Abstract

The legality of the participation of East Kolaka Regency in the election of regent and deputy regent in Kolaka Regency is based on KPU Circular Number 162/KPU/III/2013 dated March 18 2013 and Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 270/3568/Sj dated July 9 2013 which has been its validity was recognized by the Constitutional Court through the Constitutional Court Decision Number 134/PHPU.D-XI/2013 concerning the East Kalimantan Election Dispute and the Constitutional Court Decision Number 169/PHPU.D-XI/2013 concerning the Kolaka Regency Election Dispute and the legal consequences of the participation of the Kolaka district Timur in the election of the regent and deputy regent in Kolaka district against the election results as the basis for the emergence of legal action from one of the candidate pairs for the Regent and Deputy Regent of Kolaka at the Constitutional Court in decision Number 169/PHPU.D-XI/2013 concerning the Kolaka District Election Dispute.

Abstract

One of the government's main programs is infrastructure development, which has an important role to shorten the time in the process of national and regional development. To realize good road infrastructure and to support the comfort of road infrastructure users, highway pavements are needed, especially flexible pavements that meet the requirements and are suitable for use. One of the feasibility studies of flexible pavement on the asphalt compaction section carried out in the Sidoarjo-Gempol-Pandaan-Malang-Kepanjen Road and Bridge Preservation Project is by testing the core drill in the field. The core drill test is a method that performs asphalt sampling on a road segment. The sample that has been taken (cylindrical shape) is then taken to the laboratory to be tested for its specific gravity and then compared with the specific gravity of solid asphalt, if the ratio of the two specific gravity is above 98%, the compaction on the road section meets the requirements and is suitable for use. In this journal, an analysis of the feasibility of compacting asphalt will be carried out on the Siring Porong Arterial Road Section Km 4+970 to 4+600 on September 7-8, 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions on Mixue. The population in this study were all mixue consumers. The sample in the study were 154 respondents obtained from distributing questionnaires by researchers. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The instruments in this study were tested using validity and reliability tests which were complemented by the classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression correlation coefficients consisting of the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test. Brand Image (X1), Brand Awareness (X2), and Purchase Decision (Y). The results of the multiple regression correlation coefficient yield the equation Y = -4.181 + 0.593 (X1) + 0.794 (X2) + e. The partial test results show that the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, and the brand awareness variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneous test results show that there is a positive and significant influence between brand image and brand awareness on Mixue consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the example non example learning model with a realistic approach in improving students' problem solving abilities. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at SDN Ngempon 2 and fourth grade students at Ngempon 1 SDN. The type of data in this research was quantitative with an experimental method in the form of cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were tests, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study were the normality test, homogeneity test and to test the hypothesis using the independent sample t-test, simple linear regression and paired sample t-test. The results showed that: (1) There were differences in the use of the Example Non Example learning model with a realistic approach with the average value of the experimental class being higher than that of the control class, namely 80.00 > 73.68. As well as a significant value in the experimental class 0.011 <0.05 and in the control class 0.008 <0.05. (2) There is an effect of using the Example Non Example learning model with a realistic approach to improve problem solving skills in flat shape material for fourth grade students of SD N Ngempon 2 with values ​​a = 11.354 and b = 0.783, so the regression equation is: ẏ = 11.354 + 0.783 x . while the F value is 5.441 and sig = 0.031 and the R square value is 0.232 = 23.2%. (3) There is an increase in the problem solving abilities of fourth grade students at SD N Ngempon 2 by applying the influence of the Example Non Example learning model with an average pretest score of 35.50 increasing to 80.00. The correlation value is 0.342. Next, the results of the paired sample test show that the significance value is 0.001.

Abstract

From the research results, there is data that the use of computers in learning is still limited to the use of powerpoint. Mathematics teachers still face difficulties in making learning media and teaching materials. The solution offered is to provide GeoGebra application training to mathematics teachers to assist them in the process of learning mathematics. The purpose of this activity is to increase teacher and student understanding of the role of mathematics learning media and increase the knowledge and skills of teachers and students about good and explorative virtual learning media (mathlet). The method that will be carried out in this activity is through several stages, namely direct observation, interviews, presentations, and question and answer. The result of this activity is that teachers can improve the quality of the learning process in accordance with the current digital era. and knowledge gained in training, teachers are more creative and innovative in creating learning processes, teachers have understanding and knowledge of virtual learning media, teachers can use the GeoGebra application to create virtual learning media, teachers can create visual media, teaching materials, and assessment instruments relating to algebra and geometry.

