Abstract

One source of national wealth is airspace. There is a lot of potential in the airspace, including defense and commercial potential. However, the management of airspace in Indonesia is still not optimal. This can be analyzed from airspace issues related to the Indonesian FIR area on the border of the Natuna Islands. There is still overlap with the neighborhod country, Singapore, regarding the authority to control, use and regulate the Fligt Information Region (FIR) which could impact security and air defense if not resolved immediately. That's why this article presents insights through the literacy method regarding evaluating the use of radar technology to strengthen the defense and sovereignty of Indonesia's airspace. The evaluation was carried out in terms of the hazard related to the threat of jamming issues and flight incidents that occurred. Next, analyze the vulnerabilities related to the characteristics of the FIR and the distribution of radar capabilities. The last evaluation is related to capacity starting from the budget, policies, human resources to the infrastructure owned by air defense in Indonesia. So that from the elaboration of the evaluation it is hoped that it can become one of the inputs and insights to increase the usefulness of radar in order to strengthen defense and fully acquire the sovereignty of Indonesia's airspace.

Abstract

Aceh is the first place where the spread of Islam took place in the archipelago, so it is called the door to the spread of Islam. Evidence of the spread of Islam in Aceh is the establishment of Islamic kingdoms such as the Kingdom of Perlak, Samudra Pasai and Aceh Darussalam. The policies of the kings also became the forerunner of activities that are still carried out today. In addition, there are also the thoughts of scientists which are then used as a sign of scientific progress that continues to be perfected. The purpose of this study was to find out how the economic system of the Aceh Darussalam kingdom was during the reign of Sultan Iskandar Muda. This study uses a qualitative method with a historical approach. Sources of data obtained from relevant literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the reign of Sultan Iskandar Muda succeeded in liberating and protecting Aceh from the colonial powers who wished to seize power over Aceh. This was done by implementing a price increase policy in which Sultan Iskandar Muda set prices and controlled the market from foreigners/colonizers. This made the invaders reluctant to attack the Aceh kingdom. The economic system of the Aceh kingdom is also very good with the advancement of trade from rural to urban areas.

Abstract

Higher education such as universities, colleges and other high schools education management is applied differently from secondary or primary education institutions because it is more complex. Educational institutions must carry out educational programs as well as possible so that the quality of education is increasingly advanced. In order to carry out education as well as possible, it is necessary to have good management or institutional management. The development of information and communication technology has given many roles in the world of education. Not only applied in direct learning, but in the implementation of management of educational institutions is also needed so that it can support the course of learning and lectures. Many universities have used information technology to support their activities. In general, computer technology is used to support administrative processes, such as academic administration, finance, and personnel. The emergence of problems like the one above and the way universities deal with them shows that universities still view the implementation of information technology as something that is "separate" from the business processes they carry out. Whereas information technology should be an enabler for various efforts to improve quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability in tertiary institutions.

Abstract

As an important element in overall project planning, risk management identifies specific risks that could have an adverse effect on project performance and measures the impact each risk may have. As the project moves forward, the team continues to address risks with technical, administrative and budgetary strategies.. Get to know the four key stages in project risk management and the steps needed to manage risk. There are four distinct phases of project risk management: (1) risk identification, (2) probability and consequence analysis, (3) risk mitigation strategies, and (4) control and documentation. Risk identification focuses on determining a realistic set of risk factors facing the project. The five main causes of project risk are (1) financial risk, (2) technical risk, (3) commercial risk, (4) execution risk, and (5) contract or legal risk. Among the most common methods for risk identification are (1) brainstorming meetings, (2) expert opinion, (3) past history, and (4) multiple or team-based assessments. Risks can be mitigated through four main things: approach. First, we simply accept the risk. We may choose to do this in situations where we have no alternative or we deem the risk small enough to be acceptable. Second, we may seek to minimize risk, perhaps through partnerships or joint ventures to reduce our company's exposure to risk. Third, we may share risks with other organizations or project stakeholders. Finally, when necessary, we may seek to shift risk to other project stakeholders. Explanation of the Analysis and Project Risk Analysis and Management (PRAM) process. PRAM is a generic project risk management approach that offers a model for life cycle steps that a project team might adopt in developing a risk management methodology. The nine distinct steps in the PRAM model represent each process phase and their associated outcomes.

Abstract

Human as mysterious creatures cannot if only be approached by a scientific discipline, they must be understood in an interdisciplinary manner. In writing this journal explaining the possibility of Islamic education has a transdisciplinary meaning to eliminate the separation between general science and the science of religion and all the knowledge developed is related to one another. The method used is the method of discourse analysis and content. The way in which a number of literatures is discussed and analyzed is based on the direction and purpose of the transdisciplinary concept. The results of the discussion in the context of the transdisciplinary Islamic education curriculum must be developed to be holistic in nature that can cover a variety of problems inherent in humans and their development. The ability to achieve it in transdisciplinary Islamic education is the ability to see the world as a value system, each of which has different tasks and functions but still interconnected. This interconnection connection system must be placed in the framework of faith and noble character.
