Abstract

Teknologi pesawat tanpa awak semakin banyak diminati oleh para peminatnya. Permasalahan yang sering muncul pada pesawat tanpa awak semacam quadcopter adalah sistem keseimbangan dan mekanisme pengambilan objek yang ada saat berada diudara. Dalam keadaan terbang diam (Hold) baisanya quadcopter akan terombang ambing dikarenakan banyak faktor. Bisa karena perbedaan putaran motor ataupun faktor angin. Sedangkan untuk objek hanya bisa diambil dari satu arah saja. Agar permainan ini semakin menarik, penelitian ini akan memperbaiki dan menyempurnakan sistem balancing dan sistem monitoring pesawat tanpa awak (quadcopter).

Abstract

The authenticity of a digital file is something that must be able to be guaranteed its existence, considering that there are so many devices that can be used to carry out manipulation of the digital file. One of the digital files discussed in this study is an audio file with MP3 file extension. Please note that MP3 audio files are now very easy to obtain, even very easy to manipulate and insert objects in, so we need a safety technique to maintain the authenticity of the audio file. Overcoming the problem that has been explained in the previous paragraph, the appropriate security technique used is the hash cryptographic technique, by applying the CRC 32 algorithm. The application of CRC 32 aims to generate hash codes from MP3 audio files that can be used as key codes for authentication (key authenticity) of MP3 audio files. The results of this study are a representation of the technical explanation of the application of the CRC 32 algorithm in generating MP3 audio file hash codes, which the CRC 32 algorithm is applied to applications that have been designed and built using the help of MATLAB software version 6.1.Keywords: File Authenticity, Audio File, CRC 32, MATLAB 6.1

Abstract

Credit is a financial facility that allows a person or business entity to borrow money to purchase the product and repay it within the specified time period.  UU No.10 of 1998 states that credit is the provision of money or bills that can be equalized, based on the agreement or lending and borrowing agreements between banks with other parties that require the borrower to repay his debt after a certain period of time with the giving of interest. Currently, credit facilities become the main source of consumer financing in buying goods. In addition there are also consumers who are classified as having enough income to purchase in cash, but choose on credit because there are other needs that must be met. Associated with the cost of most consumers make purchases on credit are consumers who are classified as having middle class income. The process of giving credit to consumers is not easy, because it must consider various factors. The purpose of this research is to make decision support system in determining consumer factor in doing credit goods. Case study conducted by researchers is PT. ADIRA Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk pematangsiantar branch. The method used in this research is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method that can give the best ranking order. So as to produce criteria with the highest weights that can be used as consideration for decision makers to be used in decision making. It is expected that this research can contribute to the company in assessing the biggest factor of consumers in choosing goods credits.

Abstract

Health problems that exist in the community, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia are influenced by two factors, namely physical aspects and non-physical aspects. Physical aspects such as health facilities and treatment of diseases, while the second is non-physical aspects that involve health problems. The construction of health facilities is an effort to fulfill one of the basic rights of the people carried out by the government to provide health facilities that will be used in helping the community to be healthy. So the purpose of this study is to group villages / kelurahan that have health facilities quickly and effectively. Describe the number of villages / kelurahan that have health facilities using the K-Means method, in order to find out whether the constraints faced by the government in grouping villages / kelurahan that have inadequate health facilities based on the provinces in Indonesia, require a long time to group them. It is expected that using this method can produce clustering which is proven to be accurate in the case of the number of villages / kelurahan that have inadequate health facilities based on the provinces in Indonesia.Keywords: Health Facilities, Datamining, K-Means

Abstract

Pelatih seni merupakan seseorang yang memiliki kewajiban dan tugas untuk mempersiapkan pembentukan fisik, mental, moral, dan rohani seseorang untuk menjadi pendorong bakat dan keahlian dalam bidang tertentu seperti olahragawan, seniman, budaya dan lain-lain. Masalah yang sering terjadi dalam pemilihan pelatih seni pada sekolah perguruan harapan mandiri sebelumnya hanya dilakukan seleksi manual oleh guru-guru saja, tidak melibatkan pihak yayasan dan para siswa untuk memberikan penilaian secara nyata. Atas pemilihan tersebut sangat mempengaruhi kinerja dan kualitas pelatih, akibat lain dari tindakan tersebut juga dapat menghambat visi misi dari sekolah yaitu unggul, berprestasi, dan berkarya. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Metode Grey Absolute Decesion Analysis (GADA) Sebagai solusi pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan pelatih seni. Pada metode Gada ini dianggap sesuai dengan seleksi pemilihan pelatih seni karena metode Gada melakukan proses perangkingan berdasarkan atribut dan bobot yang berbeda-beda, dan lebih memprioritaskan data alternatif, sehingga hasilnya lebih optimal dan akurat dalam pemilihan perlatih seni. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan metode GADA  bahwa A4  (Data kriteria)  yang bernama adalah Rustan Julinta S.Pd  dengan Pendidikan “S1”, Psikoters “Baik” Pengalaman “YA”,  Senior “YA” dan Usia “34 Tahun” Sedangkan Nilai Indek  Gada yaitu 5,9233 dan Bobot yaitu 0,2188 adalah  alternatif  Terpilih sebagai Pelatih seni pada Sekolah Peruguran Harapan mandiri.

