Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) is an educational cash assistance until graduating from high school with the age of 6-21 years of school age coming from poor families (underprivileged) or who are registered as participants in the Family Hope Program (PKH) or Family Welfare Card (KKS ) The Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) is a refinement part of the Poor Student Assistance Program (BSM) since the end of 2014. The author took a case study on 124395 Public Elementary School. 124395 Public Elementary School is one of the Public Elementary Schools in Pematangsiantar which received the Smart Indonesia Program for students / i poor and have difficult economic constraints. This research is in the background of the problem of KIP provision where the process of delivering assistance sometimes does not meet the target or target. Invalid data causes errors in the distribution of KIP that should be given to recipients who are entitled to receive it. To overcome these problems, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed which is expected to solve problems in the provision of KIP with the Moora method. The Moora method is a multicriteria decision making method based on each appropriate criterion. The criteria used are: Father's Work, Mother's Work, Father's Income, Mother's Income, Amount of Dependent, Amount of Dependents Still in School, Rapot Value, KKS Holder, Residence, Type of House. SPK KIP is a recommendation to the school, for the next process to be returned to the school.Keywords: Decision Support System, Moora, Indonesia Smart Card (KIP)

Abstract

This study aims to design a Codeigniter-Based New Repository. This software serves to simplify the process of designing the repository. This research also aims to facilitate students and the general public to access examples of student thesis at Stikom Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. This research method is Research and Development. The development model used is Waterfall which consists of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the results of software development are in the form of Codeigniter-Based Digital Repository.Keywords: Repository, Code igniter.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to classify informal employment in non-agricultural sectors. Data sources are obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data used is the proportion of employment for informal non-agricultural sectors (2015-2018), consisting of 34 Provinces in Indonesia. The Method used to solve the problem is datamining technique K-Medoid. The results of the research showed that the percentage of informal employment of non-agricultural sectors based on the lowest region became a record for the government to further increase human resources and more open the field jobs in non-agricultural sectors, among others.Keywords: Informal sector, Datamining, K-Medoid, Clustering, Non-Agricultural

Abstract

Postal code is an official marker element in a region in a country. The postal code was originally only used for the purpose of facilitating work at the post office to sort letters. The general public uses a lot of postal codes to do things like sending goods from one area to another through the post office service, shopping online through the official website, in that activity they are required to fill in the zip code of their destination address or shipping address. In the settlement the author uses the Zhu-Takaoka Algorithm, Zhu-Takaoka is a modified algorithm of the Boyer-Moore algorithm. Algorithm Zhu-Takaoka uses a two-dimensional array to calculate the value of the shift and do the matching from right to left. The design that is expected later this Indonesian postal code application can run well in all devices and Android smartphone versions, and this designed application is also expected to be able to help the general public in finding accurate zip codes by region. Keywords: Postal Code Indonesia, Android, Zhu-Takaoka

Abstract

PT Bank BNI Syariah is a financial institution, especially the banking sector, a community institution that is expected to be able to smoothen the economy of a country. The Indonesian state as a country whose majority is Muslim has long craved the presence of a financial institution system that suits the demands of the needs not limited to finance, but also demands morality. System, the bank in this case is a system that is free from the practice of interest called Sharia Banks. One type of financing at Islamic banks is known as Murabahah financing, namely a sale and purchase agreement between the bank and the customer. Islamic banks buy goods needed by customers and then sell them to the relevant customers at the acquisition price plus the profit margin agreed between the Islamic bank and the customer. One of the muradaha financing is Murabahah Emas. The method used is the AHP method. Statistical analysis is used to process and analyze data and draw research conclusions from hypothesis testing. Abstract

Developed countries in general are the countries that have many entrepreneurs because they can create jobs, reduce unemployment and contribute to state revenue. Technological development has a correlation with lifestyle and behavior. The internet is not only used to access information, but is also used for business facilities and buying and selling transactions. Currently conventional marketing is less than optimal. Therefore, entrepreneurs are directed to utilize information technology or commonly called commercial electronics as a medium of promotion and sale. This has become a huge opportunity for students or alumni of computer science such as STMIK Kaputama students and alumni. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in many regions are successful in terms of production, but they have problems in terms of marketing and sales. This has the potential to be developed by young, new and creative entrepreneurs by involving students and alumni to synergize with SMEs and entrepreneurs to deal with online marketing and sales issues, so that market and sales are increasing. The solution provided is making entrepreneurship training by providing various life skills and adding insight into entrepreneurship, e-commerce training, graphic design training, mentoring and supervision. Thus, students and alumni are generally interested in entrepreneurship, and are more easily trained to become entrepreneurs because in lectures they already have basic knowledge of entrepreneurship and computer science and help the government to create jobs and reduce unemployment.Keywords: Increasing entrepreneurship, increasing sales of SMEs, online entrepreneurship, e-commerce

