality.Keywords: Decision Support System, Multi-Factor Evaluation Process, ranking, Music

Abstract

Smartphones are a primary need for all upper class and lower class people. As these needs are many smartphone vendors that offer different prices, features, systems and technologies at competitive prices. Many people want specifications that are capable but limited in financial terms. This causes smartphone users not to be able to make the right choice according to their needs because the frequent selection of smartphones is based on prestige and consumer consumptive behavior. The TOPSIS method is a multicriteria method used to identify solutions from alternative sets based on simultaneous minimization of the ideal point distance and maximizing the distance from the lowest point. The expected results can be input to potential smartphone buyers in accordance with their finances and qualified specifications.Keywords: Decision Support System, Topsis Method, Smartphone.