Abstract

Small micro business is a business that is very helpful in various aspects of the Indonesian economy. In Padang city has various types of SME businesses. One of them is Catering. The development of catering business in this city is very rapid because of the many interests of the community to use these services. As a result, competition arises between businesses which shows a significant impact on the catering business so that each of these businesses must be able to create their own market by creating a Brand for their catering business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system to create E-Branding with the concept of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Abstract

Optimizing the security of confidential text messages is very important to protect the contents of messages from those who want to use or damage the message. The use of cryptographic techniques in securing data can still raise suspicion of the message that has been secured. This study explores how to use steganography techniques to coat encrypted message security based on steganography techniques. The spritz algorithm is a cryptographic algorithm that is used to obtain the cipher from the original message, while the spread spectrum method is a method used to hide the original data password into an image. Based on testing done by combining these two techniques, it is quite reliable to optimize the security of secret messages because others cannot see the existence of the cipher of the original data in plain sight.Keywords:  Cryptography, Steganography, Spritz, Spread Spectrum, mp3

Abstract

Tenaga pendidikan merupakan orang yang ahli dalam bidang pendidikan yang mengabdi pada negeri dan di tunjuk sebagai pendukung dalam terselenggarakannya pendidikan yang efektif. Tenaga pendidikan adalah orang yang sangat berperan penting dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan Bangsa Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan proses penilaian kinerja tenaga pendidikan pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Medan dan diharapkan agar para tenaga pendidikan dapat termotivasi dan lebih bersemangat dalam bertugas serta dapat meningkatkan kinerja para tenaga pendidik agar menjadi lebih baik untuk hari yang akan datang. Kepada para tenaga pendidikan yang terpilih akan mendapatkan penghargaan seperti pemberian reward finansial maupun non-finansial. Tujuan dalam pembuatan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu dalam proses penyeleksian tenaga pendidikan yang semula dilakukan secara manual dan memakan banyak waktu dalam pengerjaannya yang kemudian beralih menggunakan sistem komputer agar lebih mudah dalam penyelenggaraan penilaian kinerja tenaga pendidikan terbaik pada lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan tenaga pendidikan terbaik adalah WASPAS yang merupakan salah satu dari metode pada sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK). Hasil dari penelitian kepada 10 orang yang diseleksi, terdapat tenaga pendidikan dengan alternatif A7 atas nama Dra. Sri Fajar Ningsih, M.Si yang memperoleh predikat terbaik dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu 0,3713

Abstract

In modern times, barbershop aka men's shaving places is the main choice of modern men to style their hair. The results showed that the popularity of Barbershop itself is due to the trend of the haircut, the classic hairdo. Classic hairstyle trends are also supported by the media which has a positive impact on popularity, hair fashion as a priority, knowledge about fashion is getting better, pomade trends. In general, customers want to get the best quality of services provided.Changes in customer haircuts or Barbershop customers are usually caused by changing trends or because they want to find new models that are more age-appropriate. The haircut catalog is a book that contains information on various haircut models that are made in the form of pictures and names of haircuts, where the names of haircuts are generally made in English.The problem that can occur in cutting hair is the lack of desires of the customer to the results of the hair stylist cut, it happens because the customer does not understand or do not remember the name of the desired haircut model. Crochemore Perrin's algorithm factored the right pattern so that pattern = right pattern left pattern. Abstract

Kantor camat Medan kota dalam kurun waktu tertentu selalu melakukan penilaian kinerja terhadap pegawainya. Penilaian kompetensi Soft skill mengikuti kebijakan yang berbeda-beda di setiap instansi . Penilaian kinerja kompetensi Soft skill  pegawai tersebut sebagai bentuk penilaian kerja nyata atas standar kualitas maupun kuantitas yang dihasilkan oleh pegawai. Adapun permasalahan yang ada pada Kantor camat Medan kota yaitu dalam melakukan penilaian kompetensi Soft skill pegawai Kantor camat Medan Kota masih melakukan secara manual (tulis tangan), dan  untuk  melakukan penilaian  pegawai yang  memiliki kompetensi Soft skill  yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari pihak Kantor camat Medan kota. Berdasarkan masalah yang telah diuraikan diatas, dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu mampu membantu permasalahan yang ada karena bobot nilai yang digunakan, proses penilaian Soft skill bisa lebih efektif dan optimal. Selain itu SPK mempermudah dalam melakukan penilaian Soft skill pegawai. Metode AHP dan PROMOTHEE sangat cocok digunakan dalam penilaian kompetensi Soft skill pegawai dengan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis desktop memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan kegiatannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang dibangun dengan kombinasi metode AHP dan PROMETHEE ini, bagian Kantor kecamatan Medan kota dapat melakukukan penilaian terhadap pegawai-pegawai pada Kantor kecamatan Medan kota dengan lebih cepat tepat dan objektif.