Abstract

Peranan gas LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) pada saat ini sangatlah penting bagi bagi kehidupan manusia. Namun disaat yang bersamaan, dibalik penggunaan gas LPG yang semakin banyak, mulai muncul berbagai masalah. Gas LPG mempunyai dampak negatif terhadap manusia bahkan dapat menimbulkan potensi bahaya ledakan dan kebakaran. Maka perlu adanya sistem deteksi dan pengaman yang dapat mengatasi masalah yang timbul apabila terjadi kebocoran gas LPG. Pada makalah ini ini telah berhasil dirancang sistem deteksi dan pengaman kebocoran gas menggunakan sensor MQ-6 berbasis algoritma Bahasa C. Variasi pengujian dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi dan respon waktu sistem yang dibangun dalam mendeteksi kebocoran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendeteksi kebocoran gas LPG dengan rentang persentase error sebesar 2.95%-6,09%. Selanjutnya sistem juga mampu mengamankan kebocoran gas LPG melalui aktivasi automatic shutoff valve pada regulator dalam rentang respon waktu sebesar 0.3-0,9 detik.

Abstract

PT. Alumina is a company that provides aluminum production such as windows, doors, glass and so on in Medan city. Due to complexity and prone to errors when raw materials calculation and data for reports must be collected in advance which takes a long time so that hamper in preparing reports of cost of goods sold (HPP) and the current report. This product system information application can display the status of production process that serves to find out how far the process of work orders (SPK), material requirement planning, the length of time required for production, raw material receipt to know whether product is ready for production, production confirmation when the product is done, cost of goods sold (COGS) and other current reports. To solve the problems, writer has designed a production information systems using Microsoft Visual Basic 2012 to designing the visual and application, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 to manage the database and using Crystal Report 13.0.5 in the making of the reports. Writer also uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method to help writer make a design for production information system applications so that the existing problems can be solved.Keywords: information system, production, production cycle

Abstract

Berdasarkan berbagai kasus yang terjadi bahwa penyakit yang disebabkan oleh merokok lebih dari satu jenis penyakit atau komplikasi. Untuk mengetahui pola penyakit yang disebabkan rokok sangat perlu menganalisa pola penyakit dengan menganalisa data-data pasien pada Rumah Sakit. Rokok produk yang berbahaya & adiktif (menimbulkan ketergantungan). Di dalam rokok terdapat 4000 bahan kimia berbahaya yang 69 diantaranya merupakan zat karsinogenik (dapat menimbulkan kanker). Zat-zat berbahaya yang terkandung didalam rokok antara lain seperti tar, karbon monoksida, sianida, arsen, formalin, nitrosamine dan lainnya. algoritma apriori bisa melakukan penelusuran pada data historis untuk mengidentifikasi pola data yang didasarkan pada sifat-sifat yang teridentifikasi sebelumnya. Penelitian lainnya mengatakan algoritma Apriori salah satu bentuk terapan data mining yang menghasilkan model pengetahuan berupa aturan dengan nilai confidence. Model pengetahuan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kecenderungan data yang akan datang.

Abstract

Salon is a form of business associated with beauty care, face, hair, and others for both men and women. Salon became the type of business in the interest of business by utilizing social networking, ads, brochures, and websites to promote the salon. E-salon is a marketplace website which facilitates the salon in terms of delivery the salon promotion and salon service sales. Salon provides a salon service to come home and can open many new jobs. To solve this problem, a website was developed using programming language such as HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap 3, and PHP, and using MySQL or known as MariaDB for data storage. The website was developed using Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology approach. The result of this website development is able to assist the salon in terms of promotion and sales of salon services, create new jobs, and make it easier for customers to find their desired salon.Keywords: salon, website, Rapid Application Development (RAD), marketplace