Abstract

The main problem examined in this study that the performance of teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Affairs as Ciamis district does not meet the standards expected. It is expected, among others, influenced by the leadership that is less democratic principals and teachers who are weak motivation. Based on this problem, the problem of the research will be limited, that is how big the contribution of leadership of school principals and teachers on the performance of teachers' motivation research was conducted in a district MAN Ciamis. The object of his research, among other variables headmaster (X1), teacher motivation variable (X2), and Teacher Performance 4.0 (Y). The formulation of the problem in this study werehow large the contribution of principal leadership and motivation of teachers together to Performance teacher in a district Ciamis MAN? The purpose of this study were to find out how big the contribution of principal leadership and motivation of teachers together to Performance MAN teacher in a district of Ciamis. The method used analytical descriptive method and data collection using a questionnaire. Sampling as many as 73 people. The results obtained following conclusion. There signitifikan contributions between principal leadership and motivation of teachers to performance, namely the higher the leadership of school principals and teachers'motivation will be higher the performance of teachers 4.0, on the contrary, if the leadership of school principals and teachers' low motivation will lead to decreasing performance of teachers.

Abstract

This study analyzes the efficiency of the Education Budget and the Accountability of the Use of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) to Improve the Quality of Education. One of the government's ways of alleviating poverty is by improving the quality of education, the method taken is through increasing the budget for the education sector. The purpose of this research is to determine the efficiency of the budget and the accountability of BOS funds for improving the quality of education. This research method uses the Systematic Literature Review method ( SLR). in this article it was found that there was an increase in the quality of education with the BOS funding education budget.

Abstract

The concept of Islamic Religious School was widely used in Indonesian education even before Indonesia gained independence. Since Indonesia acquired independence, Islamic Education has not yet achieved a standing in the idea of national education that is similar to that of general Education. As soon as Law No. 20 of 2003, which governs the National Education System, was established, Islamic Religious Education in Indonesia began to take shape. The following are the study's limitations: 1) What was the motivation behind Law No. 20 of the National Education System's 2003 passage? 2) How successful is the law no. 20 of 2003 on the national education system's policy on Islamic religious education? What impact will this have on Indonesia's attempts to advance Islamic religious education?

Abstract

MTs Nurul Hikmah Haurgeulis is determined to implement decentralization in the field of education, which is essentially based on empowering its own resources and as part of the national education system, it certainly feels obligated to always improve the quality and quantity of graduates. The purpose of this study was to find out the teacher's role in increasing the maharah kalam of MTs Nurul Hikmah Haurgeulis Indramayu students, and to find out what supporting and inhibiting factors the teacher had in an effort to increase the maharah kalam of students at the madrasah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the research subject being an Arabic teacher. In collecting data, the authors use observation and documentation techniques. In analyzing research data, the authors draw conclusions by inductive way. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's role in improving the maharah kalam of MTs Nurul Hikmah Haurgeulis Indramayu students is: a) the teacher as a teacher in the process of learning Arabic, b) the teacher as a guide helping students who have difficulty understanding Arabic learning, c) the teacher as class managers who can see the situation and condition of students so they don't feel bored in participating in learning Arabic. The conclusion is that the teacher's role as teacher, mentor, and class manager in learning Arabic requires the fulfillment of several pedagogic competencies and the potential of Arabic language.

Abstract

The purpose of this classroom action research was to increase social studies subject learning activities for fifth grade students at SDI Wolowona II Ende Regency by using the 'Romusha' strategy. This classroom action research was carried out at SDI Wolowona II in class V with a total of 28 students. This classroom action research was carried out using two cycles, cycle 1 consisting of three meetings and cycle 2 consisting of 2 meetings. The data in this study are in the form of teacher activities, student learning activities, and student responses in teaching and learning activities. Collecting data in this study using observation/observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The learning activities carried out by the teacher can be formulated as follows: Learning planning, there is an increase from 85% in cycle I to 95% in cycle II. While the implementation of learning carried out by the teacher also increased from 79.17% in cycle I to 87.50% in cycle II. Student learning activities have increased, in the first cycle of 64.84%, to 82.14%, in the second cycle. Meanwhile, students' responses to teaching and learning activities can be described as follows: qualifications that express displeasure no longer exist, both in cycle I and in cycle II. Meanwhile, those who stated that their qualifications were not happy showed a decrease from 13 students (32.5%) in cycle I to 5 students (12.5%) in cycle II. Qualifications that said they were happy experienced an increase from 16 students (55%) in cycle I to 26 students (65%) in cycle II. Qualifications that said they were very happy experienced an increase from 5 students (12.5%) in cycle I to 9 students (22.5%) in cycle II.
